The two favorites for the 2023 Women’s Physique Olympia contest were defending champion Natalia Abraham Coelho and former two-time winner Sarah Villegas. As many saw in prejudging, they were the final two standing on stage at the end of the round, indicating that they are the favorites to contend for the title in the Orange County Convention Center on Friday night, Nov. 3, 2023.

Coelho and Villegas were not alone in that quest, however. The rest of the top 10 competitors from this division joined them on stage for comparisons and routines in the finals. Head judge Sandy Williamson called them to center stage, and when it was all over, Sarah Villegas emerged as the 2023 champion, claiming the third Olympia title of her pro career.

Coelho and Villegas were in the middle of the final callout. The defending champion made it a point to be in every pose before Villegas. The top five — Benta, Mohn, Walker, Villegas, and Coelho — were introduced for individual routines.

“And new” boomed through the hall, and Sarah Villegas reclaimed the throne for her third Olympia title.
