    yes, and would say it is the best PH out there by far. I took it when I was out on the boat(4 weeks) I dont take gear out there. Just off the alpha-1 max alone and half ass working out I gained 10 pounds. Was very surprised.

    you would get no more gains running it 3-4 months than you would running it 9 months. Now with that being said, 5 more months of training, eating, etc. ya you might think its till doing wonders but not near as great as the beginning.

    a few more... Guys are more lazy in the gym than women. I know women that would run circles around wanna be bodybuilders guys in the gym. Which is why I think the word over training likes to be used. "I dont wont to over train" = Im lazy. bigger forearms will make your arms appear bigger...

    im still trying to gain, and I have never been more sore, mainly in the upper body. I get so crazy ass pumped that sometimes I cant finish because my muscles start to cramp on me while training.

    I work on research siesmic vessels in the gulf. We basically find the oil and natural gas under the sea floor so the big oil company's can put a rig there and drill. I work 28 days on and 28 days off schedule.
