Anyone know of anyor know where to find some good layouts for crossfit or circuit training in an area thats 800 sq feet? I'd really appreciate ideas here. Ceilings are 10 ft high (ceiling tiles, that have support beams above that that could hang down pull up bars, heavy bags etc Thanks
