Hany Rambod Says Andrew Jacked Faces Threats From James Hollingshead and Martin Fitzwater at Arnold UK
Hany Rambod thinks Andrew Jacked, James Hollingshead, and Martin Fitzwater will battle for the top spot at the Arnold Classic UK.
With the Arnold Classic UK fast approaching, Hany Rambod believes Andrew Jacked, James Hollingshead, and Martin Fitzwater will be battling for the top spot at the show. All three bodybuilders have their own distinct body types that they will showcase on stage.
There’s no denying that Andrew Jacked is one of the best up and coming bodybuilders in the world today. His impressive win at the Texas Pro showed that the IFBB Pro League newcomer has what it takes to challenge the top of the division. But as he heads into the 2022 Arnold Classic UK, the talented upstart will face some tough competition.
Hany Rambod, one of the top bodybuilding coaches in the world today, recently confirmed that Andrew Jacked would compete at the show. There was a bit of confusion as to whether Andrew would compete or not. But it appears that Rambod has put those questions to bed.
“[The 2022 Arnold Classic UK] the next big show since the Texas Pro and one thing it has in common: Andrew Jacked. So, Andrew Jacked is in. We got confirmation — someone saw that George mentioned that he is in because there’s been a lot of talk about him being in, him being out.
“I talked to several people — George did comment that he is in. So as of right now, he’s in. Those of you who think that he’s out and think he’s not going to be a part of the equation, he’s back in.”
A UK Threat
Singing the praises of Andrew Jacked in a recent podcast, Hany Rambod explained that the IFBB Pro League newcomer has a ton of momentum heading into the Arnold Classic UK. In the same podcast Rambod explained that homegrown UK talent James Hollingshead could be a legit front runner at the show.
“The momentum he has… I think the person that is going to try to give him the most amount of trouble is Hollingshead. You have James Hollingshead, who is regrouping, putting his physique back together. He looks massive. We’re going to have two different types of physiques going after this title.
“I think that you’re going to have apples and oranges to a degree but it’s going to be great to see him next to some other types of athletes.”
Here Comes Another Challenger
James Hollingshead isn’t the only bodybuilder that Hany Rambod says will test Andrew Jacked. Rambod also spoke on Texas Pro runner up Martin Fitzwater who also shows great potential to play spoiler.
“Another athlete that’s going to try to take another run at him is the guy who placed second — Martin. Martin Fitzwater is going to be in this show as well. He took second in Texas and I know that he’s going to work on his tan, work on his conditioning to try to bring it in even tighter.”

With so many different body types expected at the Arnold Classic UK, it’s anyone’s guess as to who will pick up a win. Will it be Andrew Jacked, James Hollingshead, or Martin Fitzwater?

James Hollingshead Hits Insane 750Lb Squat in Recent Leg Day Training
James Hollingshead squat some insane weight in recent leg day training.
In a recent leg day training session standout UK bodybuilder James Hollingshead hit at 750lb squat. The talented competitor looks to build some incredible wheels as he attempts to qualify for the 2022 Olympia.
James Hollingshead has all the attributes of a top level champion. He has a balanced and well built physique that rivals everyone at the top of the division. With the ingredients to become a top level champion, Hollingshead is hoping to make good on all his potential. That said, his days could be numbered in the bodybuilding game.
Making the Best of His Time
James Hollingshead isn’t long for the competitive bodybuilding scene. Just like a smart prize fighter who knows when to get of the game quick, Hollingshead is taking a similar approach to his bodybuilding career. He’s already stated that he plans on retiring from the game sooner rather than later and it makes a ton of sense. When you consider how many bodybuilders have passed away in the last few years you understand the sentiment.
So rather than rest on his laurels James Hollingshead is pushing himself harder than ever. While he still hasn’t been qualified for the 2022 Olympia, Hollingshead has been hard at work in the gym making quality preparations. From the looks of things he’s made some solid improvements and continues to impress.

