That's a pretty heavy duty, lifting day.

You hit the shoulders, pretty hard along with the arms.
Thanks. I never go max weight at my age now so I can go more intense with pace, higher sets and reps.
Plus with the fast pace, it gets my heart pumping too so it's adding in a little cardio at the same time.
