I thinking of getting rid of this in my chest workout. Think I could do another chest movement that I would get more out of than these's.

Ok Nuk .. Do another video and scrap the finishing movement cable crossover video .. How bout old skool dumbbell flies for that good stretch and contraction.. ?

I do my incline bench fly with the cross over machine. I stopped doing cable cross-over (old-school) style a while back. I didnt think they did much except push the blood in but I get that when I do incline push-ups after my last3 sets of whatever chest movement Im doing to completly destroy my chest. Its my weak point right behind legs so Im gunning for better legs/chest this year

I finish every chest day with dips. I put my legs and feet in front of me and lean slightly forward. I also do them with chains which gives you a crazy fckn pump!!!!!!

I've seen a guy at the gym use chains for lying flys instead of dumbbells and thought that was pretty cool having the weight change as the range of motion changes.

I used chains for fly a well.. The gym i go to now doesn't chains or anything love that.. So I'm going back to the YMCA in September ..

i recently started doing flat db flyes again, but instead of palms in, i keep the thumbs in the entire movement like barbell type grip direction...i saw ronnie c doing them like this on a video recently and they def work the chest differently and less shoulder joint pain for me....obviously don't go too far in bottom position but much better contraction for me throughout entire pecs
