WATCH: The Stoltman Brothers Attack A 20,000-Calorie Breakfast Challenge

The Stoltman brothers took down a meal that only strongmen could handle.
The different diet plans that athletes use are always amazing to see. Whether it is basketball or football, all athletes train and eat their meals in different ways. When it comes to bodybuilding and strongman, these diets take on a new meaning. The Stoltman Brother took down a breakfast challenge that show what these athletes can really put down.
Both Tom and Luke Stoltman sat down at the Hillhead Cafe in Tornagrain, Scotland looking to eat everything on the breakfast menu — and they did. The brothers made sure to order one of everything on the menu and it added up to around 20,000 calories.
The Stoltman Brothers were the first to try the menu from some of the best cooks in the world. The impressive feat of eating began strong for the brothers but you can see the difficulty as they continued on in the video.

So, What Did The Stoltman Brothers Eat?
The long morning of eating for Tom and Luke Stoltman began with a vegetarian bowl made of granola, yogurt, summer berries, and lemon curd. This menu item is known as the Summer Breakfast Bowl. The Stoltman Brothers followed this up with buttermilk pancakes made of smoked bacon, soft cheese, blueberries and topped with maple syrup.
“I think these are the best pancakes I have ever had,” Luke Stoltman said.
The meal continued with fish and eggs. It was a highland salmon mixed with avocado, scrambled eggs, and dill.
“Calorie wise, I think this menu probably equates to around 20,000 calories. I think we can do it. So far, I am feeling good,” Luke Stoltman said.
At this point, there were two meals left for the Stoltman Brothers. The penultimate meal was the “Tornagrain.” This was made up of black pudding, packed eggs, mushrooms, and bacon. The full recipe was not disclose. Finally, Tom and Luke Stoltman enjoyed the sharing platter. This was made up of two bowls of oats with strawberries, pancakes, and granola bars with raspberries.
The Stoltman Brothers continue to be two of the top strongmen in the world and it is because of their dedication and preparation to the sport. With insane meals like this one, it is clear that they have plenty of calories coming in to feed the machines.

Luke Stoltman Speaks On Leaked Call Regarding World’s Strongest Man And Giants Live

Luke Stoltman Speaks On Leaked Call Regarding World’s Strongest Man And Giants Live

Luke Stoltman had a private conversation leaked and it has caused some controversy.
Luke Stoltman is one of the top competitors in Sacramento vying for the title of World’s Strongest Man this week. Unfortunately, the strongman is dealing with another issue that he recently decided to address.
This week, a conversation as leaked by Mark Boyd, who is a member of the World’s Ultimate Strongman organization. Stoltman was on the call speaking on some details about the World’s Strongest Man and Giants Live. In the conversation, it appears as though the group of three are discussing how groups are adjusted in a certain way for the World’s Strongest Man competition.
Stoltman recently shared a video on YouTube to speak on the action by Boyd, who seems to be interested in discrediting the competition. Just a small portion of this conversation was recorded and it did not tell the entire story.

“At no point did I think my friends were recording the private conversation. And this conversation, by the way, it wasn’t just a minute conversation. It was about 30 minutes.”

Luke Stoltman on World’s Strongest Man
Luke Stoltman wanted to set the record straight about this conversation. He explains that the conversation took place in April 21. It might not be a coincidence that it was released the same week of the World’s Strongest Man.
“Unfortunately, I didn’t get a very good seeding at World’s Strongest Man, was a little annoyed at that. And just to prove a point. Last year, I won Europe’s Strongest Man and the World Tour Finals and surprise, surprise, I get great seedings at the World’s Strongest Man. It proves that the system does work in place,” Stoltman explained.
Stoltman continues to explain that he has received his seeding in the past based on his performances in Giants Live. He explained that he is under a retainer, like many athletes, and there is no corrupt business. This is a way for the company to protect itself, its athletes, and retain some of the best. Stoltman has competed in Giants Live to qualify for the World’s Strongest Man.
Giants Live has promoted the Stoltman brand, which is extremely popular led by Luke and his brother Tom Stoltman, who is the reigning champion at the World’s Strongest Man. Luke Stoltman finished his video by saying he as wrongly recorded and that his full focus is on the competition this week.
“The things I said were recorded wrongly. It was a private conversation. It was basically because I didn’t want to do World’s Ultimate Strongman.”
“That’s the bottom line. I’ve had a conversation with two friends that had wrongly recorded that conversation. I said things privately to them and they recorded that conversation…I will have nothing else to say in the matter. I have World’s Strongest Man to win. That is my main priority. That is my only priority this week.”

