207 this morning. I think I put on a little size since the show. Just added in cardio today. Food is still high. The plan is to grow into this show also. Let me know what you guys think.

I think it's a great idea growing into this show considering you just did a show and prepped hard last go around! This way you should be able to come in a little fuller than last time if you time it right!! Feels good staying withing competition weight and more specifically staying closer to body fat range.

Going good Press. Busy with work so the days are flying by. Weight is staying around 206-208 and getting leaner. Typically I can drop anywhere from 2-4 pounds a day in prep but this weight has been consistent for the most part while improving. I was 199 8 weeks out my last show and I'll be 7 weeks out tomorrow for Team u around 206-208 so we'll see as we get closer. Training 5 days a week. Having those 2 rest days makes a huge difference in my physique. It's really hard to stay away from the gym on my off days lol.

good to hear man! In terms of it being hard to stay out of gym during your 2 rest days, are you staying out? lol, I wasnt sure which way you were going with that lol,
 
Sometimes I take off 2 days a week. I just start thinking I should be in the gym vs resting you know. Rest is just as important and I get that. It's just that competitive mind frame I guess. I'll post pics tomorrow because that's when I'm checking in with my coach. I don't know if it's me but not really liking how I'm looking at this point. I feel like I'm holding onto fat and retaining water for this time out. I'm usually melting fat off at such a high rate that I need cheats every week. I'll let you guys give me your input tomorrow. Only eating 4oz of potato, 1/3 cup of oats or 1/2 cup of rice with 5 of my meals which is low for me. Fats are low as well.
 
Looking good brother I'm 9 weeks out and still have to get down from 268 to 247 but it's rolling off.
