Bodybuilder Seth Feroce ‘Exposes’ 12 Most Famous Influencers in the Fitness Industry: ‘Natty or Not’
The ‘Natty or Not’ debate has remained one of the most talked about fitness subjects in the industry. Recently, retired bodybuilder Seth Feroce posted a YouTube video where he examined the bodies of some popular influencers in the industry. He also gave his opinion on whether they use steroids or not.
“We’re not doing one person, you said everybody,” Feroce shared.
Feroce is a highly respected bodybuilder who made a name for himself in the Men’s Open and 212 Bodybuilding divisions. During his tenure, which occurred mostly in the 2000s, Feroce displayed exceptional conditioning, balance, and symmetry. He was led by Hany Rambod, a decorated trainer who is currently responsible for guiding top-tier athletes such as Hadi Choopan, Derek Lunsford, and Andre Deiu.
Over the last few years, ‘Natty or Not’ disputes have become the center of online discussions in the fitness world. Influencers are known for tackling these sensitive topics like Kenny KO. He’s discussed Mike O’Hearn’s natural status with him face-to-face. O’Hearn claims to be a lifetime natural athlete, who continues to defy age with a ripped physique and powerful lifts.
Joe Rogan has insinuated that Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and Chris Hemsworth should come clean and admit their gear use as well. This revelation came after Derek of More Plates More Dates’ infamous exposé of Liver King’s (Real name: Brian Johnson) leaked steroid cycle. Meanwhile, Bradley Martyn also suspects that The Rock uses steroids.
The latest to take part in the controversial discussion was Seth Feroce. He systematically broke down 12 of the most popular influencers’ physiques and determined whether or not they are using PEDs.
Alex Eubank – Not Natty
“He is on the fucking border. I like Alex I’ve talked to him a handful of times on IG. He seems like a good kid. He says he’s natty. I know he’s made a lot of videos about him possibly transitioning over to the dark side, it looks like he takes something. He does have good genetics,” said Seth Feroce.
Shizzylifts – Not Natty
“They’re saying this dude is natural? There’s no fucking way. Is this an edited photo? Dude, this dude has got some serious arms. He trains hard, doesn’t he? I’ve seen these training videos of him.”
Sam Sulek – Not Natty
“That’s like asking if I’m natural. I just found him maybe a couple of weeks ago because it just popped up on my YouTube. He’s young too, isn’t he? This is all I see. This is the reason I like this kid. I see parts of me in him. This guy is definitely fucking batshit crazy. He has his shit together. In his videos, he’s calm, cool, and collected. Does his own thing.”
“He is fucking in it. You can’t pass judgment upon people for what they want to do with their lives because Sam seems to be having a massive impact on the fitness community,” said Seth Feroce. “A lot of people want to focus on the bad which would be his acne, the issues with steroid abuse, the long-term effects. But then at the same time, nobody would give two flying fucks about who Sam is if he wasn’t being who he is now.”
Jesse James West – Natty
“I could say that he’s natural. He seems like a decent guy. He seems like he loves what he’s doing. That’s all you can ask for for people that are doing things like this. I’d say out of everyone so far, he’s the one that I would say is natural.”
Tristyn Lee – Natty
“He seems like an actual genuine good guy, him and his brothers. Stupid genetics run in his family, stupid genetics. Dude, it’s [his conditioning] always around with him. But I’ve seen the videos that Doucette did on him about the being too skinny or too shredded all the time. You know that this young man is going through his own battles. Because if he’s training like he’s doing those things and eating like he is, he is obsessed.”
“I don’t know man. I think he’s probably dabbled with a few things. More recently in the past couple of years simply because he loves the gym. At the same time, you can throw in an oral for six weeks and notice a difference, especially if you’re on point like he is with everything he does. Why would you do such a thing? To learn and have fun. He could be natural because he has crazy genetics.”
“He’s had such steady progress, I could say that he’s natural because he’s never made massive jumps in weight, never. He is stronger than a motherfucker though.”
