Hany Rambod Talks Enhanced vs Natural Athletes & Steroid Abuse: ‘You Can’t Run PEDs Forever’

Hany Rambod Talks Enhanced vs Natural Athletes & Steroid Abuse: ‘You Can’t Run PEDs Forever’

Renowned bodybuilding guru Hany Rambod has cemented his status as one of the greatest coaches in the sport. He boasts a stellar roster of athletes that have won nearly two dozen Olympia titles under his guidance. In a recent episode of The Truth podcast, Rambod shared his thoughts on how natural and enhanced athletes might differ in the off-season and cautioned against the constant use of PEDs performance-enhancing drugs).
Over the last two decades, Hany Rambod has helped shape top talent in multiple divisions such as the Men’s Open, Figure, and Men’s Physique. He guided the likes of Phil Heath and Jay Cutler during their days of professional competition. His unique training methods helped Heath become a dominant champion with seven Mr. Olympia wins in a row and also helped Cutler during his illustrious career.
In addition to the Open contenders, he assisted in Jeremy Buendia’s rise to the top of the Men’s Physique Olympia. He also played a role in helping Nicole Wilkins and Jenny Lynn win Figure Olympia.
Rambod presently serves as a coach for former 212 Olympia champion Derek Lunsford, four-time Classic Physique Olympia winner Chris Bumstead, and reigning Mr. Olympia Hadi Choopan. He gave fans a look into his signature FST-7 (fascia stretch training) style legs workout with Choopan in preparation for the 2022 Mr. Olympia last November.
Bumstead is one of the more recent athletes to join Rambod. He teamed up with ‘The Pro Creator’ after splitting with his longtime coach and Men’s Open contender Iain Valliere last season. Considering the incredible track record of Bumstead, many believed Rambod was under a ton of pressure to deliver results. In the end, Bumstead added the fourth title under his belt whereas Choopan won the Mr. Olympia while Lunsford slotted in second in his Open debut.

Following the event, Hany Rambod opened up on working with ‘CBum’ in the final stages of his preparations for about 12 weeks. He also stayed in communication with Valliere leading up to the contest. Over time, Cbum and Rambod built a close bond.
Rambod gave his take on training Choopan and Lunsford at the same time earlier this year. He compared the experience to the time he worked with Heath and Cutler in their heydays. To deal with the problem, he just focused on bringing the best out of both athletes as individuals.
Hany Rambod Talks Natural vs Enhanced in Off-Seasons

In a recent YouTube video, Hany Rambod shared his thoughts on the differences in off-season preparations for a natural and enhanced bodybuilder.
“When it comes to natural and unnatural, I think people try to break it down a little differently. The key is, off-seasons should be just dependent on what you are going through at the time,” said Rambod. “It shouldn’t be because you’re natural or not, it’s just that you gotta listen to your body. If you are an enhanced athlete, you’re going to go through a set time of off-season that usually has to do with either a training cycle or a PED cycle and you can’t just keep running PEDs forever.”
Rambod Torches PED Abusers: “For Those That Are, Shame on You”
Rambod warned those using PEDs and encouraged being conservative with protocols.
“For those that are, shame on you. You’re not doing your body any justice. You’re creating excessive wear and tear to your organs but you’re also not allowing your body to actually benefit from taking gear. That’s why it’s called a cycle. You don’t stay on it perpetually because if you do, you end up actually having reduced amounts of benefit from what you’re taking.”
He stressed the importance of balancing out PEDs and cautioned against their adverse effects.
“It’s an addiction to the look, the feel, the endorphins are heightened because of the hormones. So, know your place and know what these are for; recovery. When you’re doing PEDs and you’re balancing that out, you’re trying to get away with taking the least amount of gear to get the best benefit so that’s why you build sleep, supplements, diet, active therapy all around it. You don’t make your PEDs the base of anything. You just sprinkle it in like seasoning to help with recovery.
“If you do that you’re going to get the best out of your gains and being able to take the longevity of your body so you’re not going to have problems down the road with your kidneys, liver, and everything else that goes along with the destructive effect of PEDs.”
“What you need to do is balance things out and add in for additional recovery and not build it as the base foundation of any program,” he added. “The more that you do the lesser your career is going to last.”
Hany Rambod expressed his excitement for Lunsford’s guest-posing appearance at the 2023 Pittsburgh Pro last week. Lunsford left the fans stunned with his monstrous package on stage and goes into the upcoming 2023 Mr. Olympia as one of the frontrunners. Samson Dauda, who claimed gold at the March’s Arnold Classic is also considered a threat.

