    Most people that are cautious go by time on = time off.  But I was on for 12 weeks and I'm about to start another cycle after only 5 weeks.

    Yeah I've quit for pretty long periods of time before but as soon as I seen any size coming off I'd start traning again.  Besides traning makes me feel alot better and is a great way to get rid of aggresion for me.  I don't think I'll ever stop.

    Well, I'm no doctor but I wouldn't worry about it if I did it.  I'd just watch for signs of infection such as itchy, warm to touch, or an abcess.

    Vitamin B-5 / Pantothenic Acid

    I take 10g's ed and it works pretty well.  Pantothenic acid plus tanning keeps my skin pretty clear.

    BENCH PRESS MAX

    Well I just started doing flat bench again a  week ago.  Somehow I messed up my shoulder about a year ago and for some reason the only exercise that really bothers it is flat bench.  Anyway I can do 150lb dumbells on incline bench.