Tren Twins – Not Natty
“Obviously they’re not natural but by no means do I think these two take as much as people think they do. Their name was catchy they called themselves the Tren Twins. It’s awesome, it’s fun, it’s entertaining. They’re big, swole as fuck right here.”
Greg Doucette – Not Natty
“Greg is not on Tren no way. He’s on TRT obviously, he talks about it regularly. Yeah, dude, Greg is always in shape. He’s always in shape. Greg has been around, he’s older than I am and I can tell you right now if I cut peanut butter pretzels out of my diet, I’ll lose weight.”
“Greg has been like, ‘I rolled out of bed this is what I look like.’ We’re like yeah, you look like you’re on TRT. And post-workout, yeah, Greg you look like you’re taking Tren because the veins on your legs look paper thin.”
Mike O’Hearn – Natty
“Do I think he’s natty? I do think that he is natty but I do not think he’s human. I say Mike is an alien. Mike is an alien, he’s not a real human being. I think he’s from a different planet. There’s no reason, no amount of gear that still says you being a 50-plus-year-old man, that you should be able to bench 405 pounds for reps and do all the crazy wild fucked up shit he does. No fucking way. Why are you doing that? How are you doing that? Not from earth.”
Liver King – Not Natty
“The thing is Omnitrope, that growth hormone is some of the wildest growth hormone I’ve ever taken. There’s different levels of growth hormone, you can get the Chinese, and that’s some fucking knock-off bullshit, does it work, yeah sure. I could take ten IUs of it and be pretty good.”
Jeff Seid – Not Natty
“I think that he dabbled. Put him in the category of like Alex. If everything was off, he might be like ‘No, I just never have.’ But I wouldn’t be surprised if he was like, ‘Yeah, I took some stuff, I took Anavar, I took some SARMs.”
David Laid – Not Natty
“These people in person are probably not as big as they look on here,” said Seth Feroce. “These guys work, they’re not not doing shit. That’s not what this video is, but I don’t think he’s natural. It’s a little too much to claim natural.”
Lexx Little – Natty
“He’s probably strong but then you tell me he benches 405, that’s a strong lift for a little man. I mean, he’s got a great physique. He’s using the camera angle and the lends and the twisting waist. His upper body, I’d say you could achieve this naturally yes.”
Parting Thoughts
“Whenever you’re young you’re supposed to experience life and chase after things that are unique and special. You don’t get to be elite or great without intensity or passion okay? It just doesn’t fucking occur,” said Feroce.
“Most of the people on the list have a following that is very intense. My hats off to you young gentlemen, I hope you continue to do cool shit but keep living. It’s okay, you will be scrutinized for anything you do.”
This won’t be the last fans hear of ‘Natty or Not’ discussions. Just recently, former kickboxing champion and controversial influencer Andrew Tate was the center of the debate due to his built physique. According to Tate, he’s never touched testosterone replacement therapy or steroids in his life. In response to the claim, Derek of More Plates More Dates examined his body and determined that the evidence ‘leaned toward’ Tate being natural.

As for Seth Feroce, he believes no matter what athletes do, if they find any sort of success, scrutiny will follow them. Even though he suspected that many of these influencers used PEDs, Feroce refused to discount the hard work that went into achieving such impressive physiques.

Dana Linn Bailey Discusses Steroids and Potential Comeback: “Maybe Just One More”
Dana Linn Bailey continues to flirt with the idea of a potential comeback. In a recent Muscular Development interview, Bailey teased a return and defended her position as a lifetime natural athlete who has never touched steroids.
“I love training. I love volume. So, yeah, those lateral raise sets where I’m doing like 40 reps. People are like what… I think if I even touched a little bit of drugs, I would have been on the same stage as Iris Kyle the way I train,” Dana Linn Bailey shared.
Bailey faced many obstacles on her way to finding success in the IFBB Pro League. However, she never gave up on her dreams and in 2013, reached the height of her career after winning the inaugural Women’s Physique Olympia title. Even though she surrendered gold a year later, she remains a trailblazer in the division – and has yet to officially retire.