Derek MPMD on Andrew Tate’s Steroid Rumors: ‘Evidence Leans Toward Natural’

Derek MPMD on Andrew Tate’s Steroid Rumors: ‘Evidence Leans Toward Natural’

Controversial influencer Andrew Tate’s physique is making the rounds online as questions surrounding his alleged steroid use continue. In a recent YouTube video, PED expert Derek of More Plates More Dates dispelled a rumor spread by former UFC fighter Chael Sonnen and laid out why he believes Tate has a natural body.
Tate, known for his boisterous attitude, has quickly become one of the most influential figures on social media. ‘Cobra’ speaks his mind regardless of the repercussions which has seemingly boosted his popularity.
Romanian authorities arrested Andrew and his brother, Tristan Tate in Bucharest last December for suspected involvement in human sex trafficking. Following a number of attempts to be released from custody, the Tate brothers were freed and placed on house arrest on March 31, 2023. They claim to be innocent of all charges.

I am on precisely zero steroids or TRT of ANY KIND. NEVER HAVE BEEN. Never taken them in my life, ever.
I am a man who eats once a day and trains. THAT IS ALL. I swear this before GOD.
I will take and pass ANY TEST, try me.
Accept i am a genetic specimen of absolute…
— Andrew Tate (@Cobratate) April 19, 2023

With over 6.2 million followers on Twitter, Tate documented his time in jail and described the conditions as very poor. And while he admits he only ate one meal a day in accordance with Ramadan, the influencer exited his cell looking more ripped than when he entered the facility. In a public statement, Tate recently underlined that his physique was created naturally and said he’s never touched steroids or testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) in his life.
As discussions surrounding Tate’s physique heat up, PED expert Derek took a closer look at the 36-year-old’s natty or not status. He also addressed rumors made by Chael Sonnen and argued why he believes Tate is currently natural.
Derek More Plates More Dates Calls Out Chael Sonnen for Innacurate Andrew Tate Steroid Rumors
During Derek’s reaction video, he played a clip of Chael Sonnen, who suggested he can tell whether a physique is natural not just by looking at someone.
“We find ourselves in the midst of a controversy it seems. Andrew Tate versus More Plates More Dates, I was not expecting to see this title or this video or this thumbnail when I’m logging into my YouTube, it’s me laughing my ass off and Tate with Chael… apparently throwing me under the bus in another video on the same day where he absolutely shits on Andrew Huberman. This video is a hectic one dude.”
“Let’s stick to the one that has me in the title, me versus Andrew Tate,” added Derek.
Derek then advised Sonnen to come out with natty or not videos on The Rock, Chris Hemsworth, and Kumail Ali Nanjiani.
“Let’s see Chael, you can do [natty or not] on The Rock, Chris Hemsworth, and you can do… let’s pick hard one, and Kumail Ali Nanjiani – these guys are all arguably a little bit saucy saucy. You tell me, bro, exactly what are they doing, dosage, compound selection, would fuc**ng love to see that video, I’d watch it.”

— Andrew Tate (@Cobratate) May 5, 2023

What Chael Sonnen had to say:

“It does amaze me when Derek says, ‘I don’t know.’ Now, if you wanted to say I don’t know what it was, I don’t know if that was growth, I don’t know if that was anabolic, I don’t know if that was some peptides or if that was some SARMs. I do know, but I can understand if he does. But to just not know in general? It really does blow my mind,” Chael Sonnen shared.
“I did see Andrew’s response, where Andrew said, ‘Hey Derek, I appreciate you I know you’re an expert, and thanks for talking about me, I’m not an expert in that field but I am an expert in myself, and I know I didn’t take anything ever! That’s true. I’m not telling you what Derek said isn’t true because I didn’t hear it, but I will tell you with Tate, it’s true.”

According to Derek, Chael was trying to get a response from him.
“What a wild way to get — is this like the ultimate get a response video video? Because it’s like, you didn’t hear what I said, but are sort of implying that you know exactly what I said at the same time.”
Derek explained that he published a ‘natty or not’ video on Andrew Tate last year. Even though Tate provided two biomarkers, Derek shared that it wasn’t enough information to reliably say whether or not Tate uses PEDs.

— Andrew Tate (@Cobratate) May 6, 2023

“He provided two biomarkers, one of which was free testosterone [during Derek’s video on Andrew Tate] and there were no gonadotropins and he had a disproportionately high free testosterone and that kind of didn’t really help him. And the actual age and stuff on the thing, it looked weird. It was kind of an odd thing to publish as proof, which is kind of what I went over in the video.”
“I was basically saying there’s no way to prove you’re natural with this blood work, but my conclusion in the video, I did make a pretty conclusive one,” said Derek.
“I know he does eat kind of what he wants, he has like one meal a day, a shit ton of coffee, and great genetics, but how does that the first thing that comes to your mind when you see this [Chael], is he eats donuts sometimes [therefore he’s natural].”

