76-YO Sylvester Stallone Launches Eddie Hall Over Bar in ‘Expendables 4’ Trailer
American filmmaking icon Sylvester Stallone is easily one of the most prolific action stars with an influence that spans generations. Despite being in his later years, he continues to deliver exciting films in the same vein. In the first trailer for the upcoming movie Expendables 4, Stallone launched former World’s Strongest Man Eddie Hall over a bar.
Sylvester Stallone first showed his caliber in the entertainment world in the 1970s. He gained attention for his insanely shredded physique as well as refined writing and acting abilities with a starring role in the first installment of the massively popular Rocky film franchise. He portrayed a boxer on the path to winning the world championship against all odds, much like his inspirational real-life journey to finding worldwide acclaim from humble beginnings.
Stallone’s impact on the sporting world is undeniable. Legendary Strongman Eddie Hall paid tribute to Stallone while training in boxing in preparation for his bout with fellow strongman Hafthor Bjornsson in Jun. 2020.
In Mar. 2021, Stallone reflected on his time playing Rocky with a throwback photo of his leanest look ever. He revealed he got down to a crazy 2.8% body fat to get ready for the final fight scene of Rocky III (1982).
Although Stallone doesn’t have the same physique anymore, he has not lost his passion for fitness and continues to train regularly. He left the fans stunned with a workout update showing off his gigantic arm muscle development in Jun. 2021. Then, he reinvoked the spirit of Rocky to throw fast hands in a heavy bag workout.
While Rocky may be his most well-known role, Stallone also led several other blockbuster film series such as Rambo. In 2010, he formed a star-studded team of top talent across the film industry and combat sports to launch The Expendables franchise, featuring the likes of renowned action star Jason Statham, martial artist Jet Li, Scott Adkins, UFC legend Randy Couture, and more.
Sylvester Stallone announced Hall would be added to the cast for the fourth Expendables film in an antagonistic role in Oct. 2021. Ever since the announcement, fans have been excited to check out how the enormous strength athlete would look in the movie.
Stallone took a trip down memory lane and issued a motivational message on persevering through the challenges in pursuit of your dreams in Apr. 2022. Then, he inspired fans with another message boasting his enormous biceps a few months later.

In the trailer for Expendables 4, Sylvester Stallone threw Eddie Hall over the bar in an action-packed scene that lasted about half a second in the promo.
Sylvester Stallone cautioned fitness enthusiasts against working out too hard two months ago. He referenced Bruce Lee in his warning while educating his fans on the long-term effects of strenuous movements.
Meanwhile, Eddie Hall is gearing up to make a splash in bodybuilding after taking inspiration from former two-time Mr. Olympia Mamdouh ‘Big Ramy’ Elssbiay and reigning four-time Classic Physique Olympia winner Chris Bumstead.

Bradley Martyn & Jo Linder Talk Drug Abuse, Insulin Scares, and ‘Craziest Cycles’ Ever Taken
Fitness influencer Jo Linder well known as ‘Joesthetics,’ achieved fame with a shredded physique he sports year-round. In a recent episode of Bradley Martyn‘s Raw Talk, Linder reflected on his arrival to America for the first time, insulin, and his craziest steroid cycles.
In fitness and bodybuilding, performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs) have influenced athletes’ physiques for decades. Despite their taboo nature, their use, abuse, and mismanagement have become rather interesting talking points online.
Bodybuilders often use PEDs to enhance their already muscle-bound physiques. And the same goes for fitness influencers like Jo Linder, however, some members of these communities claim they have built their physiques through natural means, with hard work, nutrition, and discipline.
Popular names like Mike O’Hearn, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, and Chirs Hemsworth come to mind. Even though fans have no concrete evidence they use such drugs, many in the community are convinced, including Joe Rogan. He’s taken to multiple Joe Rogan Experience podcasts to urge many of these superstars to come clean.
As for Jo Linder, he takes a more transparent approach regarding PEDs. He is open to talking about his use and even discussed past cycles in the company of respected powerlifting phenom Larry Wheels. This time, he sat down with Martyn and offered him a behind-the-scenes look at building a next-level physique. They also discussed Jo’s arrival in the U.S. and his reaction to the American culture.
Jo Linder and Bradley Martyn Discuss Life in the U.S. + Substance Abuse & Legality
Splitting up his time in Dubai and Thailand, this is Jo Linder’s first trip to Northern America. He was pleasantly surprised by the availability and accessibility of marijuana.
“First time for me in the U.S. I just realized that you know here also weed is legal. So I used that to be able to sleep. It helps me big time. In Thailand, they just recently started to legalize weed, kind of. They’ve been the first Asian country to make it medically prescribed. I actually had a medical prescription license already since a while over there.”
“I never admitted to this ever, I never have said this before that I smoke weed bro, no. Never said it ever anywhere that I would smoke,” Jo Linder said. “Mostly sleep or also when you answer DMs and comments and stuff and you’re just in the zone and I’m so calm bro. Otherwise, I get too high-tempered online right, they say some stupid shit and you just be quiet. It’s easy to react.”

