Stick with berries, lowest in sugar highest in antioxidants. Blueberries are the best and easiest found. I think they are very important in an offseason diet.
 
So I know some high level BB's who eat fruit especially off season but is the general consensus that fruit is too high in sugar even though its the sugar that your body can assimilate easily? Or did this argument go out the window a while back
 
I think fruit is excellent type of antioxidants yearround but also depends on the glycemic index of the fruits sugar.. Like low glycemic is grapes and high is pineapple..
 
Fruits are essential part of my diet.I like more than one fruit.My favorites are here.
Apple,grapes,strawberries.

That's what I don't pay attention to that stuff unless I'm dieting for a show

I think without food no one can survive in this world..food is essential part of our life and i eat all food and i like most banana,grapes,mango and apple which is my favorite food.

Not sure I agree with most guys on here for once. I eat just about any fruit I can get. Bananas being the most ofcourse. I can see not eating the fruits if dieting but I think most of us are trying to add muslce and you need a good bit of carbs. Once you eat the fruit with other foods in your stomach, the glycemic index in thrown out the window
