I've had the priveledge of working with Jamal Anderson 3 times this year(he is one of my buddies good friends) along with a couple other college linemen and they were telling me about timed sets. He he works his chest 2 times a week. Once normally(incline,flat,decline,) then does timed sets once...

He needs to cook up some Fina. He seems to be getting smaller. :lol:

I hate people that go into the gym to socialize. They talk to me for about a total of 20 minutes and they take forever at every lift. They are there for about 3 hours, only lifting about an hour of that time. Bastards also make my session about 30 minutes longer than it should take. :mad:

I dont really like the skins new uni's, but I do think the seahawks look good.

Girls always tell me they are intimidated by me. Most girls are around 5'3"-5'9", so I got at least a foot and 175lbs on all of em. Some girls like BIG guys, but most are intimidated.

Probably what I would look like if I tried to tan in one of those beds. Does anyone know how a tall ass guy can tan these days?
