ok...here's the lowdown. i'm diabetic and i use insulin to my advantage. i hit up 30 units of humalog after everyworkout. i wouldn't recomend that to you. but maybe to start out with five units and see how your body reacts to that. keep fast acting carbs on hand just in case you go...
