Brown rice mix, mixed high fiber veggies. Plus 2 of the things I use to keep it interesting.pre workout meal was the rice and veggies. With 8oz of grilled pork steak. The pork has about 50g protein at that weight, 240 calories. The rice and veggies make up the rest for the meal. Post workout was a Rhyse shake and more rice and veggies to get me to the protein/ carb goal for the day. When I make sure to get carbs post workout I sleep better and I don’t feel So dragged out.

Post workout meal today. 8oz chicken breast done in the air fryer, veggies, pasta made from pea protein with some added Parmesan cheese. Also A little butter and garlic. 50g protein, 45g carbs, fiber from veggies. About 400 calories
 
Progress pics. I didn’t want to post pics yet, but if you must see them so far, here they are. This is 6 weeks in to the cycle, only 4 weeks in on the higher dosages. 450 mg Test, 300mg Primobolan, 400mg Deca. Last week started using 20 mg Anavar on workout days. Letting it dissolve sublingually. 10 mg an hour before workout, 10 mg 8 hours later.

Not seen any evidence re using var under the tongue
Lots of evidence for this. If you just swallow it, it goes through your stomach first. Any oral, but especially Oxandrolone, would have to do two passes through the liver, and lose more effectiveness. Plus it’s harder on your liver. Sublingually it can go right to your bloodstream, bypassing the first liver stage, and keeping more of its potency. Plenty of links for it. I noticed a difference right away when I found this out. I get more effectiveness from 20 mg dissolved under the tongue than the 50mg I used to do just swallowing it. Some guys will crush the Oxandrolone and put it in chewing gum as a pre workout addition. I can send links if you want more.