Having stepped away from the bright lights, Bailey grew her legacy online with platforms like YouTube and Instagram, where she routinely influences millions of followers. She is known for her strenuous and rapid workout intensity. This was on full display in sessions with top names in the sport such as coach and FST-7 training founder Hany Rambod and four-time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler.
In a recent Cutler Cast Podcast, Dana shared that she was a lifetime natural athlete, devoid of all performance-enhancing drugs. At the time, Bailey said if she chose to compete again, she’d volunteer for weekly blood tests leading up to the competition. Given her ability to stay shredded year-round, fans are convinced Bailey could shock the world if she mounted a comeback.
According to Dana Linn Bailey, she never used the word retirement after she stopped competing.
“You know, that’s why I’ve never said the retired word. Because there’s a silly part of me – because I do look at myself now – fu** man, you’re in better shape now than you’ve ever been. I would love to see what I look like because I have – I’m going to be 40 in a couple of weeks. I’m an ’83 so I’m going to be 40. The kids on stage now are in their 20s. There’s a silly little thing in my head that’s like maybe just one more. So I’ve just never said anything.”
Bailey said she’s not lying about being natural despite the differing opinions of fans online. She added that she’d never look like reigning Women’s Physique Olympia Natalia Coelho or Sarah Villegas if she eventually returned. And if a comeback was in the cards, Dana said she would need at least a 30-week camp to develop her legs without steroids.
“It used to affect me I used to get really upset. I just – because I’m not lying. I’m just being honest. People would literally get hate me. Then, throw me everywhere, I’m lying, I’m a fake natty, this and that. It used to really bother me. Then I switched, and it’s like you know, I must be doing something right obviously.”
“No, no one reached out [Masters Olympia]. I heard about it but for me to prep I need like 30-something weeks to prep for a show. Yeah, 30 weeks. Dude, yeah. 30 weeks out,” said Lin Bailey. “For me to get my legs out, yeah I need time. We can talk about the natural not natural, I’ve been competing natural my entire life. So for me to get my legs to come out, it takes like 25 weeks.”
“There’s no way I would look like that [Sarah Villegas and Natalia Coelho]. I’m also very realistic with myself. I’m not crazy. I understand: there’s a part of me that would just love to go up there and not freakin’ care and I would be the smallest, may not be the most shredded but I would love to see what I could do.”
Even though Dana doesn’t use steroids, she understands why men do. In addition, she shared that very few men can keep up with her training intensity but Kai Greene was one of them.
“I’ve trained with some of the top bodybuilders in the world. Jose Raymond, he quit on me halfway through. The only one that like – it’s not even that he trains at my intensity like Kai trains for a very long time. He’s probably the one person that can, ‘Cool, this guy can hang with me.’ But no other, especially no other dude has hung with me. Generally, girls can hang because we just have more endurance.”
“I don’t care if guys do it. It works with your bodies. I want to see the freaks, I want to see Kai Greenes and Ronnie Colemans,” added Bailey.
Linn Bailey Reflects on the Evolution of Women’s Physique Class and Winning 2013 Olympia
At first, Bailey was afraid of losing on the Olympia stage because she thought fans would no longer follow her. However, after losing in 2014, she said her following stuck around.
“Obviously once you go pro, you kind of space things out. But, yeah, won the first Olympia, got second at the second Olympia. I tell people this all the time, getting second place was probably one of the best things that ever happened. It sounds weird obviously. I love winning. Being first was awesome. It was really cool. But there was so much pressure – unneeded pressure that I put on myself.
And when I got second, I will say I looked better the second year. I’m just saying, I looked better. Just saying. I looked better the second year and got second but that’s fine. Afterward, I thought everything was over. I thought my whole world was going to fall apart. Still second place, I just thought, ‘Okay, everyone is going to go follow that one person now. I thought everything revolved around being on stage and winning,” said Dana Linn Bailey.
