Paul Krueger wins the Men’s Bodybuilding at 2021 Natural Olympia
To kick off natural bodybuilding in 2021, PNBA/INBA hosted its first event of the year, 2021 Natural Olympia, at Golden Nugget Las Vegas Hotel & Casino. Taking the competition by storm, Paul Krueger came out victorious in this year’s opener.
As the name suggests, the Natural Olympia is a competition amongst the greatest natural bodybuilders on the planet competing for up to $100,000 in cash prizes. Across the board, it’s the summit of natural bodybuilding events.

What separates this event from other prominent bodybuilding shows, such as Mr. Olympia in the IFBB Pro League, is the PNBA/INBA league vets all athletes utilizing state-of-the-art drug testing equipment for all professional sports – World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA).
Of course, the size of natural bodybuilders will differ from the size of bodybuilders competing in the IFBB, therefore, the judging varies and has to adapt to smaller bodybuilders, although each athlete competes in similar categories.

The most prominent faces of natural bodybuilding walked the stage this weekend, including Jon Tsui, the defending champion and Natural Bodybuilding Hall of Fame inductee, and 2018 champion, Colin Congo.
The results of the event are listed below, showing who the top competitors were and which ones came out on top. Keep reading to see the full breakdown of results from the 2021 Natural Olympia.

Lauralie Chapados wins Bikini at the 2021 Sacramento Pro!
Lauralie Chapados took home the Bikini title during the 2021 Sacramento Pro. the competition took place on Saturday in Sacramento where athletes were vying for qualification to the 2022 Olympia. Chapados has earned that prize after a strong showing during the 2021 show.
Chapados quickly emerged as one of the favorites during the 2021 Olympia in Orlando. She was part of the first callout and fought until the results were announced. In the end, Chapados finished second to Jennifer Dorie. This came just two weeks after a third place finish at the 2021 Arnold Classic. Now, Chapados will have another chance to compete for the Olympia title.

This is Chapados’ third win of the year. She was victorious during the 2021 Chicago Pro, which earned her qualification to the Olympia. She picked up another victory during the Powerhouse Classic Pro. In Sacramento, Chapados was battling with Jessica Wilson and Lucia Malavze.
Wilson was part of that large group of competitors during this year’s Olympia. She placed 11th in Orlando. Wilson took home the prize during the 2021 Omaha Pro back in July and now has two runner-up finishes. Malavaze finished one place above Wilson at the Olympia in 10th place. Here, they switch places. Malavaze has been an up-and-coming name in bodybuilding and we will continue to see that next year.

The full results from the show have been announced. The Bikini division was the highlight of the show and it was Chapados who earned the ultimate prize. Check out the full breakdown from the Bikini division below!

Who will win Men’s Open during 2021 EVLS Prague Pro?
The 2021 EVLS Prague Pro took place on Saturday and it was highlighted by the Men’s Open. Some of the top competitors in the world gathered in the Czech Republic to gain that automatic qualifier to the 2022 Olympia. This event is set to take place in December 2022 in Las Vegas.
Regan Grimes already has his qualification for the biggest event of the year but he was quickly back on stage during the Prague Pro. Grimes was victorious during the 2021 KO Pro Egypt just one week ago but felt a need to get back on stage. Grimes has looked incredible during post-Olympia competitions and this could be because of a change made with his coach.

Grimes was a name to watch coming into the show, along with Nathan De Asha. It has been a bit of a tough go for De Asha when it comes to travel but he was able to get on stage during the Prague Pro. He has three victories so far in 2021. De Asha has been providing physique updates so it was not a surprise to see his performance on Saturday.
Samson Dauda was also quickly back on stage after appearing in Egypt last week. He finished third at the event, behind Grimes and Mohamed Shaaban. Dauda wasted no time getting back on stage. Rafael Brandao made his return to competition and it will be interesting to see the course of action he takes moving forward.

There were six divisions in total where winners would qualify for the 2022 Olympia. The full results have been announced and the winners have claimed their prizes. Check out the full breakdown, along with scorecards, from each event below!

Regan Grimes wins Men’s Open at the KO Pro Egypt!
Regan Grimes showed up and displayed an incredible physique that led him to the title at the 2021 KO Pro Egypt. Grimes earned the automatic qualification to the 2022 Olympia, along with three other divisions. This event took place in Egypt and some of the top competition in the world was present.
Grimes led the way by taking home the prize in the headlining division. Grimes hired a new coach after this year’s Olympia and it seems to be working right away. He finished second to Shaun Clarida last weekend at the 2021 Legion Sports Fest. Now, he was able to earn his qualification to the biggest competition of the year. This comes after a bit of a disappointing outing during the 2021 show.

Grimes had to compete with some other elite names in the sport. Cedric McMillan returned to the stage for the second straight weekend after he appeared at the Legion Sports Fest. McMillan returned from an injury and it is good to see him back in competition on a consistent basis. Mohamed Shaaban and Samson Dauda also appeared on stage in Egypt.
In the home country of Olympia champion Big Ramy, there was an exciting show to watch on Sunday. The sport of bodybuilding has become huge around the world and Egypt is one of the countries that is leading the charge. It is because of competitions like this that the sport is continuing to grow.

The full results from Egypt have been announced. There were a total of four major divisions where the winner earned qualification to the 2022 Olympia next December. Check out the full breakdown from the event below!

Diogo Montenegro wins Men’s Physique at the 2021 MuscleContest Nacional Pro!
The 2021 MuscleContest Nacional Pro took place last week in Campinas, Brazil. This was a contest headlined by the Men’s Physique division and Diogo Montenegro took home the prize. This was an impressive win for a competitor that is looking to take the next step in the division.
Montenegro has competed in four Olympia competitions during his career and could be on his way to another. He won this exact contest back in 2018 and has been a force during international competitions. Montenegro most recently finished second at the 2020 MuscleContest Brazil Pro.

This makes it four straight top-five finishes for Montenegro. He has not appeared in the Olympia since 2018, where he finished 13th. Vinicius Mateus finished second while Vitor Charves took home the bronze. This was a chance for Montenegro and company to showcase their physique shortly after this year’s Olympia. Montenegro won his third competition over the weekend and it was a big one post-Olympia.
The full results have been announced as the competition wrapped up over the weekend. Check out the full results from the Men’s Physique division below!
