Liver King Responds To Joe Rogan’s Claim That He Does Steroids: ‘I Don’t Touch The Stuff’
Liver King backed up his notion that his physique is all natural.
Brian Johnson, better known as Liver King, has made waves on social media for his shredded physique and wild diet plans. Johnson has taken on an “ancestral” way of living and this includes consuming raw meats. Because of his physique, many have questioned if his diet could really produce such results. Joe Rogan recently spoke against the claim that Johnson is all natural.
During an episode of The Joe Rogan Experience, the host spoke on Liver King’s lifestyle and physique. Rogan claims that Johnson has “an ass filled with steroids” and that his body is not all natural. Rogan has built one of the top podcasts in the world and speaks on different topics with guests that come on. Since then, Liver King has responded to these words.
Liver King Responds to Joe Rogan
Liver King did not have any harsh words for Rogan. In fact, he expressed interest in appearing on the podcast if an invitation was extended. Johnson continues to back up his claim that he is all natural and has never taken steroids.
“I DON’T TOUCH THE STUFF. I’M GRATEFUL TO JOE ROGAN FOR BRINGING ME INTO HIS ECOSYSTEM.”
In a recent feature done by GQ, Liver King described his diet in a bit more detail. This includes the benefits of raw meats, specifically bull testicles.
“WHY EAT VEGETABLES WHEN YOU CAN EAT TESTICLES?”
“VEGETABLES DON’T HAVE THE RAW MATERIAL REQUIRED TO PRODUCE A HEALTHY SET OF TESTICLES. TESTICLES DO HAVE EVERYTHING REQUIRED TO PRODUCE AND SUPPORT AND STRENGTHEN THEM.”
Liver King went on to explain how he does not recommend this style of living for all people. He has trained his body to be able to handle this amount of raw meat. While he eats close to a pound of raw meat a day, Johnson believes that others starting out will have to begin with a very small amount.
When looking at the physique that Liver King has been able to build, there is no question why some believe that he has tabled with different steroids. To this point, Johnson continues to speak against it and share his ancestral lifestyle, along with different workouts to build incredible size and conditioning.

Joe Rogan Jokes That Will Smith Hit Chris Rock Because “It Wasn’t The Rock”
Joe Rogan makes light of the situation at the Oscars.
Joe Rogan built one of the top podcasts in the world by speaking on different topics, being open and honest, and finding times to make light of certain situations. Recently, Rogan joked about Will Smith slapping Chris Rock in the face at the Oscars. He believes that he would have not pulled that stunt if it was another person up there.
“You know why he hit Chris Rock because it wasn’t The Rock,” Rogan said.
On the night Smith won Best Actor at the Oscars for his performance as Richard Williams in “King Richard,” he decided to make headlines in another way. Smith reacted poorly to a joke Rock made about his wife, Jada Pinkett-Smith. Rock compared her to GI Jane as a reference to her baldness. Smith took offense and decided to slap Rock across the face on stage.
After the slap, Smith walked back to his seat and Rock continued on with his words. Rogan discussed the slap with former UFC Lightweight champion BJ Penn.
“You can tell he did a lot of boxing. His hands looked good.
I think that needs some work. It didn’t even stagger Chris Rock.”
The Rock has built a physique that is well known by all and has been for decades. Since his time in the ring for WWE, Dwayne Johnson has been able to show off his incredible strength and athleticism. Now, he is seen on the big screen as a larger-than-life actor.
Joe Rogan continues to say that this would not have happened if it was The Rock on stage making those comments.
“There’s no chance in hell… Such a crazy thing, to think you could get away with it.”
This is an incident that has blown over to this point but will not be forgotten for quite some time. Smith has since apologized for his part in the incident, which many could not figure out if it were real or not at first.
Joe Rogan continues to discuss any topic imaginable on his podcast and this time, he decided to weigh back in on Smith’s slap. Maybe it would have all been avoided if The Rock were the one on stage speaking at the time.