— Andrew Tate (@Cobratate) May 4, 2023

Considering that Tate’s physique looked arguably better after prison than before, Derek can understand why fans are accusing him of potential steroid/TRT use.
“The reason people are bringing this up I think is because his physique now is arguably in some pictures looks as good or better than before he went to jail. This is a before and after,” added Derek. “He’s looking housey as fu** just standing there.”
“Looking beefy dude, looking lean, looking bigger than even when he was younger. The guy is in top shape seemingly. And how? Was he slipped some gear in jail or what happened? That’s what people want to know.”
Having followed the Tate brothers for years, Derek said he ‘never saw anything that was indicative of hormone use.’ With that in mind, Derek doesn’t believe Tate is taking gear.

“I’ve seen their progress over time. I haven’t seen any sort of fluctuations [with their physiques] really, I never saw anything that was indicative of hormone use, and my best guess at the time of this video and still is, is that the guy is indeed natural. For Chael to be like, ‘It’s kind of wild for Derek to say he doesn’t know,’ I feel like it would have taken you two fuc**ng seconds to watch the video dude.”
“There’s some level of scrutiny whereby the evidence is leaning more toward natural than not, take from that what you will I guess,” said Derek. “Would it be possible to prove with absolute certainty that anyone is natural versus enhanced? No, not really. But you can get some pretty fuc**ng substantial evidence almost to the point it’s essentially irrefutable.”

PED expert Derek has become famous in the fitness sector for busting natty or not myths. Last year, he leaked private emails detailing a steroid cycle sent from Liver King (real name Brian Johnson). Following Derek’s revelation, Liver King later apologized for lying about his gear use and now claims to be steroid-free.
In one of his latest endeavors, Andrew Tate took aim at bodybuilders by suggesting they are all ‘pussys afraid of combat sports,’ which garnered reaction videos from Kenny KO and Greg Doucette.

Kali Muscle Gets Honest About 13 Years of Heavy Gear Use: ‘I Really Didn’t Stop Till the Heart Attack’

Kali Muscle Gets Honest About 13 Years of Heavy Gear Use: ‘I Really Didn’t Stop Till the Heart Attack’

Fitness influencer and former bodybuilder Chuck “Kali Muscle” Kirkendall continues to issue warnings about the dangers of steroids. In a recent YouTube video, Kali Muscle discussed performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs) and the repercussions that follow sustained abuse.
Over the last three years, the foundation of the bodybuilding community was rocked by multiple deaths. In 2021, former Mr. Olympia Shawn Rhoden suddenly passed away from suspected heart troubles. Meanwhile, George Peterson, a standout 212 bodybuilder, also met his untimely fate face down in a hotel room, once again, from heart complications.

Last April, less than one month before the 2022 Arnold Classic, Cedric McMillan died at 44. In addition to the former Arnold Classic champion, the sport mourned the deaths of IFBB judge Jerry Ward and German IFBB pro Andreas Frey.
Considering the trend, multiple bodybuilding personalities have underlined the dangers associated with PEDs. Among them was Kali Muscle, who shared a cautionary tale that saw him suffer a heart attack around the same time Rhoden passed away. In an effort to deter PED abuse, Kali Muscle is again highlighting the dangers in a recent YouTube appearance.
Kali Muscle Reflects on 13 Yrs of Steroid Abuse, Takes ‘Small Dose’ Now to ‘Sustain’ Physique
Kirkendall admits he ignored warning signs from doctors regarding his use of PEDs.
“You clogging everything up then I was getting warnings… doctors would be telling me, ‘Your blood pressure elevated for years.’ I’m like, ‘Man, look at me I’m fine.’ Then would use the electrical blood pressure machine, I’m like, ‘No you have to use that manual,’ right? I kept on just putting it off.”
“My feet and ankles swelled up and would just stay swollen, I’m talking abnormal. So I would wear compression socks and all that, just my right foot, so I’m like, I blamed it on Vegas, it’s got to be the heat or something in this air man. I lived in Vegas four years going through this.”
In addition to blood pressure issues, Kali Muscle noticed his body was retaining extra water only on his left side.

“When we did IBF, I went to the doctor and got a physical and all that, they told me that blood pressure is elevated and I just shunned it off. I’m like, but I was always scared of that; I knew something was wrong with my body because I was puffy.

