Curious about BPC and proper dosing for a bummed shoulder. My right shoulder has been feeling weird. When I move it around it cracks. Do you think that slamming 500 mcg into my shoulder every day would be a good solution or do you think I should run something else?

The secret with using these healing peptides is you want to go and run them correctly. That BPC needs to be injected into your injury. TB500 can be injected anywhere.
 
I would front-load these healing peptides. That works a lot better. Go 10-15 mg on each at least the first week or two. Then you can gradually decrease.
 
Being consistent and going at least 12 weeks will be important. TB500 and BPC can help you pretty quickly but they work best when you're consistent.
