Yep I love that feeling. Shitty thing is at my gym everything is on the second floor and I have to hold on to the damn hand rails going down and I'll be damned if I ride the elevator down lol

Nuk hows that working out for you, the split on the legs rountine? I just started in, doing hamms Tuesday then did quads this AM, I really didnt lose much on strength, I did 375 on sqauts for reps which considering my age, I guess not too shabby