Even when I did bodybuilding shows I would take diuretics and my left side would dry out but my right side was still holding a film of water. So, I was always weary of that, you know. Always scared of that. Yeah, I just didn’t take action on the signs,” said Kali Muscle.

Kali Muscle states that he’s used steroids for 12-13 years straight but finally stopped following his heart attack. He listed trenbolone as the worst compound he’s used but also said ‘deca, anadrol, and dbol’ clogged up his arteries over time.

“When I was 34 I started, 34… to when did I do my last show, no, so I really didn’t stop until the heart attack. Yeah, but all those years I would get off three to four months. So I caught myself cycling off and I’m thinking I’m not doing what these other guys are doing because I was already genetically gifted but you had times bro – that’s why that HGH, IGF fuc**ng Insulin, bro that’s clogging you up. They tell you, you know what I mean, that hardens your arteries or whatever they used to say.”

“Yeah, 34 till when I had my heart attack, so 13 years off and on… 12 years off and on,” added Kali. “If you don’ty get a EKG or a PET scan to look at your arteries, you don’t know what’s going on. That’s what I recommend to everybody. Getting an EKG, a PET test at least once a year when you’re hitting 40 at least once a year.”

“Tren is the worst. Tren, deca, anadrol, dbol, they the worst. They clog you up so fast. Insulin will kill you! I remember I tried that and damn-near died. You got to eat like a 1,000 grams of carbs on it. I was about to fall out and have a diabetic coma. Just experimenting too, don’t know what the hell you doing. It’s all an experiment, that’s what I tell people in videos, you’re giving data to my kids’ generation on what to do and what not to do.”

According to Kali Muscle, steroids have value in society because they can help people suffering from AIDs and cancer. He specified that he’s taking a small dose of testosterone which amounts to 250 milligrams per month.

“Roids help people, AIDs, cancer patients — it helps them. But when you abuse it, that’s when the problems arise,” added Kali. “A small dosage [is what I take now] I do a half a CC every other week. So, you’re looking at I do about 250 migs a month. That’s just to sustain.”

“I don’t do it for big muscles or nothing because I want to live bro. I’d get off totally if they tell me to. Yeah [testosterone], just some test. I feel great.”

Looking ahead, Kali Muscle is excited about new anti-aging measures.

“Keeping people young… they have a lot of new research. I love it. I look at it like this, if we didn’t have what we have in place now, I would be dead. Back in the day, they wouldn’t of been able to figure out as fast as they did what was wrong with me. By that time, the blood would of shut down to my brain and organs.”

Kali Muscle isn’t the only former bodybuilder keen on reversing the anti-aging process. Recently, 1990s Open athlete Rich Gaspari took to Instagram and revealed a peptide stack he uses to preserve his health. He’s also taken aim at Open bodybuilders today who he believes are overusing drugs instead of utilizing proper training.

Given the consequences he’s endured from years of steroid abuse, Kali Muscle hopes to inspire safer practices, especially for those who intend to pursue a career in bodybuilding.

Rocky Star Dolph Lundgren Discloses 8-Year Cancer Battle: Suspects Steroids Are to Blame

Rocky Star Dolph Lundgren Discloses 8-Year Cancer Battle: Suspects Steroids Are to Blame

Swedish actor, filmmaker and martial artist Dolph Lundgren is well known across the world for his roles in action movies of the 1980s and 1990s era. With a dashing personality that best suited a Viking, Lundgren fit in the idea of an action star really well at the time. In a shocking revelation, the 65-year-old actor has stated that he has been fighting with cancer for eight years now.
Lundgren visited the In Depth With Graham Bensinger show recently. During the conversation, The Rocky IV star said he was diagnosed with cancer in 2015. He continues to fight with it and has undergone several treatments to keep it in check.
“They found a tumor. They didn’t know what it was – just a tumor in my kidney.  And they took it out here in LA in 2015 but then they did a biopsy and it was cancerous,” Lundgren said.
The next few years were the toughest of Dolph Lundgren’s life as he had to deal with cancer and live with the constant fear of losing the most precious gift of life. However, he sought different treatments, fought through the disease and paved the way to near full recovery.

Dolph Lundgren shares a detailed account of his battle with cancer
The Rocky IV actor continued to do the scans every six months to track his health after the initial battle but the cancer had grown back in 2020. He underwent a surgery to remove the tumors. In the video clip recorded a day after the surgery, Lundgren said:
“It’s the day after my surgery. They took out one tumor, then they took out another two they found and another three small ones. Hopefully it’s cleaned out. If it dies, it dies!”
Lundgren never lost hope and kept the fighting spirit alive. The final sentence, ‘if it dies, it dies’, is a famous dialogue from the movie Rocky IV and only shows the Swede’s resolve to keep fighting.