“I think I had a very strong head on my shoulders. I never did anything weird. I never – my diet was actually very very healthy. I did everything super healthy but there was a little bit of crazy.”
Dana announced a recent fitness challenge she’s aiming to complete in the coming months, titled the ‘Summer shredded 4.0 body transformation challenge.’ She invited her fans to tag along while she aims to add muscle and lean down at the same time.
The Women’s Physique division has evolved significantly since Bailey’s reign. She remains undecided about a comeback but still hasn’t completely abandoned the idea of gracing the Olympia stage one more time.

Derek MPMD on Andrew Tate’s Steroid Rumors: ‘Evidence Leans Toward Natural’
Controversial influencer Andrew Tate’s physique is making the rounds online as questions surrounding his alleged steroid use continue. In a recent YouTube video, PED expert Derek of More Plates More Dates dispelled a rumor spread by former UFC fighter Chael Sonnen and laid out why he believes Tate has a natural body.
Tate, known for his boisterous attitude, has quickly become one of the most influential figures on social media. ‘Cobra’ speaks his mind regardless of the repercussions which has seemingly boosted his popularity.
Romanian authorities arrested Andrew and his brother, Tristan Tate in Bucharest last December for suspected involvement in human sex trafficking. Following a number of attempts to be released from custody, the Tate brothers were freed and placed on house arrest on March 31, 2023. They claim to be innocent of all charges.
I am on precisely zero steroids or TRT of ANY KIND. NEVER HAVE BEEN. Never taken them in my life, ever.
I am a man who eats once a day and trains. THAT IS ALL. I swear this before GOD.
I will take and pass ANY TEST, try me.
Accept i am a genetic specimen of absolute…
— Andrew Tate (@Cobratate) April 19, 2023
With over 6.2 million followers on Twitter, Tate documented his time in jail and described the conditions as very poor. And while he admits he only ate one meal a day in accordance with Ramadan, the influencer exited his cell looking more ripped than when he entered the facility. In a public statement, Tate recently underlined that his physique was created naturally and said he’s never touched steroids or testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) in his life.
As discussions surrounding Tate’s physique heat up, PED expert Derek took a closer look at the 36-year-old’s natty or not status. He also addressed rumors made by Chael Sonnen and argued why he believes Tate is currently natural.
Derek More Plates More Dates Calls Out Chael Sonnen for Innacurate Andrew Tate Steroid Rumors
During Derek’s reaction video, he played a clip of Chael Sonnen, who suggested he can tell whether a physique is natural not just by looking at someone.
“We find ourselves in the midst of a controversy it seems. Andrew Tate versus More Plates More Dates, I was not expecting to see this title or this video or this thumbnail when I’m logging into my YouTube, it’s me laughing my ass off and Tate with Chael… apparently throwing me under the bus in another video on the same day where he absolutely shits on Andrew Huberman. This video is a hectic one dude.”
“Let’s stick to the one that has me in the title, me versus Andrew Tate,” added Derek.
Derek then advised Sonnen to come out with natty or not videos on The Rock, Chris Hemsworth, and Kumail Ali Nanjiani.
“Let’s see Chael, you can do [natty or not] on The Rock, Chris Hemsworth, and you can do… let’s pick hard one, and Kumail Ali Nanjiani – these guys are all arguably a little bit saucy saucy. You tell me, bro, exactly what are they doing, dosage, compound selection, would fuc**ng love to see that video, I’d watch it.”

Gona miss it forever.
Guess I’ll just have to crack the matrix have 20 sons and be a billionaire instead. ? pic.twitter.com/Gfv6j2CRV9
— Andrew Tate (@Cobratate) May 5, 2023
What Chael Sonnen had to say:
“It does amaze me when Derek says, ‘I don’t know.’ Now, if you wanted to say I don’t know what it was, I don’t know if that was growth, I don’t know if that was anabolic, I don’t know if that was some peptides or if that was some SARMs. I do know, but I can understand if he does. But to just not know in general? It really does blow my mind,” Chael Sonnen shared.
