Thought I would share what IMO are views on bodybuilding. I have done alot of trial and error on myself and spoke with many other top names and wanted to share what my 2 cents views are.

First its all about genetics. Great genetics will win over hard training most of the time, sucks but thats the way it is.

If you have shitty genetics, synthol may be your only hope to have big full muscles.

Calves. dont expect to gain no more than 2 inches at best, after years of training them form what they was when you first started.

If you are able to gain size on low doses of steroids, you will always be able to gain size on low doses no matter what. Higher doses will just bring more side effects. If you want greater gains look into using IGF, HGH, Insulin, not higher doses.

Insulin is where it is at if you want to be hanging with the big boys on stage. Its how freaks are made.

HGH...if its not human grade, Im not using it.

IGF is better for muscle gains than HGH.

Weak body parts will always be weak body parts unless synthol or PMMA is used.

cardio: short time periods at higher intensity is better.

sticking to a diet day in and day out will be the hardest thing to do.

heavy weight low reps is not ideal for gaining size.

people love to lie about their bodyfat %

if your taking steroids and not making gains within a week maybe two, then one of two things are going on. Either your gear is bunk or your genetics suck.

there are many ways to diet for a show, just if you pick one find someone that has used it many times to coach or watch you. I like to old school way myself.

I have a couple questions: first, when you refer to being able to grow on low doses of steroids, what do you consider low doses?

Second, how would you advise someone to set up PED use who is on trt but only wanting to use legal options (ie igf, oral designers, ect)? Specifically what I'm getting at is how frequently would you use the designers and with what durations (would you go high doses with less time on or low doses for very long periods of time or take them only preworkout for very very long periods of time), would you cycle igf and what dosages would you use, ect?

First on the low doses question, for example I have used up to 2,000mg of test a week before, but now I would never go over 500-600mg of test a week. I can grow and respond just the same off of that dose than using 2,000mg. Even 300 to 400mg a week and I can tell a response.

Being on TRT I would say go 4-5 week cycles and would stack everything together for that time frame, then come back to your trt dose. Would go same time off as on. IGF- for a solid response from IGF I would say 2-3 hits a day. Dose can range from 30mcg to 100mcg each hit. Would start lower say 30 to 50mcg. Would do it morning and preworkout for sure.

Thanks for the detailed answer! Do you always consume carbs after pinning igf 1 or have you done it without them before?

i personally dont have to, but some people do. It doesnt hit me like insulin does, but some people do get that felling and need carbs.

I do way better on high fats and protein aside from around my training (before, during, post) so that's why I was wondering. Thanks.
 
Awesome post coming from such a role model around here. You've been there with the big dogs and have seen a lot so this can be taken very seriously!!!!

Guys are more lazy in the gym than women. I know women that would run circles around wanna be bodybuilders guys in the gym. Which is why I think the word over training likes to be used. "I dont wont to over train" = Im lazy.

bigger forearms will make your arms appear bigger than they are. Train your forearms.

site injections dont work

I find it better to come all the way off and do actual cycles

hanging leg raises are best for abs

Tren is a great drug

working your inner thighs will lead to bigger quads

most npc judges are garbage, and are afraid to tell competitors the truth when they critique them.

EQ is not a drug I would never use again, better options out there.
 
well well, finally spilling the beans are we. lol great post BTW.

and yes i believe in the gains with lower amounts i have in the past used higher amounts (not as high as nuk) but to be honest i got the biggest/leanest and best looking with about a 3rd of that mixed in with a little gh here and there.

i would like to add whatever you look like after training for a bit and puttin on size is pretty much what you are going to look like if you gain alot of mass but just bigger. your frame and structure do not change, so if you have a weak back or bi's etc. they will be bigger but still your weak body parts.

1) I agree 99%, although there are times when I have trained just because it is fun and I would have seen better progress from taking extra days off. However, for most people who aren't living for it, "overtraining" is just a cop out.

GREAT ADVICE - Its good to see you around, its been a while... Nuk will never lead you wrong, he told me the same stuff years ago when I worked out with him and its true to this day...

meant steroids for site injections. Do the inner thigh machine that the women love to use at the gym, and wide stance squats and leg press with toes pointed outward.

My education and expirience has increased tremendously this past year. Lots of bullshit being spread for years. Be realistic guys about your genetics and goals. You'll go further and not be set up for disappointment. I totally know what kinda genetic make up I have, only thing that's ever changed the fat ass I am is pharma grade gh. So I know right there pro status for me=mega abuse of gh, hardners, and diuretics.
