Liver King continues to defend himself against accusations regarding his physique.
First, it was steroids. Now, ab implants? Liver King has been defending himself from false accusations regarding his physique since becoming a social media sensation. His ancestral lifestyle and years of hard work has built a sculpted physique that many do not believe is natural. In regards to his abs, Liver King made light of the rumors claiming he has implants.
Liver King joined the Full Send Podcast, where he was able to set the record straight in many areas. Most importantly, he was able to discuss claims stating that he received ab implants.
“These are implants. A lot of people are like ‘hey, you’re f***ing’ shredded. All you have to do is get implants. They are like $10k each. I’m rocking with $100k worth. They don’t move,” Liver King said.
Liver King Credits Years And Years Of Hard Work
This is not the first time that Liver King has discussed his physique being natural. In other cases, it has been regarding steroid accusations — specifically from Joe Rogan. The podcast host has stated that Liver King has “an ass full of steroids” and that he does not have a natural physique.

Liver King has disputed these claims and has backed it up many times stating that he would go on the podcast to discuss the nine ancestral traits that he lives by. When it comes to his abs, Liver King credits these traits, along with years of hard work.
“It’s 35 years of hard f***ing work every day. Never taking Christmas Off. Today is Sunday, Sunday is rest day. I work out 14 times a week. Normally, it’s two a day. So here’s the thing, I get up just after the sun is getting up. Around 6:30ish, I get off my wooden plank bed. I sleep on f***ing wooden planks, right on the f***ing ground. I’ll tell you why. Why do people sleep in this thing? Number one, comfort is not good for the organism.”
Liver King has his own style of training and that is pushing his body to the absolute limits. This means putting himself through the hardest workouts possible to see the best results.
“I get to the gym. I do the hardest f***ing thing I’m going to do. Immediately after the gym, I eat raw liver, eat raw bone marrow. I eat fertilized raw eggs. I have a Liver King bar, and a whole beast protein shake.”
The figure that is Liver King has become extremely popular in fitness because of his lifestyle paired with a shredded physique. To this point, he has disregarded all claims that he is not natural in anyway.