Jo Linder Discusses ‘Craziest Cycle’ & Shares Insulin Health Scare: “Don’t Do It”
Before delving into details about his most intense cycle ever, Jo Linder explained why he’s afraid of diuretics. He said they dry out the body before contests after it’s already in a vulnerable state of dehydration.
“Let’s be honest, the heart is also a muscle and that’s my biggest concern. What if I have such a bad cramp that my heart gets a cramp,” said Linder. “That makes me scared. That’s why I’m also staying away from a bit of bodybuilding competitions too much because I would take all these diuretics.
If I just stopped eating salt and drink a lot, and stop drinking as well, and you pee everything out, and you take a diuretic on top, and then you pee even more so, I cannot exist kind of [when I do that] I cannot walk. That’s what’s been scary. Oh yeah, you have this already and you dehydrate yourself more, maybe your heart will give up at one point,” said Jo Linder.
Linder said he’s experienced with high doses but never went over 600 milligrams of any compound except testosterone. According to Jo, his craziest cycle of all time was 100 milligrams of Primobolan daily, 100 milligrams of Trenbolone daily, and testosterone.
“To be honest, I’ve done all kinds of crazy shit in the past. I’ve tried different dosages, the highest kind of test that I ever ran was 750, 750 and then like, never, I never used a single compound more than 600 milligrams except the 750 milligrams of test.”
“The craziest cycle I’ve probably did this stupid coach back in the day put me on 100 milligrams of prop, and 100 milligrams of tren every day. It was like 700 and 700, that was a sick cycle right there. I was 105 kg at the start of the diet, it went down to 102 just 3kg, then I didn’t even need to do cardio I was just the guy who was getting more saucy more ripped, weight stays the same, and just getting more lean and dry by the day.”
Since Jo adheres to a diet almost year-round, it was very difficult for him to use Insulin effectively in prep. He added that he suffered from a few ‘close calls’ with his health.
“I tried also, people would tell you growth is so good, so good man, obviously I need to try it right? I tried a few times with insulin but as you know, I’m low body fat and I diet almost always, and insulin, if you eat a lot it’s maybe okay, but for me, if I try to do it, let’s say I take 5 IUs pre-workout and I try to do here with a sugar drink, then you do too many sets, then you forget to drink your intra workout, and you’re just dripping. Really man, close calls man, close calls man, don’t do it,” Jo Linder said.
For his last Men’s Physique contest a few months ago, Linder shared that he used 75 milligrams of Tren, 250 milligrams of test, and 100 milligrams of Primobolan.
“I personally, I really experienced it again now in March. I did another show, I tried to get a pro card and I used a bit of tren. I also did not mention this before. Just 75 milligrams of tren, no per week. On top of 250 test, so I did 250 test, I did 75 tren, and 100 primo also. I like primo a lot. Minimum effective dose I always believe is the best. For example, there’s kids just starting to work out and they are taking two CCs of test per week.”
With the sport of bodybuilding growing, conversations about PEDs have become common. In fact, Arnold Schwarzenegger recently unveiled the two-compound cycle he used to sustain himself as a dominant seven-time Mr. Olympia.
In an age where content is king, some worry that steroids and social media make for a dangerous combination. As for Jo Linder, he hopes to encourage young people to realize that the “minimum effective dose is always the best” should they choose to go down the route of enhancements.

