I lost about 5 lbs on my trip, despite training and lots of good food.
I add these pre-workout pills for an extra boost and to quickly get back on track
For this week I decided to eat fish instead of meat.
There's no real reason, I'll just see if anything changes and if I can add some fish to the diet and have another source of protein.
1kg of cod per day over 4 meals
170 g of protein - 870 kcal
in the fifth meal I will take egg white
we assess the situation.
I've been training differently for three weeks now because of my finger.
Now it's healing but I still can't hold the dumbbells.
I am therefore training with the various machines and giving priority to my legs.
the diet is also slightly varied, decreased.
Not being able...
with today I consider myself healed... although obviously the finger still hurts a lot and I struggle to use my hand.
But the wound is closed, the stitches are removed and therefore I consider myself at least mentally healed (physically a little less but, the mind is in charge, right?)
Starting...
I escaped from the city and civilization this weekend to go do cardio in the snow.
but I brought you a couple of memories:
a steak worth over a pound
a pan of venison (very good)
and since this morning I have returned to my diet
rice, peas and meat. the breakfast of champions.
today, after almost a whole week, my finger hurts significantly less and I have also regained sensitivity to touch.
Until yesterday I felt almost nothing except pain
forced training change.
Monday and Thursday: full legs
Tuesday and Friday: upper body. obviously I can't train everything, but I can use certain machines.
chest, shoulders and triceps
Wednesday and Saturday: abs - rest day
God didn't even work on Sunday :D