Joe Rogan Believes Liver King Is On Steroids: ‘That’s Not A Natural Body’
Joe Rogan recently spoke out against Liver King’s natural status.
Joe Rogan covers many areas on his podcast with many different guests. This ranges from politics to life hacks to different topics in the world of fitness. Recently, the conversation between Rogan and a guest got on the topic of Brian Johnson, better known as Liver King.
Rogan has been involved in fitness and fighting for years now. He is not a competitor himself but carries a lot of knowledge on the subject. This includes being a big-time carnivore himself, which we have seen as he has tackled the carnivore diet on two separate occasions.
On a recent episode of his podcast, Rogan weighed in on Liver King’s physique and believes that he is not natural despite his claims.
“No that’s a gimmick, that guy. He’s got an ass filled with steroids is what he gots. That’s not a natural body. That guy is shooting all kinds of shit into his system to achieve that kind of physique,” Joe Rogan said.
Liver King is known for his unorthodox diet plan eating raw meats. He has taken on a lifestyle of living off the land and believes that he gains nutrients in many different ways of raw meat and living off the land.
This is another topic that Rogan has disagreed with. He has discussed the topic with many experts that have appeared on his show and they do not believe there is any benefit to raw meat.
“Look, I don’t even know if there’s a benefit in eating raw meat. From what I’ve understood, talking to experts, there’s actually a lot gained from cooking because there’s more, because the protein becomes more bioavailable.
Eating raw meat like that, you’re not getting as much of the actual nutrients from it. Maybe you’re getting some additional factors from the fact that you’re getting like a rare piece of meat with blood and stuff like that. Maybe there’s other things. Maybe you’re getting too much protein if you’re eating a giant steak and it’s cooked well.”
Joe Rogan specifically referenced Derek from More Plates More Dates. He is a YouTube sensation who has studied this exact diet plan. Rogan claims that Derek did not find a benefit from Liver King eating “liver and testicles and drinking blood.”
The physique of Liver King is undeniable and remains fully intact. This is the reason that it has been brought into question and there are many that do not believe he could have built that physique naturally. Joe Rogan seems to be on that list.
Joe Rogan Apologizes For Past Racial Comments; Spotify Removes Dozens of Episodes
Joe Rogan finds himself in hot water.
Joe Rogan is under fire after past racial comments have surfaced. The popular podcaster is being brought to task for using the N-Word in past episodes of his podcast. As a result Spotify has removed dozens of episodes of the Joe Rogan Experience podcast from their service.
It appears that the past can catch up to each and every one of us. In the case of comedian and podcaster Joe Rogan, the past has come roaring back and at the most inopportune time. Rogan’s controversial opinions on the global health issue that’s plagued the world for over two years now has seen him become public enemy number one. Now these past comments of Rogan have added fuel to the fire for the movement to cancel the comedian.
Attempt at Atonement
Such a controversy isn’t one that Joe Rogan can ignore. As such it appears that the comedian has decided to address the issue on his own terms. Rather than put out a written statement through a publicist or mouthpiece, Rogan decided to make a video touching on his past.
There’s been a lot of shit from the old episodes of the podcast that I wish I hadn’t said, or had said differently. This is my take on the worst of it.
While he may be apologetic and filled with regret, it doesn’t change the fact that he said what he said. Unfortunately many who have an unchecked ego, power, and influence beyond belief can find themselves power tripping. Joe Rogan does appear sincere in his apology, but his past comments show a deep level of arrogance and ignorance on the subject of race in this country. What is a bright spot however is that Rogan acknowledged this point as well.
Does all this mean that Joe Rogan should be canceled? That’s up to public opinion and the market to decide. But it is a lesson for anyone who believes that what they’ve done in the past won’t have an effect on their present standing.
Joe Rogan may not be a racist, but his use of controversial language was clearly irresponsible. While this video statement is a decent first step, he’ll have to continue to prove himself with his actions moving forward.
What do you think of Joe Rogan and this recent controversy?

