using sarms with my TRT dose

52 years old and 180 pounds
so I am doing a TRT dose of 300mgs a week. My doctor put me on this dosage 3 months ago because I was complaining on 150mgs. I guess he wanted to shut me up lol
now I want to use sarms with them but don’t want him suspecting anything when I get bloods done
how do I use sarms and stop them ahead of time so he doesn’t know?

300mgs is sports TRT not TRT

you can add some cardarine gw 20mgs ed with it
