My daily macros are always within a few percentage points of this cool hand-drawn chart I just made. I weigh everything I’m eating. I’m still losing some belly fat so I’m in a small (300 cal/day) deficit on purpose. I plan to be out of the calorie deficit by April. I want to start an actual bulk phase in April. I want to be around 10% BF before starting a bulking phase. I get fat very quickly… I blame it on the Scottish/Norwegian cold weather Viking genetics. Not scientific, just a guess.

Hey, how are you doing? Just wanted to touch on something important - not all pharmaceutical hormones are meant to be compounded at such high dosages. When these hormones are squeezed into a single molecular mole, it can cause a lymphatic disturbance. Even with the dosage you're using, there's still a high concentration. Usually, after injection, the carrier oil and solvents are metabolized first, leaving behind the hormone. This can potentially crash inside the muscle head.

While some people can handle these compounds, there's still a risk of an immune response in the lymphatic system. Back in the 80s and early 90s, Dankall Test 400 Mexico testosterone was a pharmaceutical grade compound designed for veterinary use that was still top quality. Despite being pharmaceutical grade, it could be tough on the body.

So just be cautious - even if you've had success before, it doesn't mean you're immune forever. Stay safe!

Hey brother right on, this is one of the reasons why even a lot of the pros will not use high blends, now believe it or not a good portion of them will not use any products that are dozed over 200 mg.

They probably could get away with it, however, their physiques cannot under any circumstance have problems, not only are they bodybuilders but they also classify somewhat as a model, I hate using that word, but they are a model, and people look at them for perfection, so it's not worth having problems ..

Now, if these guys were not going on stage, it's probably likely that they would tinker around and play with some higher dosages, they may or they may not, this is yet to be known, but I wouldn't be surprised if they did.

But for the time being they cannot afford any infections, any scar tissue, any operations or any setbacks They have to look perfect like a Greek god..

Just about to do some bloodwork, but because I have O positive blood, the Blood Bank is after me always a couple days in advance of when I can actually donate again. It’s nice to be needed… So probably in a few days I’m gonna go give blood. Then 48 hours after that, I’ll be at LabCorp getting my blood work done. I wanna see how that affects it because I’m right in the middle of this cycle actually towards the end of the cycle, and I wanna see what my lipids and my numbers look like. One bummer is that the total male Wellness Blood test does not include an E2/ Estradiol test. I’m gonna ask them why, they have an estradiol test, but they market it as if it’s only for women. There’s got to be someway that guys on TRT get to test their estrogen levels. I have a prescription aromatase, inhibitor, Anastrozol. I’ve just been saving it, I keep refilling the prescription, but I’ve never needed it. I’ve been saving it for when I do higher levels of test coming up this spring. But I got something. I’ll get LabCorp to add the estrogen to my hormone testing.

I actually find it kind of funny that some guys ask to see pictures of my food. You guys probably think I only own one bowl and one fork. But that’s how I cook my food man. I just cannot get fat eating meat and rice and vegetables. This is 6 1/2 ounces of lean ground beef cooked down and drained, about 2 oz of leftover ham, brown rice mixture, big fat handful (about a cup and a half) of my usual vegetables. That puts it at about 40 g protein, 45 grams of carbs, 25g fat. About 450 calories. The rest of my meals today are made up of one post workout bowl of brown rice and vegetables with a 50 g protein shake, I always have a protein shake 50 g first thing in the morning. And then one total meal replacement shake from one of my favorite companies. It has 50 g of protein, and all the right combination of carbs and fat, and it’s about 530 cal. So it fits right into my 2200 to 2300 cal a day diet right now.
Today is leg day, so I’m about to go and make my hack squat machine smoke. Normally, I include deadlifts on my leg day, but I may have to skip them today because I worked my back really hard yesterday, and my lower back feels like it’s on the verge of being a little weak still. I may have to switch up my workout and separate back day from leg day if I’m gonna do Romanian/stiff legged deadlifts and regular deadlifts on my leg day. Either that or on back day, I’m gonna have to switch to chest supported T bar rows. It was the t-bar rows yesterday that stressed my lower back out a little bit. It feels good, it did not get painful and it’s not a pulled muscle, but I can definitely tell I worked it. The last thing I need is a pulled muscle in my lower back. So I might skip the deadlifts today and put them in on my next leg day.
I think on my next cycle, which is gonna be higher doses, higher calories, higher protein, and workouts as intense as I can stand them, I may have to come up with a different workout split. I’ve never had luck with the push/pull/legs kind of a split. Always seems like my shoulders get lacking. And I really want to hammer my shoulders. I’ve got great development this time and I’m very pleased with what I see in the mirror. I wanna keep my shoulder development and my bicep and tricep development on the good track. Maybe I’ll start investigating different splits. As I said, at the beginning, I’m looking for a certain aesthetic rather than every muscle in my body being huge. I’m not interested in being the kind of guy that could start a campfire with the friction between his thighs, but I do want the muscular quads and the tight glutes to stand out. Nothing dumber looking than a guy who clearly only does arm day and traps, and then walks around thinking that everyone is impressed with him. Most guys my age overwork their traps and they end up looking more like a coffin or a magic marker. They don’t look wide by having big wide delts, and even if their delts are wide, it makes them look thinner because their traps are too big.

Here’s another one of those meals that fits exactly in my meal plan. As you can see 7 ounce chicken breast brown and wild rice mix bowl full of veggies with some sugar-free barbecue sauce all over it.

Leg day went well, still struggling a little bit with the strength in my lower back. I’m gonna be real careful not to push it so I don’t get an injury. I did have to skip the stiff legged dead lift. I was able to do regular deadlifts. it’s a lot better to be able to go 90% in the gym so I can work out 100% of the time instead of getting injured trying to go 100% in the gym but only be able to go 50% of the time, if that makes sense. I’m really working to have no injuries so I can try to get 250+ workout days in 2025.

Here’s another one of those meals that fits exactly in my meal plan. As you can see 7 ounce chicken breast brown and wild rice mix bowl full of veggies with some sugar-free barbecue sauce all over it.

Leg day went well, still struggling a little bit with the strength in my lower back. I’m gonna be real careful not to push it so I don’t get an injury. I did have to skip the stiff legged dead lift. I was able to do regular deadlifts. it’s a lot better to be able to go 90% in the gym so I can work out 100% of the time instead of getting injured trying to go 100% in the gym but only be able to go 50% of the time, if that makes sense. I’m really working to have no injuries so I can try to get 250+ workout days in 2025.

I’ll need to find some fat other than avocado. It’s the only thing I can’t eat. Not allergic to it, but I had a bad trip on guacamole in the ‘70’s, and still can’t handle avocado. So maybe butter, or olive oil or maybe some MCT oil in a shake?

This cycle is ending pretty much this week. Tomorrow morning will be the last injections of primo and Deca. I’ll also be reducing the test down to 250/ week. In 2 weeks I’m having blood labs done so I can see where I’m at just off cycle. I know the Deca will still be in my system for a while, but I need to see where my lipids are. Along with my other markers. I don’t intend to be off cycle for any more than 6 weeks. Let’s see what the bloodwork says.
Right now, but subject to change, the next cycle will be 500mg Test/ week and 50 mg Tren every other day, ( I am well aware of my “age” and will be sensitive to how I handle the Tren.) I’ll get bloodwork done at the start of the 4th week. If I’m in acceptable levels of the main markers, and I haven’t yelled at too many folks because of the Tren, i may add 400 mg Primo or Masteron. Let me know what you think other than the age portion.