In addition to the tumors in the kidneys, Lundgren had developed a ‘lemon-sized’ tumor in the liver which the doctors said they could not take out.
“If they can’t take it out, that means you have to do systemic therapy. But then I started to get side effects, I got diarrhea and I lost a lot of weight.”
The doctors gave him a maximum two to three years to live but Lundgren sought a second opinion and additional treatment to curb the decline. Under Santa Monica-based oncologist Dr. Alexandra Drakaki’s guidance, Dolph Lundgren went through another round of biopsy. The procedure helped uncover the mutation which allowed him to heal through medication.
“So 2022 is watching these medications do their thing and finally, the thing had shrunk by 90 percent. Now I am in the process of taking out the remaining scar tissue of these tumors,” Lundgren revealed.
He continued:
“The prognosis is that hopefully when they take these out, there’s no cancer activity and the medication I am taking is going to suppress everything else.”

‘Drago’ ponders over the potential causes of cancer
Dolph Lundgren is not sure what led his body to get cancer. He had an on and off relationship with steroids in the 1980s and 1990s depending upon the kind of physique his roles demanded.
“I tried steroids back in the 1980s, 1990s… I don’t know if it has anything to do with cancer. Of course it struck me it could have had something  to do with it.”
Lundgren feels that neglecting health could be one of the reasons why people get cancer. Although he does not blame steroids for causing it, he feels that there could be a correlation between steroid use and cancer.
“Maybe it’s just me but you kind of blame yourself to some degree for it. I think maybe, there is some connection between testosterone therapy, HGH therapy and cancer in some people.”

Lundgren is on his way to full recovery. While nobody should have to deal with the health issue as serious as cancer, every grey cloud has a silver lining. The cancer taught the Rocky IV star to appreciate life more as he said:
“You know, you appreciate life a lot more. You appreciate every day. Every day I can be with people I love. You just appreciate being lucky enough to be alive and appreciate every moment there is.”
‘Drago’s’ secret battle with cancer is nearing its end. Fitness Volt wishes Dolph Lundgren a healthy and happy life.

Liver King Looks Crazy Ripped After Being Natty for 120 Days

Liver King Looks Crazy Ripped After Being Natty for 120 Days

Influencer Liver King, AKA Brian Johnson, became the subject of controversy when he got exposed for lying about steroid use last year. He came clean about misleading his audience and promised to get off gear. In a recent post made on Instagram, Johnson shared a crazy ripped physique update after claiming he’s been off steroids for 120 days.
Liver King first gained attention for his monstrous build and antics online during the pandemic in 2021. He promotes the consumption of raw meat and a natural way of living based on the nine ancestral tenets. His videos of eating raw meat like liver, kidney, brain, and bull testicles went viral on multiple occasions. His unusual diet combined with his intense workouts quickly garnered a massive Instagram following of nearly 2 million and over 4.3 million on TikTok.
There was a ton of speculation about whether Johnson used steroids based on his muscle-bound frame. Johnson repeatedly denied the accusations in several media appearances and credited his health to his ancestral lifestyle. In November 2022, Derek of MPMD (More Plates More Dates) revealed Johnson had been lying about his steroid use. He showed leaked emails exposing Johnson’s steroid cycle and bloodwork. Following the reveal, Liver King admitted he took steroids in an apology video.

UFC color commentator Joe Rogan never bought Johnson’s claims. He went on the offensive against Johnson’s over-the-top gimmick and called on The Rock to come clean about his alleged use as well. Things didn’t seem to end there as Liver King’s former coach ‘Vigorous Steve’ pushed back on the apology. Derek expressed a similar sentiment and said there was more to the story than meets the eye.
Liver King opened up about his motives for lying as well. He claimed he used steroids to help spread the message of ancestral living. Then, he dispelled the rumors that he got ab implants by getting a thorough check from a doctor.
A New Yorker filed a $25 million lawsuit against Johnson and his companies for deceiving people into buying their products. He argued that Johnson knowingly misled his audience and persuaded them to buy products based on a disingenuine social media campaign.
Liver King gave fans a look into his physique after quitting steroids for seven days earlier this year. He appeared to have shrunk down in size and weighed 188 pounds after fasting for 42 hours. Two months ago, he provided another impressive physique update after going 58 days without steroids.

Liver King took inspiration from The Rock to prepare his epic cheat meal last month. He devoured massive quantities of pizza, fast food, fried items, and desserts for a change from his meat-based diet.

Based on the latest update, it appears Johnson is working hard to maintain his muscular build. He seems to have gained adequate mass, which may prompt fans to once again question his natty or not status.