Singer India.Arie Shares Clips Of Joe Rogan Calling Black People “Apes”
Images via Instagram @ indiaarie and @joerogan
Joe Rogan falls into more controversy after leaked audio of racist comments is leaked by India.Arie.
MMA commentator and podcast superstar Joe Rogan finds himself in more hot water after singer India.Arie shared clips of Rogan referring to black neighborhoods as “Planet of the Apes.” This reveal comes shortly after many musicians such as Neil Young boycotted Spotify due to Rogan’s podcast allegedly spreading misinformation.
The leaked footage comes shortly after India.Arie announced that she would also be removing her music from Spotify. She cited that Joe Rogan’s podcast alongside his “language around race” were the reasons why she would be pulling her music from the platform.
After the announcement, Arie shared more detail about her decision by posting a video clip containing audio of Joe Rogan using racially insensitive language.
“He shouldn’t even be uttering the word. Don’t even say it, under any context. Don’t say it. That’s where I stand. I have always stood there,” India.Arie stated in her post.
India.Arie’s decision and comments came after other musicians had also boycotted Spotify – removing their music from the streaming platform. In fact, Arie stated that Neil Young’s decision to pull his music and voicing his concern about Joe Rogan is what encouraged her to come forward with her complaints.
After musicians such as Neil Young, Joni Mitchell, and India.Arie pulling their music from Spotify, the streaming platform lost $2 billion in market value.
Spotify CEO Daniel Ek responded to the controversy in an official statement on January 30, 2022. He claimed that Spotify would be adding COVID-19 content advisories to all relevant podcast episodes.
Daniel Ek went on to state:
“This advisory will direct listeners to our dedicated COVID-19 Hub, a resource that provides easy access to data-driven facts, up-to-date information as shared by scientists, physicians, academics and public health authorities around the world, as well as links to trusted sources.”
On January 31, 2022, Joe Rogan responded on social media to the backlash – though notably this was before India.Arie released the footage of Rogan’s past statements on black individuals.
In his post, Rogan stated “I don’t always get it right. I will do my best to try to balance out these more controversial viewpoints with other people perspectives so we can maybe find a better point of view.”
His apology was met with mixed responses – though notably Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson defended Rogan – commenting, “Great stuff here brother. Perfectly articulated. Look forward to coming on one day and breaking out the tequila with you.”
As of the time of this writing, Joe Rogan has yet to respond to India.Arie’s claims and the footage that she had released on social media.

Joe Rogan Takes On The Carnivore Diet With A New Twist
Joe Rogan is no stranger to the carnivore diet but he added a new element this time.
Joe Rogan has made it known that he is a big fan of different meats and animal-based products. He frequently shares meals on social media and there are some interesting cuts of meat shown. This is led by elk, which Rogan likes to eat because of the nutrients and benefits.
The calendar has turned to 2022 and that means world carnivore month is here. For the month of January, Rogan has vowed to take on the carnivore diet once again. This is a diet that requires a person to eat only meat and animal products. For Rogan, this is not a challenge given his habits but he has added a slight twist — fruit.
“January is world carnivore month. This time I’m adding fruit to this diet. Just meat and fruit for the whole month,” Joe Rogan wrote on Instagram.
Joe Rogan is one of the top podcasters in the world hosting “The Joe Rogan Experience.” This is where he can reveal some options and allow guests to speak candidly about different topics in all areas. Rogan is also known for his commentary during UFC events and as host of Fear Factor.
Rogan continues to be a martial artist himself. This means his dedication to fitness and health is strong. He took on this very diet for the first time back in 2020 and lost 12 pounds over the course of a month. He took to Instagram to share some of the positives and the side effects.
Joe Rogan highlights diarrhea as the only negative from this diet. As for the positives, Rogan felt that his energy levels were up throughout the day. This could be a result of disciplined eating. Also, he admits that he felt healthier after getting into the full swing of this diet.
“Now, I’m well aware of the placebo effect and I’m constantly self-analyzing every perceived reaction I’m having to eating only meat for almost 2 weeks straight, but one thing I’m fairly sure of is that my energy levels are higher and steadier throughout the day. This seems undeniable.
This is the only time in my life I’ve ever tried eliminating carbs for more than a day or so, and since I started the diet a couple days before January I’m now about 13 days in, at least 7 pounds lighter, and in completely uncharted territory for me.”
This time around, it is likely that Joe Rogan continues to provide updates on a regular basis. This has already begun as the podcaster shared a picture of a ribeye steak that he ate for breakfast on Saturday morning. For any that are thinking about taking on this challenge, Rogan is a great reference to follow.