“I did see Andrew’s response, where Andrew said, ‘Hey Derek, I appreciate you I know you’re an expert, and thanks for talking about me, I’m not an expert in that field but I am an expert in myself, and I know I didn’t take anything ever! That’s true. I’m not telling you what Derek said isn’t true because I didn’t hear it, but I will tell you with Tate, it’s true.”
According to Derek, Chael was trying to get a response from him.
“What a wild way to get — is this like the ultimate get a response video video? Because it’s like, you didn’t hear what I said, but are sort of implying that you know exactly what I said at the same time.”
Derek explained that he published a ‘natty or not’ video on Andrew Tate last year. Even though Tate provided two biomarkers, Derek shared that it wasn’t enough information to reliably say whether or not Tate uses PEDs.
GM. pic.twitter.com/Qmbp9FCCrT
— Andrew Tate (@Cobratate) May 6, 2023
“He provided two biomarkers, one of which was free testosterone [during Derek’s video on Andrew Tate] and there were no gonadotropins and he had a disproportionately high free testosterone and that kind of didn’t really help him. And the actual age and stuff on the thing, it looked weird. It was kind of an odd thing to publish as proof, which is kind of what I went over in the video.”
“I was basically saying there’s no way to prove you’re natural with this blood work, but my conclusion in the video, I did make a pretty conclusive one,” said Derek.
“I know he does eat kind of what he wants, he has like one meal a day, a shit ton of coffee, and great genetics, but how does that the first thing that comes to your mind when you see this [Chael], is he eats donuts sometimes [therefore he’s natural].”
GM. pic.twitter.com/2ImIM0Y8FA
— Andrew Tate (@Cobratate) May 4, 2023
Considering that Tate’s physique looked arguably better after prison than before, Derek can understand why fans are accusing him of potential steroid/TRT use.
“The reason people are bringing this up I think is because his physique now is arguably in some pictures looks as good or better than before he went to jail. This is a before and after,” added Derek. “He’s looking housey as fu** just standing there.”
“Looking beefy dude, looking lean, looking bigger than even when he was younger. The guy is in top shape seemingly. And how? Was he slipped some gear in jail or what happened? That’s what people want to know.”
Having followed the Tate brothers for years, Derek said he ‘never saw anything that was indicative of hormone use.’ With that in mind, Derek doesn’t believe Tate is taking gear.
“I’ve seen their progress over time. I haven’t seen any sort of fluctuations [with their physiques] really, I never saw anything that was indicative of hormone use, and my best guess at the time of this video and still is, is that the guy is indeed natural. For Chael to be like, ‘It’s kind of wild for Derek to say he doesn’t know,’ I feel like it would have taken you two fuc**ng seconds to watch the video dude.”
“There’s some level of scrutiny whereby the evidence is leaning more toward natural than not, take from that what you will I guess,” said Derek. “Would it be possible to prove with absolute certainty that anyone is natural versus enhanced? No, not really. But you can get some pretty fuc**ng substantial evidence almost to the point it’s essentially irrefutable.”
PED expert Derek has become famous in the fitness sector for busting natty or not myths. Last year, he leaked private emails detailing a steroid cycle sent from Liver King (real name Brian Johnson). Following Derek’s revelation, Liver King later apologized for lying about his gear use and now claims to be steroid-free.
In one of his latest endeavors, Andrew Tate took aim at bodybuilders by suggesting they are all ‘pussys afraid of combat sports,’ which garnered reaction videos from Kenny KO and Greg Doucette.

Dana Linn Bailey Joins Jay Cutler, Defends Natural Status, Talks Health Scares & Thyroid Issues
Dana Linn-Bailey is a pioneer of the growing Women’s Physique division. In a recent Cutler Cast podcast, Linn-Bailey discussed a number of topics including breast implants, competing drug-free, thyroid issues, and Kai Greene’s influence on her posing routines.
