Nice one! Thanks for that info! The Dianabol thing goes something like this. It has a 4 hour 1/2 life so some guys take 10 mg in the morning and then their clomid at night. the Dianabol is mostly out of the system by night but anabolic enough to hold some gains. The clomid helps boost the HPTA at night.
Terrific wisdom right there! Thank you Brother! This thread seemed to have turned a bit into who stays on and who does an off period with PCT. if you stay on for a really long time chances are you will have to come off at some point and your HPTA will be pretty banged up and the crash will really be bad followed by over a year to recover. A lot of guys these days seems will not stay off for more than a couple of months and figure after 8 or weeks, what's the sense, figure they will never recover, and just go back on. then what happens mostly is the dose goes up and up and thats where the damage happens over the long term. then 5-10 years down the road they have been walking around with high BP and crappy blood lipids for years. short of breath and getting some cumulative toxic effects on the heart and kidneys. Some get away with it for decades and some are not to durable and have real problems. Everyone is in denial and those that have the misfortune of not being bullet proof as some others suffer the consequences.
I think the best policy is to take some time off at least to allow relief of stress on the body and recover the HPTA at least to some degree. the studies I have seen on the heart indicate 8 weeks is the minimum to revert cardiac changes. Now there is a catch 22. The longer you take off the farther you slide backwards. Probably you keep a good bit of the gains from your first cycle but gains after that seem to leave over extended off periods. the other side of it is that the body becomes tolerant of AAS and stops gaining after some time. Even if the dose is raised eventually the gains stop. One can add in peptides, GH, insulin etc and keep things going but all these things tax the body over time. There is a period of off time that helps reset and lose tolerance. Riding that edge helps to keep gains going.
I think dismissing off periods is a mistake at several levels. Continuous cycling usually leads to stalled gains, increasing stress on the body and myopic focus on gym and training while leaving the rest of life behind. Unless someone is genetically very gifted and can make a decent living with his/her body it seems foolish to be so solely focused on body image only. AAS have a way of driving this myopic focus. The off period allows the mind to be free of this and grow elsewhere in life, go to university, earn a degree. on/off cycling allows a different mind set and a healthy one that pays off over time.
Imagine 2 men. one does not go off and remains mainly focused on his physical appearance for many years. A large bit of his income goes to AAS/GH/peptides and mountains of high quality food. At an age of 40 he has a great physique and pretty much the same job and position he had 15 years ago. Imagine another man. He cycles and at least partly due to his mind set of periods where he is not on and not making gains, he attends university and earns his MBA. Over 15 years he advances in his position and has good earning potential. Plus he has a great physique. When he is off he resets. When he is on he is refreshed and focused.
Some can grow in mind and body and stay on all the time but I present that is not the majority of cases. Take the time in life to grow. Someone told me a long time ago " when one can no longer grow it is time to die". this does not mean just a man's biceps.

I havent been able to find the post again in my searches i just printed the info of the pct the guy was trying though I may give it a try. Iwill give the info I have. It was old like 2006 I thinkCan you show me where you found this info, I would like to read how this is possible or what the thinking or idea is behind it, cause it doesn't sound right to me, but i also don't know everything their is to know, lol so i would like to read this
I get how it works... I assume Arnold never cycled off bc after all no PCTs then...
i have been doing it for just under 18 years, and i have stayed on for many many years at a time. My blood pressure has never been an issue, nor my cholesterol, only sides were i couldn't get my wife pregnant and had to come off finally for a year or so and have kids, but I've done it for about 18 years and I'm healthy as a horse, and sexy as a mother fucker! lol
We are planning on having our first baby next year . Is it recommended to be totally off , trt inclusive ? If i am making a baby while on , is it possible that the baby is born sick ( mentally or physically ) ? Pls , any useful info ( med research ) will be welcome !
totally off all gear bro, exogenous testosterone and most steroids in general make you infertile, if you've been on gear for a while then chances are your shooting blanks in terms of sperm, so yeah totally off all gear and get on some hcg , it took me a long time to get my sperm back , at one point they found ABSOLUTELY ZERO FERTILITY, NADA , ZIP, ZILCH LOL, so yeah had to come off all together!