Dorian Yates Reveals His Contest Prep, Training, Steroid Cycles & TRT Use after Retirement

Bodybuilding legend Dorian Yates stands out as a six-time Mr. Olympia champion with a distinct training philosophy. In a recent Rob Lipsett interview, Yates revealed his competition prep, training, and the steroid cycles he used as a competitor. He also opened up about his reasons for getting on TRT after stepping away from professional competition….

Jay Cutler Calls Out Steroid Stigma in Film Industry, ‘Figures’ The Rock Is on TRT

Jay Cutler Calls Out Steroid Stigma in Film Industry, ‘Figures’ The Rock Is on TRT

Bodybuilding legend Jay Cutler was a key figure in the Men’s Open division during the 2000s. In his latest interview, Cutler discussed the stigma of steroid use in film, Dwayne ‘The Rock Johnson, and his rivalry with eight-time Mr. Olympia Ronnie Coleman.
In 2006, Cutler finally dethroned Coleman at Mr. Olympia after multiple second-place finishes. Competing actively, Cutler separated himself from the rest of the Open class with exceptional size and conditioning. He’s known for the iconic quad stomp pose and is regarded for having some of the most detailed quads in the history of the sport.

Cutler retired from bodybuilding in 2013. Even though he’s not seen a competition stage in years, Cutler takes his health, fitness, and longevity seriously. He routinely shares motivating workout sessions with fitness influencers. In a collaboration with Lexx Little, Cutler’s physique went viral. Fans immediately questioned if a return was possible for the 2023 Masters Olympia in August.
Unfortunately, Cutler quickly shot down any chance of a comeback days after his progress photo circulated online. Instead, the four-time Mr. Olympia shared that he was transforming his physique as part of a ‘Fit for 50’ challenge. In his most recent undertaking, he joined the Factz Podcast to shed light on his career, Dwayne Johnson, and his experiences with TRT/performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs).
Jay Cutler Talks The Rock, Popularity of TRT & Steroid Misconceptions in Film : ‘Everyone’s Protocols Are Different’
Cutler said he was able to offset his wide waist by building his legs and shoulders, which helped his x-frame.
“It’s just really hard to compare the physiques, the structure is usually different. The smaller waist, I wasn’t blessed with a super small waist so I had to really offset by building my legs outwards and my shoulders outwards to make that x-frame.”
Given the availability of equipment, food, and PEDs, Cutler believes bodybuilders today carry more size than in Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s era.

“As you know, the guys got a lot bigger than in Arnold’s day. Food, you know, equipment, drugs, everything. The science has become a lot deeper but at the same time, guys have paid great money to do this for a living, sponsors, the supplement game is huge, it’s a big support of sports and nutrition for the industry. So guys can get paid to literally eat sleep and train. That’s their job,” Cutler said.
“Oh, I can look at someone [and tell right away] yes. I can tell,” said Cutler. “The truth is I feel like diets and everything else, many guys can really dominate without having to struggle as hard if that makes sense.”

Cutler stressed that there are misconceptions about TRT/steroid use and said the compounds ‘never made him crazy.’

“No. It [steroids] wasn’t like that. Usually, the build up, that’s the thing with the films and everything, they portray like a guy takes a shot of testosterone and he gets aggressive; that’s a misconception. I can tell you that. It never made me crazy. And listen, we talk about TRT which is popular now and I know there’s a lot of accusations of who or who isn’t on TRT. Obviously, Dwayne’s name comes up a lot and whatever else.”
“Like I said, all my blood tests and I was very monitored. I had – my ex-wife was a nurse practitioner, so she was very up to speed on like what the protocols were and what we needed to test. Blood work can only show so much.”

When asked about Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson’s alleged use of PEDs, Cutler had the following to say:

“He doesn’t ever go out there and to give him some sort of respect factor, like he doesn’t go out there and say I’m natural. He just doesn’t talk about it. You know, I know his work ethic, I would figure that at his age, I mean it’s so common, that a lot of people are on TRT. What he does is number one his business. I come out and say, ‘Hey I’m on TRT.’ Because let’s be real: looking at my physique at the wildly muscled look of 300 pounds and I was winning Olympias at 270, if I claimed I was natural, you would have killed me.”
“Everyone’s protocols are different. So guys genetically don’t have to use what other guys may have to use.”
“You had different compounds that kind of would be thrown into a protocol and not everyone would use the same thing but your base would basically be testosterone and then you just, nutrition would have to be on point, and you give yourself four months to get in the best shape possible.”
Cutler Touches on Ronnie Coleman Rivalry & Chasing Size During Career
Before praising Ronnie Coleman as one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time, Cutler named Claude Van Damme and Sylvester Stallone as early inspirations.