James Hollingshead and Iain Valliere Say They’ll Retire From Bodybuilding Soon
James Hollingshead and Iain Valliere to retire from bodybuilding soon.
Top modern bodybuilders James Hollingshead and Iain Valliere discuss retiring early from competition. The two standout athletes recently discussed their thoughts on the subject on Foud Abiad’s podcast.
No athlete can compete forever. After all no human is immortal. Certain athletes have an expiration date depending on their chosen sport. For combat sports athletes that expiration date is usually sooner rather than later. Bodybuilding on the other hand has seen athletes compete well into their fifties…or at least Dexter Jackson has. It’s a sport where many athletes compete into their forties on the regular. But some high level bodybuilders choose to call it quits at an earlier age.
James Hollingshead and Iain Valliere both seem to fall in that latter category. They both recently indicated that they are choosing to retire sooner rather than later.
Retirement Talk
While on a recent podcast hosted by Fouad Abiad and featuring Evan Centopani, James Hollingshead and Iain Valliere indicated that their future plans are not to push their physiques past their limits. Hollingshead in particular went into some details as to why he’s choosing to stop competing by age 35.
“When you think about everything involved in bodybuilding, sometimes I’m reluctant. Sometimes I’m like, I don’t want to go down that road, because that road doesn’t lead to the end that I want and the end that I want, like you say, is a long and healthy one.”
So it’s clear that James Hollingshead views competing in bodybuilding as a massive risk to his health. At the end of the day our well-being must definitely be paramount. Without our health we pretty much have nothing.
Still it comes as a bit of a shock that James Hollingshead, who has a tremendous upside, is choosing to call it quits sooner rather than later.

James Hollingshead to Move to the US to Take Training to the Next Level
James Hollingshead is set to move to the United States.
It appears that too UK bodybuilder James Hollingshead is setting up a move to the United States. This news comes hot off the heels of Hollingshead’s performance at the 2021 Olympia. He would take 13th place at the show.
Some times you need to switch things up in order to bring about the best version of yourself. No doubt this is likely the mindset James Hollingshead has adopted after his showing at the 2021 Olympia. While he may have acquitted himself well at his first Olympia, Hollingshead taking 13th place was a bit of a wake up call for the UK bodybuilder.
It appears that rather than return to the drawing board and just train harder for an Olympia qualifier, James Hollingshead has decided to take different measures. Hollingshead has decided to make some major changes and move to the United States.
In a recent video posted on the REDCON1 YouTube channel, James Hollingshead talks about his decision to make the move to America. Hollingshead speaks on the fact that he needed to make a change in order to get himself to the next level. He believes the move to the US will put him in an environment that will allow him to push harder in his training and thus be more effective and much improved the next time he steps on stage.

Solid Training
This is certainly a massive shake up for James Hollingshead. The UK bodybuilder certainly has the kind of incredible potential that could take him far. He has a balanced and well muscled physique.
Current training objective stands
Log and lift
Increase load at a moderate frequency on the basics
Eat plenty and warrant the need for adaptive response
Still using my time to find my specific movements that I’ll run into this phase of my training
Great thing is at @redcon1gym I have a lot of great choices
Keeping training pretty basic, for example training for say delts would look like so
PRESS X 2
LATERAL X 2
UPRIGHT X 2
REVERSE X 2
ALL SETS AIM FOR 8-10 WITH A FORCED REPETITION OR TWO
I’ll log everything and aim to progress lifts all round
The good thing is of volume and exercise numbers are not excessive you can pretty much improve ALL lifts from that session
Once the exercises start to stack up it becomes difficult to do so..not that that’s a bad thing at all because effort and intention go a very long way
However right now every calorie has a purpose and that is to provide an upward progression on a performance specific task being purely strength
I obviously keep cardio in place at 30 minutes a day for many many reasons. Most notable reason is for aiding my appetite a d allowing digestion to remain in a good spot
My calories at current are on average around the 5k mark (that’s on a day without a treat) so on a day with say a meal off they can ve close to 6500
Rest days are lower and probably closer to the 3500 – 4000 mark
I log my nutrition also in a journal
Weight is currently stable at 274-275
If he joins a promising camp with a coach that can really scrutinize physique, training, and presentation, Hollingshead could likely be a future top 5 Olympia contender.