Luke Stoltman Sets New PR Squat Double With 738-Pound Lift

Luke Stoltman Sets New PR Squat Double With 738-Pound Lift

Luke Stoltman continues to impress and put up huge numbers in the gym preparing for competition.
The Stoltman Brothers have made a huge impact as strongmen in their career and have only improved over the last year or two. Luke Stoltman is the reigning Europe’s Strongest Man champion and could have his eyes on some more prizes in 2022. In a recent training session, Stoltman set a new PR squat double by dominating 355kg (738lbs) for two reps.
Stoltman was joined by his brother Tom, reigning World’s Strongest Man, and Dr. Dan Managi of The Strength Game. He is joining the Stoltman brothers to help them during training. Both Luke and Tom have been announced as competitors in multiple competitions already. It begins with the 2022 Britain’s Strongest Man competition, which will take place on Feb. 26 in Sheffield, England.

Just a week after, both brothers will appear at the 2022 Arnold Strongman Classic. The max squat will be the first lift and it looks like Luke Stoltman is doing all he can to get his numbers up.
The Stoltman brothers went through a squat workout that was meant to feature working sets and heavy doubles. It began when they added 75kg (165lb) pounds on the bar and increased by 50kg each set. Both Luke and Tom added knee straps before attempting the 225kg (496lb) lift. From then on, the weight just kept increasing.

Luke Stoltman began his heavy squat doubles with a 315kg (694lb) attempt. These two reps were effortless, just like the two with 325kg (716lb) on the bar. This is when he decided to try and hit a new PR.
“It felt good, it was the same weight as last week, but for a double… We’ve ordered a couple of single ply suits… We’ll see if that adds an extra bit.
“We’re trying to get everything working properly, and these are a safe way of really f***ing yourself up.”
The massive leg day ended with hamstring curls and a variety of calf exercises. The max squat is an event that is important during events and Luke Stoltman is preparing to take down some of the competition. Both Stoltman brothers continue to be a force and will be top competitors at each event they take place in. This could be a special year if all goes right.

Strongman competitors are truly the strongest beings on the planet. The feats they’re able to accomplish are nothing short of extraordinary. They are able to show their strength and their might in a host of different tests of superhuman ability. The ability of these athletes to do the nigh impossible is truly something to behold.
The best strongman competitors in the world are set to prove their strength at the Arnold Strongman Classic. The list of competitors include the 2021 World’s Strongest Man Tom Stoltman, his brother Luke Stoltman, and 2019 World’s Strongest Man Martins Licis just to name a few. Each man is prepping their hardest to bring their best to the ASC.

The brothers Luke and Tom Stoltman are revving up their training and are lifting some serious numbers. The two recently did some impressive deadlift training.

Martins Licis
2019 World’s Strongest Man is also pushing himself harder than ever. Licis hasn’t competed for some time now, but if his training is any indication he hasn’t lost one step. We’ll now get to see Licis face off against fellow World’s Strongest Man champion Tom Stoltman. In preparation for the clash Licis is pull out all the stops, squatting a massive 836lbs.

Squatting three times a week is fun ? 836lbs (380kg). Felt light. Moved slow.

Rob Kearney
Not to be outdone Rob Kearney is also pushing himself hard in prep for the Arnold Strongman Classic. Kearney like Martins Licis squatted over 800lbs and looked impressive in doing so.

Squats are still feeling great!! 810lbs (368kg) for a solid 3 reps. Using the Duffalo Bar to save the elbows a little bit as we ramp things up and start lifting heavy!!!

Each of these competitors are looking strong ahead of the Arnold Strongman Classic. Who will be victorious? We’ll just have to wait for March to see.