“I was overly big, I wouldn’t have been attracted to it, remember, I was married for most of my career. And my whole goal was to be the best bodybuilder,” Cutler said. “In the beginning, Arnold was. Honestly, Van Damme and Stallone were my first heroes. I just thought their physiques were unbelievable at the time.”
“He [Ronnie Coleman] arguably, people question but probably the greatest ever. Arnold obviously, he’s huge. But Coleman had a crazy physique but for me, the first couple were like wow I’m actually second-best. I hate the term you’re the first loser because you’re still right there, right. You’re kind of in line, the problem is there was a curse in bodybuilding where a guy that places second — he usually doesn’t win. So, that was a curse and I actually broke that curse.”
As of late, Jay Cutler discussed which former Mr. Olympias would have held their own against today’s lineup of Open talent. Cutler and Milos Sarcev agreed that six-time winner Dorian Yates and Coleman would contend for gold even today.

The last time the 49-year-old looked at The Rock’s alleged use of steroids, Cutler said he respected the superstar for choosing not to talk about the subject publicly. Meanwhile, podcast giant Joe Rogan recently called on The Rock to come clean about his use after Brian Johnson’s (Liver King) steroid cycle was leaked online.

VOX Testing: Why Bodybuilders Must Be Tested Regularly

Many bodybuilders are increasingly getting obsessed with drinking breast milk. Yes, you read that right. What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you notice a grown man or woman taking breast milk meant for babies? Well, however, yuckish that mind sound, bodybuilders who have discovered its secret don’t care about naysayers. Supplemental breast milk comes with many fitness benefits only bodybuilders can explain.

But why human milk? Scientists and fitness experts have been scratching their heads to try and answer this. And although there isn’t sufficient data to support breast milk’s effectiveness in enhancing muscle growth, users have some positive results. In this article, we will try to find out the possible reasons bodybuilders have resorted to taking breast milk as a supplement.
What Science Says
It is important to note that breast milk is the most complex, nutrient-rich food for babies for all mammals. Babies derive many benefits from breast milk, including immune-boosting sugars and development nutrients. No wonder every bodybuilder wants a piece of this magical natural product to have the edge over their opponent. Breast milk has no side effects, unlike other synthetic products bodybuilders use as supplements.

The formula has been known to promote development in bodybuilders, just like it does babies. Bodybuilders will go to any length to build muscle and strength. There is a notion that bodybuilders are selective about the kinds of foods they take, and it is for the right reasons. It is not every meal you take that helps you to achieve your fitness goals. Importantly, bodybuilders must watch out for their diet lest they consume something that reaches the opposite of what they want as far as fitness is concerned.
Benefits of Supplemental Breast Milk to A Bodybuilder
There is a significant amount of protein in breast milk. It is one of the best sources of protein for athletes and bodybuilders. Bodybuilders take breast milk because it increases muscle growth, helps with recovery, and contains a lot of protein. Breast milk comprises between 50 and 60 percent water, 25 to 35 percent carbohydrates, and 10 to 15 percent protein.

It also contains fat, which is mainly in the form of triglycerides (which are a type of fat). It has plenty of vitamins and minerals that are important for bodybuilders. Breast milk also has immune-boosting properties that help fight bacteria and pathogens in the human body. While it is not as easy as a shake, breast milk can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 72 hours.
It is a good idea to store it if you are on vacation and need to keep fit. The B vitamin, niacin, is also in breast milk. It helps absorb other B vitamins in the body, and it helps fight off infections. The amount of protein in this milk is a significant part of what makes it a valuable source for bodybuilders. The amount of protein in breast milk is also essential to bodybuilders because they need a lot of protein in their diets.

Preparing Supplemental Breast Milk At Home
If you’re going to prepare breast milk at home, then it is much easier than buying it from the store. To make a protein shake, mix 10-12 ounces (3/4 to 1 cup) of breast milk in one blender container with 15-20 ice cubes. Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 6-8 ounces of your favorite fruit juice (fruit or vegetable). Blend until smooth. You can also replace the fruit juice with water or soy milk, but you lose the nutritional benefits that come with breast milk.
Oprah Winfrey’s Take on Supplemental breast milk
Oprah Winfrey famously drinks a cup of breast milk daily, claiming it helps her sleep better and improves her skin. Some say that eating foods from animal sources such as meat, dairy, and eggs is bad for you because they contain cholesterol, saturated fats, and high omega-6 fatty acids. However, it is no secret that these products are, in fact, quite nutritious and healthy for the bodybuilder. When switching to a vegan diet to lose fat or enhance physical performance, athletes must carefully consider their intake of vitamins A, D, B12, and C.
Breast Milk Vs. Regular Supplements
Regular supplements are often extracted, purified, and concentrated on offering a high dosage of their key ingredient. The downside of this is that they don’t always provide the benefits associated with the original food. As an example, red wine contains antioxidants known to promote heart health. However, most red wine supplements are synthetic and have such a low concentration of these antioxidants that you need to drink about ten bottles for the same effect as one bottle of regular red wine.

