What is the best thing to dring Whey, Casein, Soy or this new Huma Pro-? Does anybody

I have been reading the articles and documentation from Arthur L. Rea and what we should all be taking as far as a protein drink or should I say what we should be ingesting. According to Arthur and his new product/s especially the Huma-Pro product which he claims is the best product to be taking over Whey, Casein or even Soy protein. According to the statistic no matter how much protein you take in the human body is only able to absorb only 8-10 grams per hours-Yes let me say that again (8-10) grams per hour. so according to Rea your crapping the rest down the toilet if your taking a 50 gram whey or casein drink!....He says its all about the NNU ( Net Nitrogen Utilization) not the protein intake....You need to read the article to get the true value of the content. I would like feed back from Chris Aceto if he's out there somewhere on this-? Check out ALR INdustries Web page and products. I have tried the Huma-Pro it does taste good and does seem to work. A good product and great taste and seems to be a good value. I wish I had more feed back.....is this the future of protein in take and not whey casein or soy.
 
I'd never do soy, casein should be at night bc it lasts longer and whey after workout bc it's fast acting. However I'm cheap and only go with whey and always fall off from uing it, but am very happy w my current brand as far as taste and how good it dissolves.
 
yeah i never gave the egg whites in a carton a shot, i think my wife has and liked it but not sure
