I am taken the methyl-D, and my gains have been sick. I feel rock hard. I have been busting my ass with cardio and diet, only been a 2 weeks, but its awesome!
I was just wondering if anyone here lifts in the morning. I know that working a full time job its tough to get to the gym at night. Does anyone here lift in the morning?? Do you lift on an empty stomach? Maybe drink a Speed Stack or something? Let me know. I think I am going to start working out...
Gotcha, i am taking glutamine right after cardio. I think i might switch to the bike. My strength is at a peak right now. I might lose the fat burner soon, and try to make as many gains as possible.