The Rock Takes on Bulgarian Split Squats And Gets a Beating
Hollywood star Dwayne ’The Rock’ Johnson is a man of many talents who first rose to prominence for his athletic abilities inside the wrestling ring. He boasts a huge build and never fails to get a workout in despite maintaining a packed schedule. In a recent post made on Instagram, Johnson shared Bulgarian split squats as an effective lower-body workout for muscle growth.
The Rock is widely considered to be one of the most popular professional wrestlers of all time. He grew up playing football but decided to follow in the footsteps of his father and become a legacy wrestler under the WWF/WWE banner. He pioneered the Attitude Era of promotion and is credited with helping elevate the company to new heights. While competing in the wrestling ring, Johnson got the chance to make his acting debut in The Mummy Returns (2001).
Following a decorated run in the WWE, Johnson chose to step away to explore his passion for acting. He applied the same work ethic he developed as an athlete to become a global superstar with several blockbuster hits under his belt. He boasts an insane following of 383 million on the photo-sharing platform and regularly encourages them to lead a healthy lifestyle with motivational workout posts often filmed in his home gym called ‘Iron Paradise.’
In Nov. 2022, The Rock gave fans a look into his leg day finisher workout made up of five monster sets. Johnson held a 100-pound dumbbell with just his fingertips (to build grip strength) and performed sumo squats in a slow and controlled manner at the end of leg day.
Although Johnson has a busy schedule he never fails to get a workout in. He showed off his massive legs in a brutal late-night training session earlier this year. He used four sets of an intense muscle-building squat variation to boost leg gains.
The Rock detailed a fierce upper body workout targeting the chest and back for optimizing the pump three months ago. The routine consisted of only supersets with moderate weight and a five-second hold on the last rep of each exercise. He offered another superset training plan focusing on lower body muscle development weeks later. He performed leg extensions with two drop sets till failure to close out the workout.
The 51-year-old laid out a grueling chest and body workout two months ago. He stressed the importance of performing each rep in a controlled and slow manner and encouraged his fans to focus on the movement.
Johnson revealed the core exercise he utilized to regain strength in his abdomen after suffering an injury last month. He advocated for incorporating abs workouts in any routine to boost gains.
The Rock shares Burning Lower Body workout for muscle growth
In a recent Instagram post, Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson shared a brutal lower body workout designed to build muscle and feel the burn.
“Still finding my groove & balance on these Bulgarian split squats,” wrote The Rock. “
I started implementing these as my last exercise of 4 giant sets (4 leg exercises in a row 4x’s)
Haven’t done these in years due to my 4 knee surgeries and I tore the top of my quad off my pelvis (in a wrestling match) so deep single leg movements like this can be a burning bitch.
But we gotta get consistently push and challenge ourselves daily or else life ain’t no fun ..gettin’ my ass kicked in the iron paradise.”
The Bulgarian split squat is an absolute game-changer when it comes to improving your athletic abilities and sculpting powerful legs. Not only does it give your quads and glutes a serious workout, but it also has a host of other fantastic benefits that can take your fitness to the next level. It primarily targets the quadriceps and glutes, leading to significant gains in both muscle size and strength.
The Rock gave an effective high-volume workout routine for chest and back muscle development last month. He believes in taking advantage of the full range of motion and holding at the bottom to get the best results. He followed up with a laborious arms day finisher routine to get jacked biceps weeks later.
His latest offering will serve as a dose of motivation for those wanting to skip leg day and provide an effective plan for others to get bigger legs.

