You're definitely overtraining bro. Start with one warm up set and 3 working sets for the first exercise (bench press/dumbbell press). The next exercises (incline and decline) only do 2 working sets, and you're done. If you have a Hammer Strength machine at your gym then definitely do that...

I went to the local CVS and the reading was way off the first time, so I did it a 2nd and third and both readings were below the target rate. My biceps are a little too big for that damn machine :D . I'm wondering if the machine got the right reading.

I'm 27 so I can just drop the saw palmetto, no problem. I dropped the milk thistle as well. I did buy some about 2 wks before breaking out of the same kind of milk thistle (from Vitamin World, Sylimarin Milk Thistle 1000mg). Maybe there is something in the new ones that I'm allergic to.