YouTuber Derek Discusses Bodybuilding Dangers On ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’
Derek joined Joe Rogan to discuss different dangers of bodybuilding as you age.
Joe Rogan has built up one of the top podcasts in the world today. When he has a guest on, the topics can cover a wide range. In a recent episode, Rogan was joined by Derek, who is a popular media figure himself.
Derek created a YouTube Chanel discussing different fitness and diets called More Plates More Dates. He joined Rogan to discuss some of the risks and dangers in bodybuilding as an athlete begins to get older. This began with Derek speaking on the physical stress that the body is under when athletes perform at this level.
“With bodybuilders, it’s wild too, because it’s almost like the opposite extreme where you, you actually are aware that you’re killing yourself very quickly while you’re doing it. yeah. like you still want to walk around at like 260 plus even though you know how stressful it is on all your organ systems your heart.”
The work that bodybuilders have to put in has only grown over the years. Athletes are being judged on the size of their physique along with overall conditioning. This requires athletes to put themselves through strenuous workouts and preparation leading up to an event.
Joe Rogan continued the conversation by bringing up the amount of surgeries that Ronnie Coleman had throughout his career. This can be caused as the body goes through plenty of impact during lifts such as bench press and squat.
Yeah that’s the brutal thing too, when you get to that size is, progressive overload. You get to a point where you’re forced to a point where you use weights that are so exorbitant to overload because you’re way too strong that’s impossible not to literally fuckin dismantle your entire infrastructure while you’re supporting those loads.”
“Your squatting 100s and 100s of pounds, benching 100s and 100s, this and this, and your bones can’t just adapt and be totally fine.”
Bodybuilders have built themselves up on stage based on appearance. The overall goal is to build a better physique than the other guy. This becomes more difficult as an athlete gets older and that might force them to put themselves through more.
Rich Piana was used as an example. Derek and Joe Rogan spoke on how bodybuilding impacted the 40-year-old. Piana passed away from cardiac arrest in 2017.
“The guys who try to retain their size trying to fo 40+ almost always end up kicking the can real quick. He tried competing to become a pro. And he just doesn’t have the genetics from a structural aspect. So Even though he’s a massive fuckin dude, on stage he doesn’t you know have the proportions the symmetry, etc to make it far. But he just loved, loved the lifestyle so much. And his brand was built around it.”
This is a topic that has come up recently after an unfortunate string of deaths has impacted the sport. Derek went into detail with Joe Rogan and broke down some of the dangers.