Chris Hemsworth Battles Jetlag with Insane Full-Body Workout
Australia’s Chris Hemsworth is accustomed to flying around the world for a number of acting gigs. In a recent Instagram post, Hemsworth showed off a rigorous full-body exercise routine which he said was performed to alleviate jetlag.
Upon arrival from a long flight, there’s only one thing on Hemsworth’s mind, and that’s to exercise at the gym. In his latest endeavor, Hemsworth headed to celebrity trainer Grant Roberts’ fitness center in Los Angeles. He made it clear his intention was to “kick jetlag in the arce.”
The video montage featured Hemsworth putting his body to work with various exercises such as medicine ball twists, battle ropes, dumbbell bicep curls, overhead press, a round on the assault bike, landmine press, and a brutal variation of the burpee, which involved Hemsworth adding a pull-up to each jump.
Even though it seemed like an unwinnable battle, Hemsworth tried his best to defeat jetlag as noted in his caption. Given his latest exercise routine, it’s safe to say Hemsworth’s commitment to the gym has become his top priority.
Chris Hemsworth Crushes a Full-Body Training Session to Fight Through Jetlag
After a 12-hour flight, Chris Hemsworth kickstarted his recovery with an intense workout.
“Just landed in LA, went 12 rounds with jetlag and lost via split decision. Looking forward to an immediate rematch.

Aside from the training session above, Hemsworth has remained incredibly busy keeping up with his lifestyle tailored around fitness. The Marvel superstar, who played Thor, in Thor: Love and Thunder, kept fans up to date on his training as he showed off a lean and agile physique in a recent sprint training session.
However, it wasn’t just training that Chris focused on. The 39-year-old’s trainer, Luke Zocchi, said that Hemsworth was tasked with eating upwards of 10 meals daily. Ultimately, his efforts paid off as fans were shocked by the mass Chris added to his biceps.
In addition to playing in superhero films, Hemsworth tested the waters as an elite Black Ops mercenary, a role he took on for the Extraction series. In preparation for the project, Hemsworth was required to add a significant amount of muscle mass. He adjusted his training and focused on moving free weights for strength, agility, and power.

TikToker Shows Off Severe Back Acne After Using Steroids for 4 Months: “It Feels Pretty Terrible”
TikToker John Joshua James is determined to keep building muscle with steroids despite some unwanted side effects. In a recent TikTok video, James showed off his scarred and inflamed back from acne following four months of continued PED use.
Whether fans or athletes like it, steroids have influenced sports for generations. From the steroid eras in baseball to bodybuilding, athletes are willing to go to great lengths to achieve an edge over their competition.
While these compounds have utility, some believe people take steroid use too far. This topic often surfaces in bodybuilding because athletes are known for using substances to enhance their muscle-bound physiques. However, these measures have consequences. This is something Seth Feroce has tackled head-on. In a series of YouTube videos and Instagram posts last year, Feroce warned whoever would listen about the harmfulness of steroids.
In addition to Feroce, Kali Muscle, a popular fitness influencer and bodybuilder, issued a grave warning about steroid abuse. Simply put, Kali Muscle believes steroids ‘will make you die young.’ Moreover, he expressed concern for athletes in the IFBB Pro League, who are forced to use such drugs to keep up with their contemporaries.
Even though he’s not a bodybuilder, TikToker John Joshua James is eager to add muscle fast. And while he has a very severe case of bacne, it appears he has no desire to taper off or eliminate steroids from his routine. Check out his severe back acne from a few months of using gear below.
“Steroids in Four Months Have Done This To My Back” – TikToker Reveals Harsh Side Effects from Gear
According to James, the back acne feels ‘terrible all the time,’ but mentioned he has no intention of stopping. He shared that his cycle has allowed him to train more frequently.

— Johnathon J. James (@John_J_James) April 29, 2023
“Steroids in four months have done this to my back and I gotta say, it’s worth it. After doing a bit of research, I found out that steroids actually give you back acne and it’s not great. My back is completely covered in scars and it feels pretty terrible all the time, but I do like being able to go to the gym more. I finally hit 180 pounds, so I’m going to keep doing them.”

