Who is Maximus?

If you’re unfamiliar with the term TRT clinic, here’s a recap. A TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) clinic is a medical facility specializing in diagnosing and treating individuals with low testosterone levels. These clinics typically offer services such as hormone level testing, consultation with healthcare professionals specializing in hormone therapy, and administration of testosterone replacement treatments such as injections, patches, or gels. They cater to individuals experiencing symptoms related to low testosterone levels, such as fatigue, low libido, and muscle loss, aiming to restore hormone balance and improve overall well-being.

All caught up? Great.

So, when it comes to Maximus Testosterone, this is a collection of some of the masters of the art. The founder, Dr. Rand McClain, has employed some greats like Dr. Wayne Hellstrom, a board-certified Professor of Urology. If you are looking to create a company that is literally built on changing the lives of men for the better, you better make sure you are employing the best.

We’ll cover the treatments or ‘different protocols’ later on, but this is your standard TRT clinic – but with a bit more zing. Not only do they have exceptional customer support, but they have a discord server. A YouTube channel that actually uploads quality videos. These are additions we NEVER see in this market. I’m sure they can manage my free and total testosterone, but with the addition of things like these, we are surely in for a treat.

As all medicinal treatments should be, these are based on real science. This means treatment plans are based on your actual symptoms and a real blood test.

How does Maximus Testosterone Work?

image-10-1024x474-1.png

Every TRT or HRT clinic works in a very similar fashion. You apply, you test, you medicate. Here is how the process works with Maximus Testosterone:

[*]Apply

You start by clicking ‘Find your Protocol’ on the (rather brilliantly designed) website. After this you fill in a set of questions, granting them a bit more insight into your life, and answering the big question – What is your Problem?

[*]Choose

Once you’ve made your choice about what your ailment is, you are met with different protocols. For instance, when I selected the ‘low Testosterone‘ option, I got met with options to improve my Testosterone levels, including both Enclomiphene and Pregnolone. There are several price options available, all within reason and something worth considering. We’ll discuss pricing later.

[*]Get Started

Once you’ve made your selection, you do another questionnaire. After this is complete, you are put into contact with personnel who will help you with testing and shipping you your medication based on the results of said tests.

My Experience Trying Maximus: A Comprehensive Review

Intake and Service Selection Process

My journey with Maximus began with a highly detailed intake survey, designed to identify my health goals and determine the most appropriate treatment options. Initially known for their work with Enclomiphene, Maximus has expanded their offerings to include Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), Enclomiphene, sexual health treatments (Tadalafil and Vardenafil), weight loss solutions (Tirzepatide and Semaglutide), and a vitamin pack. Given their reputed expertise in Enclomiphene, I opted for this treatment pathway. The pricing structure is competitive, with a monthly subscription of $199, which reduces to $120 per month for an annual plan. Additionally, there’s a requirement for two testosterone lab tests, priced at $72.50 each.

Navigating Through the Process

Following the selection of my treatment package, I was directed to a secondary survey for further details, including my location and other specific health information. However, creating an account on their separate doctor portal, not integrated with the main website, was a minor inconvenience.

The dashboard within the doctor portal, though, is impressively organized and user-friendly, offering seamless access to various services, including customer support.

Doctor Communication: Room for Improvement

Screenshot-2024-03-06-at-11.40.39-AM-1024x627-1.png

The communication with my assigned doctor was entirely text-based and lacked the personal touch of a face-to-face consultation. Despite this, my doctor was receptive to adjusting my dosage to 6.25mg/day, a recommendation directly from Dr. Maximus, demonstrating a flexible approach to patient care.

Community Engagement: A Standout Feature

Maximus’s community engagement, particularly through their Discord server, is an innovative and supportive feature. It not only provides a platform for direct interaction with healthcare professionals but also fosters a sense of belonging among members. My inquiries about prior treatment protocols were promptly addressed by a doctor, enhancing the overall value of the service.

The onboarding experience with Maximus is largely positive, marked by a thorough intake process, a broad range of treatment options, and an engaging community. However, the doctor-patient interaction could benefit from a more personalized approach. Maximus’s commitment to integrating patient feedback and fostering a supportive community sets them apart in the realm of health and wellness services.

I will continue to update this review once I receive my meds and begin my protocol.

Which Maximus Protocol is Best for You?

Testosterone Protocol

image-11.png

The one most guys will look for is the Testosterone replacement therapy option. The symptoms of low Testosterone include erectile dysfunction, muscle mass loss, fat gain, mental health fatigue, etc. While testosterone boosters off the shelf promise to help, they don’t.

So, Maximus offers a combination of Enclomiphene and Pregnolone. Both of these are products that can increase total testosterone as well as increase natural testosterone production. Levels will be monitored as time continues to ensure your energy levels increase, your sexual function improves, and that you are actually experiencing more Testosterone.

