    I chose 3.... Not because I think right now I am better then option 1 or 2.... but I think with work, I can be big and at a decent BF%.... I would like to stay at around 10% and be big.... that would be ideal to me.

    For bigger ab muscles you would need a weighted movement.... Like cable crunches mentioned above.... But for overall development and cuts, I think that hanging leg raises would be one of the best!

    Thats not good... Clean your house right now!! Get anything incriminating out in case they do come to search your house..... Clean your computer too..... Then if they come back and everything is cleaned up, you will have nothing to worry about....

    To armidex or not during a cycle

    No.... Adding the L-dex will get rid of bloat.... You would probably lose a few pounds.... And it won't help you get more gains... If anything it would be better to have a little extra estrogen for gains. To get the gains going again, I would look at my diet and training.... and make changes...