— Johnathon J. James (@John_J_James) May 11, 2023
“Steroids have not only made my back look like a bit of strawberry shortcake but they’ve also made my shoulders way bigger than my arms. The first day I went to the gym is the first day I started doing steroids. It’s not hard to tell. Not because I don’t have any muscle to speak of but because I have all the symptoms,” the TikToker shared.
John Joshua James’ TikTok video immediately went viral after he published it online. He started his fitness journey at 150 pounds and achieved his goal of reaching 180 pounds. Some fans have questioned whether or not he’s telling the truth about his steroid use.
Eventually, James’ video got the attention of Derek of the More Plates More Dates YouTube channel. According to Derek, he’s not convinced the TikToker is using gear, which he said would make him the first ‘fake, fake natty.’
“I think this is an interesting, probably a first time ever if I’m correct, of a guy that is a fake, fake natty. Does that even make sense? He is faking being on gear. That is what I think is going on.”
“I do see this style of video he is doing… the really aggressive. I almost feel like I’m watching a Mr. Beast intro to a video but it’s about a guy doing gear that has never worked out in his life. This is the imrpession I get. This is a viral focused endeavor, and the entire page is centered around this: ‘started juice when I started working out,” Derek of More Plates More Dates said.

The last time Derek of MPMD tackled a ‘natty or not’ topic, he took a closer look at popular influencer Andrew Tate’s physique. After fans accused Tate of using TRT or steroids after getting out of jail, the 36-year-old issued a fiery message on Twitter where he stressed that he’s never touched any PEDs. Derek thought the evidence pointed to Andrew Tate having a natural body.
John Joshua James’s story shows that steroid use alone will not result in dramatic muscle gain. Building an ideal physique is a calculated effort that requires hard work, discipline, nutrition, and a holistic training approach.

Liver King Claims 149 Days of Being Natty, Shows off Extremely Shredded Physique
Internet sensation Liver King, real name Brian Johnson, has been on the journey to redeem himself after getting exposed for lying about his steroid use. He promised to get off gear in hopes of persuading his audience about the effectiveness of his ancestral lifestyle. In a recent Instagram story, Johnson showcased his shredded physique after claiming to be natty for 149 days.
Social media fitness influencer Liver King quickly became one of the most recognizable figures in the space with his jacked physique, insane workouts, and unique diet made up exclusively of raw meat and organs, such as liver, kidney, bone marrow, and bull testicles. He advocates for a natural lifestyle based on the nine ancestral tenets and boasts a massive following of over 2 million on Instagram.
Johnson faced accusations of steroid use based on his monstrous build. He denied the allegations in numerous media appearances, crediting his health to his primal lifestyle. However, he got caught lying about using gear after PED (performance-enhancing drugs) expert Derek of More Plates More Dates presented leaked emails showing his alleged steroid cycle and blood work.
Following the exposé, Johnson came clean about deceiving his audience in an apology message. He admitted to being on steroids and even thanked Derek for bringing the issue to light. However, Derek was not impressed as he called out Johnson for not being sincere in his apology and hinted that there might be more to the story.

Johnson declared his plans to go natural to prove the ancestral tenets work without taking steroids. Since he had been consuming large amounts of gear, he slowly worked his way down. Then, Johnson made his way to the clinic of Dr. Barrett to dispel the rumor he got ab implants a week later. The year did not end well for him as a man from New York filed a $25 million lawsuit against his supplement companies for duping customers into buying products.
Liver King claimed to have quit steroids in a physique update earlier this year. He looked significantly downsized and revealed he dropped down to 188 pounds after going 42 hours without food. He followed up with another lean update boasting his lean look after being steroid-free for 58 days.

