Thought I would share what IMO are views on bodybuilding. I have done alot of trial and error on myself and spoke with many other top names and wanted to share what my 2 cents views are.
First its all about genetics. Great genetics will win over hard training most of the time, sucks but thats the way it is.
If you have shitty genetics, synthol may be your only hope to have big full muscles.
Calves. dont expect to gain no more than 2 inches at best, after years of training them form what they was when you first started.
If you are able to gain size on low doses of steroids, you will always be able to gain size on low doses no matter what. Higher doses will just bring more side effects. If you want greater gains look into using IGF, HGH, Insulin, not higher doses.
Insulin is where it is at if you want to be hanging with the big boys on stage. Its how freaks are made.
HGH...if its not human grade, Im not using it.
IGF is better for muscle gains than HGH.
Weak body parts will always be weak body parts unless synthol or PMMA is used.
cardio: short time periods at higher intensity is better.
sticking to a diet day in and day out will be the hardest thing to do.
heavy weight low reps is not ideal for gaining size.
people love to lie about their bodyfat %
if your taking steroids and not making gains within a week maybe two, then one of two things are going on. Either your gear is bunk or your genetics suck.
there are many ways to diet for a show, just if you pick one find someone that has used it many times to coach or watch you. I like to old school way myself.