Joe Rogan Shocked By Jujimufu’s “World’s Strongest Smelling Salts”
Joe Rogan gets the shock of his life trying out Jujimufu’s smelling salts.
Comedian and podcaster Joe Rogan recently took the challenge of trying out smelling salts. But Rogan didn’t just try out any smelling salts brand. The podcaster tried out Jujimufu’s brand of smelling salts and the experience gave him the shock of his life.
Smelling Salts. They’re a staple of powerlifting, a useful tool that help powerlifters heft a great deal of weight. It provides the extra kick necessary for a lifter to psyche themselves up before lifting an absurd amount of weight.
Unlike performance enhancers, smelling salts don’t add a specific physical edge for a lifter. Whatever strength they’ve attained during training will determine how much weight they’re able to heft in a session or a meet. But what smelling salts do provide is an extra kick that allows for more intense focus.
Not all smelling salts are created equal of course. There are many different brands to choose from. One such brand of smelling salts is created and designed by veteran powerlifter turned bodybuilder Jujimufu.
Enter Jujimufu
Known for his incredible agility and lifting abilities, Jujimufu is well versed in weight training. With tons of lifting experience under his belt you can bet that Jujimufu knows a thing or two about smelling salts. The powerlifter is so confident in his knowledge in fact that he’s created his own brand of smelling salts. One type is called “Awesome Smelling Salts”, another is called “AHHH!!! World’s Strongest Smelling Salts” the latter of which caught the attention of a well known podcaster.
Powerful Smelling Salts
In a recent episode of his podcast Joe Rogan recently tried out Jujimufu’s “AHHH!!! World’s Strongest Smelling Salts” along with his friend and fellow comedian Theo Von. What happened next was nothing short of eye opening.
Our first experience with smelling salts. The great and powerful @theovon and I took a whiff of @jujimufu’s good stuff. Shoutout to my friend @worlds_strongest_gay for the introduction to these fine olfactory stimulators. Holy shit was that intense. Full podcast available now on @spotify.
It was a real pleasure to get to hang with Theo again!
It’s clear that Jujimufu is working with some pretty powerful stuff. Joe Rogan and Theo Von were nearly floored by the smelling salts. If it’s really that potent, Jujimufu’s smelling salts could be a game changer in the weightlifting game.
Will you be trying Jujimufu’s smelling salts brand?

Rob Kearney Appeared On “The Joe Rogan Experience” To Discuss Injury And Strongman
Rob Kearney provided his thoughts and some recent updates on one of the top podcasts.
The latest strongman to appear on The Joe Rogan Experience was Rob Kearney. The former Arnold Strongman Australia champion appeared on the top podcast to discuss a triceps injury he suffered during the World’s Ultimate Strongman “Feats of Strength” series. During the event, Kearney was attempting to break the American log lift record.
Kearney did some serious damage to his triceps and it was not fully revealed until it was time for him to have surgery to repair the injury. This led to the surgeons having to reconsider the steps they were going to take. The full interview can be found on the PowerfulJRE YouTube page.
“The MRI showed it was torn, but not to what extent. The doctor said it looked like a firecracker had gone off in my tendon,” Kearney explained.
[embedded content]
It was not an easy fix for Rob Kearney. It took 14 sutures to reassemble the tendon to be attached by four anchors that were drilled into the elbow. There are few things that can keep a strength athlete out of the gym. For Kearney, he took two weeks off but quickly returned to train his lower body. During this time, he had to endure serious rehab to gain full range of motion. During the taping of the podcast, Kearney was still unable to extend his arm fully.
Rob Kearney was able to successfully make his return to competition last weekend during the 2021 Rogue Invitational. He still did not have full range of motion but was able to finish sixth out of 10 competitors in Round Rock, TX. This performance showed that Kearney will return to full strength soon. Even without full range of motion, he was able to make an impact against some of the other top strongmen in the world.
Joe Rogan has sustained one of the top podcasts in the Internet for quite some time. During his tenure, Rogan has featured some elite competitors in both strongman and bodybuilding. Kearney joined the likes of Ronnie Coleman, Robert Oberst, and Mat Fraser as athletes who have appeared on the show.
It was good to see Rob Kearney back in competition and it will only get more exciting as he continues to get healthy. The next time he steps on stage could produce some better results than in Texas.

Not only were both men impressed by his lifting ability, but also by the fact that he has the most muscle mass in history. But what Ray Williams was able to accomplish during his powerlifting career is worthy of even more praise.

Many athletes achieve have achieved lifts while using performance enhancing drugs while others have chosen to go the natural route. One such natural athlete is Ray Williams, a powerlifter who has impressed both Joe Rogan and Mark Bell.

He went on to further set himself apart in the powerlifting world with a 1080 Lbs raw squat. Williams is far from being done as well as he continues to get stronger in the gym. Training Regimen of a Beast