Gym Bros Ripped Online By Fans After Risking Their Lives For Gym Stunt
Social media provides aspiring influencers with one of the fastest ways to grow their following and build an audience. In a recent Instagram video, two gym bros were trashed by fans online after they attempted to shoulder press a heavy barbell together that almost caused serious injuries.
There is no shortage of people doing crazy things online in hopes of going viral. While some engage in hilarious pranks or amazing feats, others are willing to push the boundary for attaining fame. Fitness sensation Liver King found popularity by eating raw meat and performing insane workouts. On the other hand, influencer Joey Swoll made a name for himself by leading the charge against the rise in toxic gym culture over the last few years.
In June 2022, a female TikToker made headlines after confronting a gym worker in an angry tirade for allegedly staring at her while she stripped down to a sports bra. She lost her gym membership for falsely accusing the worker of being a pervert. Then, she received a fiery message from Swoll where he told her to reflect on her behavior and do better.
A female TikToker named Alice Elizabeth left her fellow male gym-goers stunned with her incredible strength in July 2022. Elizabeth casually walked up to a heavy barbell and pulled off a 120-kg (264.5-lb) deadlift for six reps, leaving the other gym-goers in awe of what they witnessed.
Zach Charlesworth, a college student from Montreal, got pranked into competing at a bodybuilding competition by his friends last September. He was misled into believing they would go swimming but ended up on stage next to the Men’s Physique contenders at the Montreal Summum Classic.
In a different situation, a female TikToker uploaded a clip mocking other gym members for grunting too loudly while lifting heavy weights. Swoll hit back at the woman for her offensive message and advised her to help make gyms a safe space for everyone.
Gym Stunt / Instagram
Swoll took issue with Jessica Fernandez, a TikToker who hurled insults at a man for glancing in her direction and offering help earlier this year. Fernandez later admitted she was in the wrong for trying to label the guy a creep and issued an apology for the behavior.
TikTok user Newas Sharif was admiring his gains in the training room when he flexed too hard and ended up falling face first into a mirror. The incident resulted in Sharif suffering from a broken nose three months ago. The latest influencers to test their luck on camera were a couple of gym bros who were aiming to pull off an unconventional lift.
Gym Bros flamed online after risking their lives for a gym debacle
In a recent Instagram post, two gym bros were torn online after putting their lives at risk for a failed gym stunt.
The duo tried to shoulder press a heavy barbell together. However, the bar came crashing down on them and knocked them to the ground. Even the cameraman fell down from the incident presumably in shock.
Reactions came flooding in with many expressing their disapproval of the stunt.
“No hospital? Try again! Want to see them hurt,” wrote one user.
“Good… well deserved,” commented another.
A user chimed in, “Stop f*cking around in the gym for TikTok.”
“What brand of stupid did they sprinkle in their protien this morning?” asked another.
“I broke my hip just watching this,” commented one.
“When u a *etard,” weighed in another.
“Thats too bad I was hoping atleast one got seriously injured,” commented a user.
Two months ago, an online trend caught the attention of the fitness community after TikTokers suggested incorporating Pedigree dog food into their diets to bump up their overall daily protein intake. The user who started the trend eventually came clean about the prank and pleaded with the public not to eat dog food for protein.

Joey Swoll Blasts Soccer Player Mocking Gym Goer with Buttcrack Out: ‘What the Fuc* Is Wrong with You?’
Joey Swoll is back to make an example out of another rude gym-goer. In a recent Instagram post, Swoll fired shots at Chelsea soccer player Mykhailo Mudryk for mocking a man whose pants fell down during a workout at the gym.
“The fact that you don’t know better or want to set a better example as a professional athlete, really? You need to do better, mind your own business,” said Joey Swoll.
Fitness influencer Joey Swoll routinely stands up for gym-goers who refuse to speak up for themselves, whether in person or on social media. As of late, Swoll took issue with the budding soccer star after the man disparaged an older gym-goer completing reps on the rowing machine under the guidance of a trainer.
Mudryk, a 22-year-old winger, has yet to prove himself for Chelsea. Thus far, he hasn’t scored any goals but has notched two assists in a total of 14 games. And while the soccer player often shares his training sessions on social media, he decided to instead make fun of a man simply trying to better himself.
In the Instagram post, the gym-goer’s buttcrack is blurred by a huge stop sign emoji with a question mark overlayed in the video. Suffice it to say, Swoll didn’t take kindly to the Mudryk’s antics.
Joey Swoll Blasts Soccer Player for Poor Gym Etiquette: “Either Help Him or Mind Your Business”
Joey Swoll was shocked by Mudryk’s behavior and condemned his actions considering the 22-year-old represents a soccer team.
“So you see that man at the gym working hard trying to better himself with a trainer, he’s in an embarrassing situation where yes, he is a little exposed and you decide, hey let me take a video of it to post on social media to make fun of him all for attention, really?” Joey Swoll asks.
“Pardon my language, but what the fuc* is wrong with you?
And you’re a professional soccer player, you play for Chelsea in the Premier League, is this how you want to represent yourself and your team?” Swoll shared. “Either help him or mind your own business but put your damn phone away.”
This is far from the first time in which Joey Swoll went after someone for recording inappropriately at the gym. Swoll called out a female TikToker a few months ago who had been laughing at gym-goers for grunting loudly during training sessions.
In a separate incident, Swoll fired shots at influencer Nikki Fitness for mocking a man performing drag curls at his local gym. Soon after her post went viral for all of the wrong reasons, Joey Swoll chimed in and explained the utility of drag curls, which are especially useful for those suffering from injuries. Nikki Fitness later apologized for her actions.