WATCH: Tom Stoltman Accidentally Breaks Gym Wall During 2021 Training Session

Tom Stoltman was training with his brother, Luke, and Eddie Hall at the time.
Strongman competitions feature many different ways for competitors to show off their brute strength. One we have not seen is the athlete taking down a wall. This is what happened when Tom Stoltman joined his brother, Luke Stoltman, and Eddie Hall for a training session back in 2021.
A recent video has gained popularity from a training session involving this trio. They were preparing for the 2021 Britain’s Strongest Man Competition at the time. This video can be found on the Giants Live STRONGMAN YouTube page. The session includes four major workouts but the highlight of the video was Tom Stoltman breaking a wall at the gym.

Hall explained that they were not training using full competition weight because it was more important to get the proper motions down. This was a session involving form but the strongmen still lift much more than the average person.
The final leg of their session involved a 90kg tire. Following his turn, Stoltman let the tire go but was too close to the wall. The impact of the tire hitting the wall left a big crack in it. To make matters worse, Stoltman was unable to beat his brother in the loading session.
“Tom, I wouldn’t be angry at you for this mate but you didn’t even beat Luke. You got one second less,” Eddie Hall joked.
“I think Tom going for the wall like a juggernaut has put a little bit of a damper on the session.”

All three competitors have made major strides since this session. Tom Stoltman is the reigning World’s Strongest Man while Luke Stoltman won the 2021 Europe’s Strongest Man competition. Eddie Hall has returned from a triceps injury and is continuing to work his way to the boxing ring.
The Stoltman Brothers are already in line to compete at two major events. First, they will be present during the 2022 Arnold Strongman Classic, which will take place from Mach 3-6 in Columbus. Next, they are slated to compete at the 2022 Shaw Classic on Aug. 13-14 in Loveland, CO.
This is an old video but there is still plenty of entertainment value to it. Both Tom and Luke Stoltman continue to be huge names in powerlifting and will continue to build their legacy with a busy 2022.

Luke Stoltman Crushes 661-Pound Pause Deadlifts For A Triple

Luke Stoltman Crushes 661-Pound Pause Deadlifts For A Triple

Strongman Luke Stoltman continues to put up some huge numbers preparing for 2022.
The Stoltman brothers have climbed to the top of the powerlifting game. Both have recently been invited to participate in the 2022 Arnold Strongman Classic and this is just one event for what could be a packed year in 2022. This is especially true for Luke Stoltman if he is able to continue this level of training.
Luke Stoltman seems determined to increase his numbers heading into the new year. This was made clear when Europe’s Strongest Man loaded 661 pounds on the bar and completed three reps while pausing in between. Stoltman completed this lift without a belt. This has gone with Stoltman’s recent trend of lifting heavy in order to reach his max.

Luke Stoltman entered a training session with his brother Tom, who has been more focused on high volume speed reps. In a recent video posted to the Stoltman Brothers YouTube page, you can see how Luke completed these deadlifts and the form he used to do so.

During the 2021 Rogue Invitation, Luke Stoltman struggled with deadlifts and this was his weakest lift at the event. It is clear that he wats to bump up those numbers and has been doing so by lifting extremely heavy.

Despite this performance at the Rogue Invitation, Stoltman was able to put up a big year in 2021. He won the 2021 Europe’s Strongest Man and 2021 Giants Live World Tour Finals. At the Giants Live, Tom Stoltman finished second to his brother. Stoltman is known for massive lifts and thrives in log lift.
In 2020, Stoltman set the British record with a 221kg (487lb) log lift. It seems as though he could attempt the world record in the coming year. This is currently held by Iron Biby at 229kg (504.8lb). For the time being, Stoltman seems to have his focus on deadlifts and strengthening a part of his craft that has been down recently.
If Luke Stoltman is able to get his numbers up, there is no telling what levels he will be able to reach. Stoltman already has one show on tap for 2022 at the Arnold Strongman Classic. It will be interesting to see when he competes next and what he decides to attempt. There is no doubt that he continues to be one of the top strongmen in the world and lifts like this remind us all.
