So maybe its a little mid life crisis here, but here goes...
I just had my 39th bday, and for as long as I can remember I have had this CRAZY fear of looking like my dad when I got older. He is a handsome guy, but its easily been 20 years since he saw his own dick without the use of a mirror... F*CK that, I'm not going for that!
I have been on and off in the gym over the years mostly due to work, kids, or other related distractions but recently I have been going very religiously and have seen results and going all natural with only Jack3d, protein, vitamins, and a so so diet. My problem is my gut, to me it looks nasty, my love handles are coming in and it honestly disgusts me. Its just offensive to me, maybe its because my fear of having a huge gut like my dad but who knows...
So after months of natural workouts, tons of cardio, this eye sore remains... at what point do you say "F" it and go for Lipo and ab implants? I just got some IGF to add to the mix, but I have done all kinds of cycles in the past and have tried almost everything and like a bad case of herpes, its still here... The best results I had, I was on bed rest for 4 months after shattering my right ankle, I LEANED out big time and got down to 167lbs. Not long after the cast came off, the Pilsbury dough boy was back!
I can financially afford the surgery, my long term is not to be a body builder, but to maintain a healthy look...
What are your thoughts? Keep in mind 6 screws in my right ankle limit my cardio abilities... the elliptical and I are good friends