Joey Swoll continues the fight against what he refers to as “toxic gym culture.” Despite some bad apples, Swoll hopes to make gyms and fitness centers more welcome for everyone.

Chris Hemsworth Shows Off Toned Physique with Core-Burning Endurance Training Session
Australian actor Chris Hemsworth is one of the fittest men in Hollywood. In a recent Instagram post, Hemsworth showcased an intense full-body workout that focused on core strength, stability, and balance.
As an actor, Hemsworth quickly became a household name, having taken part in several high-profile action films. He is responsible for playing Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, a role he made famous courtesy of his muscle-bound physique and impressive biceps.
His latest offering, Thor: Love and Thunder, saw him return as a superhero, which helped him become one of the highest-paid actors of 2022. Hemsworth’s trainer, Luke Zocchi, was honest about the nutritional demands required of the 39-year-old. Tasked with eating 10 meals daily, Hemsworth steadily added muscle tissue over time.
For Hemsworth, fitness and acting endeavors go hand in hand. In preparation for playing a realistic mercenary in the film, Extraction, Hemsworth was challenged with adding significant muscle mass to his lean frame. To facilitate his physique goals, Hemsworth utilized body weight training tactics instead of free weight. These efforts were taken so Hemsworth would possess a combination of endurance, strength, and speed.

Given his busy schedule, training sessions on the go are ideal for Hemsworth. He shared a core-burning exercise routine recently, where he encouraged fans to push the pace outside. During the session, he advocated for 20-second rest periods to maximize gains.

Method Man Crushes Dumbbell Shoulder Press, Deadlift & Sled Push
Legendary rapper Method Man, real name Clifford Smith Jr., is best known for being a member of the iconic East Coast hip-hop group Wu-Tang Clan. Besides music, Smith Jr. found a passion for fitness in his later years. In recent posts made on Instagram, Method Man showed off his impressive strength with heavy dumbbell shoulder presses, deadlifts, and sled push.
Method Man first gained attention for his insane vocal abilities in the 1990s. He rose to unparalleled heights with Wu-Tang Clan, along with fellow rappers RZA, Raekwon, and Ghostface Killah. The group quickly amassed a cult following based on its unique sounds inspired by local hip-hop music. They are widely considered to be one of the most influential groups in the industry and have inspired a new generation of artists.
Smith Jr. won a Grammy Award for Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group in 1996. He scored major hits working as a solo act as well. In 1997, Smith expanded his creative footprint to the world of acting, starring in multiple hit television shows and movies. Since slowing down on touring, he has been focused on leading a healthy lifestyle and working hard in the gym. He launched his own sportswear brand Tical Athletics, which he can be seen promoting regularly on his channels online.

Then, Smith Jr. showed off his impressive strength by lifting 435 pounds (197-kg) deadlift for four reps months later.
Method Man recorded a new PR (personal best) with a heavy 475-pound deadlift in Mar. 2021. He’s a big advocate of staying consistent and pushing yourself in the training room. He followed up by giving fans a look into his upper body workout where he performed an intense set of 100-pound incline dumbbell presses for 12 reps.
The 52-year-old boasted his strength gains by scoring a 315-pound bench preess for five reps last August. He used fellow rap standout Ice Cube’s ‘Pushin’ Weight’ to power himself through the challenging lift.
