Guys help me out. I have a friend who has decided to compete and he is entering into his first serious offseason to grow as much as he can. He will probably look for a show later in 2013. He has a decent frame for how short he is. Only about 5' 6" and weighing in at around 160-165 range. I believe if he can just add some good size to his frame he could get ready to compete late this year. He has been lifting for quite a while and is ready to try and put on some more size. I was thinking maybe a Test/Deca cycle would be a good start for him. What would you recommend to a friend who wanted to compete? Give me some ideas on dosages as well if you don't mind. Thanks!
