Roelly Winklaar Confirmed For Chicago Pro, Competitors List Revealed
Roelly Winklaar Has Been Confirmed For Chicago Pro as Competitors List is Revealed
It looks like the Chicago Pro got a whole lot more interesting. It looks like it’s been confirmed that Roelly Winklaar will participate at the show.
The official Chicago Pro competitors list was just released. Roelly Winklaar was one of the names on the list confirming his participation at the show. Winklaar will be facing off against other top pros like Hassan Mostafa who is still hungry for a spot at the 2021 Olympia. He will also have to face Maxx Charles who has been looking impressive as of late.
Full Competitors List
While many speculated that Roelly Winklaar would compete at the Arnold Classic, it appears that the veteran bodybuilder has decided to take part at the Chicago Pro. Both the Arnold Classic and the Chicago Pro can grant the winner a ticket to the 2021 Olympia. But rather than contend with all the other top level bodybuilders, Winklaar has decided to try his hand at the Chicago Pro.
It’s a smart play to say the least. While Roelly Winklaar has what it takes to contend against the best bodybuilders in the world at the Arnold Classic, he’ll have a greater chance at success at the Chicago Pro. It’s simply a matter of probabilities. If he wishes to contend with the best of the best at the Olympia, earning his spot with a win at the Chicago Pro makes all the sense in the world.
Roelly Winklaar has been looking pretty impressive in the lead up to the show. While it was unclear what show he would be competing in, Whnklaar has clearly been hard at work.
Intense Training
Roelly Winklaar has been putting in some overtime in his preparation. From how things appear, Winklaar is a shoe-in to win at the Chicago Pro and his training is no doubt giving him some increased confidence.
Now all that’s left is to see what Winklaar brings to the stage at the Chicago Pro. If the above update is any indication, we could see “The Beast” punch his ticket for the 2021 Olympia.

Roelly Winklaar’s Profile
Roelly Winklaar, the “Dutch Beast,” was born and raised in Curaçao, an island in the Dutch Caribbean. He and his brother were huge fans of bodybuilding growing up and would often watch and later participate in amateur competitions. However, all that changed after a near-fatal car accident in 2004. Winklaar had a sudden epiphany that he was wasting his life in amateur competitions and that his true calling was to be a professional bodybuilder.
He began his journey to IFBB pro status by moving to mainland Netherlands, where he sought out the best possible bodybuilding training. He began training with former bodybuilder Sibil Peeters, known as “Grandma” and “the trainer from Hell” because of her demanding and intensely physical method of bodybuilding training well documented in the award winning film, Generation Iron. In 2009, Winklaar finally succeeded in going pro after winning the NPC Arnold Amateur Championships. He later established himself as a rising star after his victory at the 2010 IFBB New York Pro competition. Winklaar is known by many to have the best arms in bodybuilding today.
A New Rivalry is Born
Nick Walker has pushed himself like this in the past. After turning pro, Walker wasted no time making an impact at his first show almost immediately. Walker showed significant improvement after placing fourth at the 2020 Chicago Pro. Walker’s willingness to improve and throw himself into the fire at the 2021 NY Pro allowed him win a qualification to the 2021 Olympia. He is one step closer to achieving his goal of becoming an Arnold Classic champion and one step way from the Olympia stage. Walker now has done what it takes to improve and put himself in position to face off against Roelly Winklaar.
Roelly Winklaar on the other hand is looking to get back on track. After missing the entire 2020 season, Winklaar is looking to make up for lost time. With his sights set fully on earning his spot at the 2021 Olympia, Roelly Winklaar will now have his work cut out for him as he trains in Kuwait.
Nick Walker is looking very impressive as he continues his bodybuilding journey. That said, Roelly Winklaar is no slouch and is looking just as impressive heading into the 2021 Arnold Classic against competitors like William Bonac, Cedric McMillan and Akim Williams.

Roelly Winklaar is Looking Insane in Recent Update Ahead of Next Show
Roelly Winklaar is in next level condition ahead of his next show.
Roelly Winklaar is once again showing why he’s one of the best bodybuilders on the planet. “The Beast” had to pull out of the 2021 Olympia due to coming down with the illness that shut down the globe for well over a year. But now it appears that he’s back in action and looking to make up for lost time.
It’s clear that Roelly Winklaar is reaching a whole new level. After Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elssbiay won the 2020 Olympia, all bets are off. Let’s face it, the masses have been used to having a reigning Olympia champion. Ronnie Coleman, Jay Culter, and Phil Heath consistently were in the winners circle in the past 20 years. But after Shawn Rhoden won, then Brandon Curry, and now Big Ramy, there’s been no one to hold onto the title for more than a year. If the trend continues it means that the title is up for grabs. Perhaps Roelly Winklaar could grasp a victory during these uncertain times.
In any event, Roelly Winklaar is showing some true championship caliber as he prepares for his next show. Winklaar will most likely be competing at 2021 Arnold Classic. In prep for the show he looks to be in some incredible condition. His recent update speaks for itself.
Roelly Winklaar is on the next level currently. In fact, it would come as no surprise if he dominates at the Arnold Classic.
What do you think of Roelly Winklaar and his current condition?