When combining multiple supplements, it’s essential to consider that many of these substances have different effects (see the “When You Shouldn’t Take It” section below). Certain supplements may also interfere with each other. For example, some people find that they can exercise better when taking creatine along with the amino acid L-arginine. However, others find that this combination causes a headache. In general, it would be best not to accept these two supplements.
The Downside of Regular Supplements
Supplements are a great way to help bodybuilders reach their goals. However, there are some disadvantages to some supplements for bodybuilders. For example, there could be side effects from using these supplements. It is essential to research what the side effects might be before starting a supplement. It is not always necessary to use supplements to get the nutrients you need in your diet. Eating at least five servings of fruits and vegetables daily will get all the vitamins and minerals your body needs.
Some supplements may be necessary for bodybuilders, others could improve their performance, and others are just for fun. Some joint supplements for bodybuilders include creatine, protein powders and bars, glutamine, BCAA’s or leucine-enrichened proteins/whey products, multivitamins, and supplements for testosterone.
The main disadvantage of supplements is that they may contain harmful ingredients or too much of a particular nutrient. For example, creatine has been shown to cause liver damage in doses higher than the recommended daily allowance, so it is best to use it only when necessary. Other side effects could be allergic reactions or infections from bacteria found in supplements. Researching the potential side effects before taking any supplement is a good idea if you are going to use the supplement.
Breast Milk in The Black Market

Supplemental breast milk is sold for $1.50 per ounce, a popular item on the black market. Breast milk in the black market is a relatively new phenomenon. It started with the rise of the internet and social media, which made it easier for mothers to connect.
It’s a booming business that has been fueled by increasing demand from parents who are unable to breastfeed their children or by those who want to try out breastfeeding before they commit to it .” Due to the high demand, breast milk is now being sold in online marketplaces and real-life stores,” says Caroline Dyas, Senior Lecturer of Sociology at Goldsmiths College. “From a sociological perspective, there are many reasons why people buy or sell breast milk.”Breastfeeding rates worldwide have been steadily increasing as more mothers choose not to use formula because they believe it has adverse health effects.

Formula companies have responded by creating products that mimic the effects of breast milk, and as a result, demand for human milk has increased. The trade-in breast milk is also driven by the rise of “natural parenting” – a movement emphasizing breastfeeding over formula feeding. These mothers believe professional support and resources are insufficient to enable parents to breastfeed their children exclusively. “Women who want to get into the business often have difficulty finding lactating donors,” explains Dyas. “As a result, it’s straightforward for these.
Is Breast Milk Legal?
In the United States, buying or selling human breast milk is illegal, but providing breast milk for free is not unlawful. Women can be paid by companies that make formulas and baby food in exchange for their donated breast milk. Organizations like the Human Milk Banking Association of North America and Mothers’ Milk Bank of North Dakota have helped establish banks around the US where women can donate their excess breast milk without penalty.Breast milk is often donated for research in Japan because it is considered a superfood. To prevent breast milk from being in short supply, many women are attempting to donate their milk. This has created a market for human milk and its derivatives, such as infant formula, developed or improved over time by companies such as Nestle and Mead Johnson.

Overall
Breast milk is an excellent source of nutrients and is much better for bodybuilders than cow’s milk. The advantages of breast milk to bodybuilders are many. Breast milk contains the perfect balance of protein, fat, and carbohydrates, making it an excellent post-workout drink. It also has all the essential vitamins and minerals that your body needs to recover from a strenuous workout.
Supplemental breast milk is not just for kids. The protein in breast milk can help build muscles in adults too. Although there are other ways to get protein, it’s still a good option for lactose-intolerant bodybuilders or those who don’t like meat products. It is not uncommon for people to have intestinal issues when they eat meat. They may also think it’s easier to avoid meat altogether and give their bodies a break from saturated fat. With this in mind, breast milk has a much lower impact on the body and often includes less saturated fat than meats.
A theory exists that consuming these foods may allow the body to produce more human growth hormone (HGH), thereby increasing muscle and lean body mass in the short term. There is no scientific evidence to support this claim, however.