Despite struggling to find her footing in the IFBB Pro League, Dana Linn-Bailey would eventually carve out a successful career, having graced the stage with a unique balance of muscularity, conditioning, and detail. Her striated chest and shoulders helped her reach the pinnacle of bodybuilding in 2013 when she claimed her lone Olympia title in the newly created Women’s Physique category.
While she would surrender gold to Juliana Malacarne in 2014, Dana continues to prove herself in the training room and online. Since stepping away from the sport, she’s built a successful empire, boasting over 2 million followers on Instagram and half a million on YouTube.
Dana’s ability to create engaging content online has only bolstered her name recognition within the bodybuilding and fitness communities. She has taken part in brutal workouts with four-time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler, as well as Hany Rambod, who coached Derek Lunsford and Hadi Choopan to first and second at last year’s 2022 Olympia.
Sitting down with Cutler, DLB spoke about breast implants and whether or not she uses steroids. In addition, she discussed health problems stemming from a Rhabdomyolysis infection and a thyroid condition.
Dana Linn-Bailey Looks Back on Breast Implant Pressures and Talks ‘Natty or Not’ Status
Linn Bailey ultimately decided that she didn’t want the procedure despite what it could have done to further her career.
“As a competitor, you want – your wanting to do, like what if I stopped training the way I trained and I became a pro Figure girl, I wouldn’t have been the first Physique winner; I followed what I wanted and I just think it’s such a weird decision to even think, just not getting boob implants.”
“We sat down because I wanted to do this thing, and I wasn’t doing well. I thought, ‘Cool, I’m not going to get sponsored, none of this is going to be happening, I won’t be there unless I do well in this sport.’ So I sat down, ‘Do I get them so I actually do well?’ He’s like [her husband] he just asked me, ‘Do you want them?’ I’m like, ‘Not really.’ Because again, I went back to, ‘How am I going to bench?’” said Bailey.
“We just sort of moved forward with it [not getting implants], he’s like, ‘You’re perfect the way you are, you’re getting attention no one else is getting by being you. So there’s something there.’”
According to Dana, she suffers from hyperthyroidism. Having considered a comeback, Dana said if she followed through, she would prove her natural status by receiving drug tests in the weeks leading up to the show.
“If I travel a lot my labs will be off because stress messes with your thyroid, the thyroid messes up everything. It’s something I have to regulate all the time. Every year, I was always like, yeah, I was like maybe I’ll come back, I feel like I need to do something. And Rob’s always been the one like, ‘No don’t do it.’ He’s so… I just felt like it would be great for business.”
“There’s a part of me that just wants to see what the heck I would look like on stage but I don’t want to see myself next to the girls that are winning now,” laughs Bailey.
“Cool, I’m going to use this, if I’m going to compete, I’ll get drug tested every single week leading up to the show to just be like, ‘Suck it guys.’ They’ll probably just say I had a doctor alter it, it’s okay I’ll never win it’s fine. That was going to be my, ‘Okay, if I do compete I’m going to do it at a different angle.’ Only to prove, that hey you can do this. It takes 30 weeks for me [a prep drug-free].”
Linn-Bailey Details Health Struggles, Names Kai Greene As Biggest Posing Inspiration
In addition to problems with her thyroid, Dana revealed that she contracted Rhabdomyolysis and said it caused her liver to fail.
“Usually with Rhabdomyolysis it affects your liver your pee will be like brown a brownish, it will be discolored because it’s breaking everything down, but my pee was fine, and she thought that was so weird and but she said, ‘I’m pretty sure you have rhabdo.’ Like, ‘You shouldn’t have done the GHDs it’s a huge no-no in the CrossFit world, they shouldn’t have let you do that.”
“I went to the doctor probably by Friday, they took my labs, Saturday or finally got them back a day or two, this is like a week later, my labs were astronomical. I can only imagine what they probably were on Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday. So literally, my liver was not – I was in liver failure.”
Even though she didn’t have a lot of female bodybuilding idols, Dana was inspired by the detail and artistry of Kai Greene’s posing skills.