James Hollingshead Forced To Halt Training Due To COVID-19
James Hollingshead will take time off from training for Mr. Olympia 2021 after contracting COVID-19.
The COVID-19 pandemic has been controlled to a degree but it still impacts the lives of many out there — including athletes like James Hollingshead. The bodybuilder recently announced on Instagram that he has contracted the virus and will be forced to take some time away from training for the 2021 Olympia.
James Hollingshead posted a video on his official Instagram page on Saturday to break the news. In the video, he lays out how he has not left his house since last Sunday and has been unable to train. Hollingshead has received two positive tests.
“Sorry I’ve been quietWe live in a time where not much is personal and I wanted some time to digest the situationAs a bodybuilder with a very fortunate support network I feel it right to let people know the current situationSo yeah there it is been out of action for a while but hey it is what it is and there is not a lot one can do except ride this shit outI’ll be staying isolated until I get a string of negative testsI honestly don’t think this will have too much an effect on my efforts this year besides the obvious week + of no trainingFor now I’m just gonna focus on the days ahead and once I’m ready to get back it I willCheers guys”
James Hollingshead is qualified for the Olympia this year. He became one of the first athletes to qualify after winning the 2020 British Grand Prix Bodybuilding Show on Nov. 4, 2020. He began training back in the spring and shared a video on YouTube on March 13 taking viewers through his first public workout in preparation for the competition.
This news comes after Hollingshead decided to opt out of the 2020 Olympia. He gained qualification to that competition by winning the Europa Pro back in October 2020. Hollingshead put all of his focus onto this year’s Olympia but will be forced to halt his progress.
Hollingshead has been out of training for approximately one week, as of now. He will continue to remain home until he gets a string of negative COVID tests. Hollingshead has not been forced to remove himself from the Olympia. In fact, it could be quite the opposite. Hollingshead could use this as even more motivation, especially after being opting out of last year’s competition.
There will be more updates provided on Hollingshead’s status as it becomes available. For more news and updates, follow Generation Iron on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
James Hollingshead Looks Like a Jacked Gorilla Ahead of Olympia
James Hollingshead looks jacked ahead of the Olympia.
Ahead of the 2021 Olympia, James Hollingshead is looking like the dark horse to crack the top 5. While he hasn’t competed since the end of 2020, Hollingshead has been hard at work maintaining and improving upon his physique. These days, more than 19 weeks out, James Hollingshead is looking super jacked.
One of UK’s most prominent bodybuilders, James Hollingshead has worked his way up. While he always had potential to get to the next level, it wasn’t until 2020 that he really showed his class. After winning the Europa Pro and British Gran Prix in 2020, Hollingshead decided to sit out the 2020 Olympia.
Many wondered about this move. While he may have sat out the 2020 Olympia, Hollingshead also qualified for the 2021 show. With that in mind, Hollingshead decided that prepping for 2021 would be more beneficial for his chances than rushing into the the 2020 show.
It makes a lot of sense to be honest. The time off most likely allowed James Hollingshead to heal. That healing meant his body could recover and also potentially meant new muscle growth in the short term. After all, building muscle requires the break down AND healing of muscle. Rest is a great way to ensure proper healing. Also, the time off most likely allowed him focus on his specific strengths and weaknesses in order to make improvements.
To win the @mrolympiallc you have to take it from others who are also trying to take it from you
It’s a fight and a very real one
Though not with violence..its a fight with mental fortitude, physical capacity and absolute perseverance
I’ve been fighting for half my life.
James Hollingshead has begun his Olympia prep in earnest and is looking impressive. He has the shape, size, and symmetry that should carry him very far at the 2021 show. Here he is training arms and looking to build some even more massive peaks.
With Big Ramy shocking the bodybuilding world in 2020, all bets are off for this show. Brandon Curry is still looking to reclaim his title and Hadi Choopan is a viable threat to the title as well. With so much opposition, James Hollingshead will have to pull out all the stops if he wants to not only crack the top 5, but win the show outright.
Do you think James Hollingshead will crack the top 5 at the Olympia?