You will note that the Maximus Testosterone protocol does NOT include Testosterone injections, as they aim to boost testosterone levels rather than just replacing it exogenously. They have a nifty little table to show us the differences:

Blood Flow

image-12.png

Blood flow refers to the king protocol for erectile dysfunction. ED Affects millions of men worldwide and can have extremely detrimental impacts on men’s health. This product contains traditional medicine for ED such as Tadalafil and Vardenafil, both of which can increase blood flow to your penis, allowing for stronger and more durable erections.

Building Blocks

image-13.png

Building Blocks is rather simple – it’s a multivitamin. We know that a lot of the symptoms we experience like sexual function loss, cognitive function dysregulation, and some other shortcomings. A blood test might be needed to establish which ones you are in need of, but with a product like this, they simply cover all the basics. Some of the ingredients include Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Iodine, and Magnesium.

Weight Loss

image-15.png

Ah, weight loss. We all could do with more lean muscle, and to be frank, that’s probably the better of the two. That said, keeping your fat levels in check plays such a key role in overall health that we cannot ignore it anymore. The potential benefits of losing some unnecessary pounds know no bounds.

Thus, companies have begun catering to those in need. Both Tirzepatide GLP?1 and Semaglutide GLP?1 are products used by the company, both of which have been shown to aid in overall health and fat loss.

A reduction in fat mass might support testosterone levels as well as increase the body’s natural testosterone production. These are both in line with the overall well-being of men. Plus, it’s great for mental health.

Hair Improvement Protocol

image-16.png

Hair loss doesn’t just affect bodybuilders. No no, it affects men with low T as well. In fact, it can happen to anyone, even women. This means that you’ll have to take care of your noggin to make sure you keep all your luscious locks. A natural testosterone booster won’t do anything for your hair loss, but the ‘Warrior Protocol gel’ (latanoprost (0.1% or 0.03%), minoxidil (8%), tretinoin (0.01%)) has been shown to aid in not only slowing down hair loss but even improving hair growth levels. Banger.

Protocol Costs

image-8-1024x512-1.png

As with anything on this planet, you’re gonna have to pay. In order to fix the natural production of your Testosterone levels, you’re going to have to pay a reasonable amount. It is worth noting that Maximus accepts Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

  • Testosterone Protocol: $119 pm/$159 pm/ $199 pm (yearly, quarterly, and monthly option)

  • Blood Flow: $99.99 for 30 doses

  • Building Blocks: $49.99 pm on an annual plan

  • Weight Loss: Tirzepatide GLP?1 ($499) and Semaglutide GLP?1 ($299 pm)

  • Hair Improvement Protocol: $199 pm (0.1%) and $149 pm (0.03%)

Each protocol will also need some blood tests which will determine the dose you might need, which other protocols might be needed, and what other lifestyle habits you need to implement.

Maximus Testosterone Addons

image-9-1024x512-1.png

Apart from just improving your luteinizing hormone or fixing your decreased muscle mass, Maximus goes a step further by trying to improve your overall health in other ways as well. There are several additions to the Maximus plan that set it apart from other companies, especially those who are also in the business of synthetic testosterone.

The first one is the brilliant YouTube channel along with the podcast. Dr. McClain is already a prominent figure on YouTube so it only makes sense to have him in all your podcasts. This allows clients to learn more about overall testosterone levels, health, and how to improve their testosterone protocol themselves. There are several lifestyle changes one can make to improve, and this podcast highlights those perfectly.

image-5.png

From there, you have several E-Books all of which are also focused on healthy testosterone levels. These books might seem like a small fraction of the protocol, but they help the service more than you can imagine.

And lastly, there is the community. Going through low T and a testosterone protocol is scary. It can be lonely. What’s a guy to do? Well, talk to other guys going through the same thing, of course! Thus, Maximus offers a Discord server for the fellas to chat away, talking about everything and anything.

image-6.png

OH! Before I forget, they do sell a few supplements and health products to try and boost your results as well. There isn’t a great variety, but a fair amount of products to choose from. These range from Creatine to Protein, and even includes some non-alcoholic beer as well!

Maximus Testosterone Online Reviews

As a lot of companies do, Maximus Testosterone needs to rely on word of mouth or reviews in order to draw up some business. A common place to find good reviews of a company is TrstPilot. Here are some Trustpilot reviews of Maximus Testosterone. Overall, the company has a 4.3 rating across 145 reviews – Good stuff!

Maximus Testosterone vs Other TRT Clinics

Maximus Testosterone vs Evolve HRT

Evolve HRT is a big fish in the world of TRT and HRT, and while they might offer the same treatments as Maximus, it’s certainly not on the same level when it comes to the ‘other’ things – such as customer service and ‘add ons’. This does set Maximus apart, as they grant their client base not only affordable healthcare but far more than just that. It seems to be a better place to be.

Maximus Testosterone vs Marek Health

Marek was one of the first in the segment, and to be honest, I haven’t heard a lot of good things since the first couple of years. They do still offer (expensive) treatments, and Maximus does quite a few similar things when it comes to ‘add ons’, but Maximus seems a bit more honest, and above all, far more affordable.