“I’m such a meathead. All my favorite bodybuilders were all men, I never looked at women. Like Kai [Greene] as far as posing and stuff – like a lot of my routines I used to just watch videos of him posing and a lot of the moves and lot of my poses are from him.”
Given her decorated career and active lifestyle, there’s a lot to learn from DLB. From building bigger biceps to her three favorite squat tips, she makes her fans feel included. She also shares her personal struggles and achievements, inspiring others to overcome their own challenges and pursue their goals.
Unafraid to speak her mind, Dana Linn-Bailey is a trailblazer of the sport who paved the way in helping make the Women’s Physique division one of the most exciting in the IFBB Pro League.

Liver King Looks Crazy Ripped After Being Natty for 120 Days
Influencer Liver King, AKA Brian Johnson, became the subject of controversy when he got exposed for lying about steroid use last year. He came clean about misleading his audience and promised to get off gear. In a recent post made on Instagram, Johnson shared a crazy ripped physique update after claiming he’s been off steroids for 120 days.
Liver King first gained attention for his monstrous build and antics online during the pandemic in 2021. He promotes the consumption of raw meat and a natural way of living based on the nine ancestral tenets. His videos of eating raw meat like liver, kidney, brain, and bull testicles went viral on multiple occasions. His unusual diet combined with his intense workouts quickly garnered a massive Instagram following of nearly 2 million and over 4.3 million on TikTok.
There was a ton of speculation about whether Johnson used steroids based on his muscle-bound frame. Johnson repeatedly denied the accusations in several media appearances and credited his health to his ancestral lifestyle. In November 2022, Derek of MPMD (More Plates More Dates) revealed Johnson had been lying about his steroid use. He showed leaked emails exposing Johnson’s steroid cycle and bloodwork. Following the reveal, Liver King admitted he took steroids in an apology video.
UFC color commentator Joe Rogan never bought Johnson’s claims. He went on the offensive against Johnson’s over-the-top gimmick and called on The Rock to come clean about his alleged use as well. Things didn’t seem to end there as Liver King’s former coach ‘Vigorous Steve’ pushed back on the apology. Derek expressed a similar sentiment and said there was more to the story than meets the eye.
Liver King opened up about his motives for lying as well. He claimed he used steroids to help spread the message of ancestral living. Then, he dispelled the rumors that he got ab implants by getting a thorough check from a doctor.
A New Yorker filed a $25 million lawsuit against Johnson and his companies for deceiving people into buying their products. He argued that Johnson knowingly misled his audience and persuaded them to buy products based on a disingenuine social media campaign.
Liver King gave fans a look into his physique after quitting steroids for seven days earlier this year. He appeared to have shrunk down in size and weighed 188 pounds after fasting for 42 hours. Two months ago, he provided another impressive physique update after going 58 days without steroids.

Liver King took inspiration from The Rock to prepare his epic cheat meal last month. He devoured massive quantities of pizza, fast food, fried items, and desserts for a change from his meat-based diet.

Based on the latest update, it appears Johnson is working hard to maintain his muscular build. He seems to have gained adequate mass, which may prompt fans to once again question his natty or not status.

Liver King Slams Critics Who Claim He Is On Steroids, Reiterates He Is All Natural
Brian Johnson, aka Liver King, addresses natty or not speculations.
After much fan speculation, Brian Johnson, also known as Liver King, has officially responded to whether or not he is natural or using steroids. Over the past year, Liver King exploded onto the scene. As of the time of this writing, he has 1.1 million followers on Instagram. Liver King’s key to viral success? He promotes an “ancestral” lifestyle – meaning he tries to live like our ancient forefathers by hunting for his meals, eating raw organ meat, and living purely off the land.
Of course, his massive physique alongside his “ancient all-natural” way of living has drawn some criticism and speculation throughout the bodybuilding community. Is it truly possible that Liver King has amassed such muscle without the use of PEDs? Not only has the Liver King responded to such speculation – he also mocks the entire “natty or not” culture in a recent Instagram video.
