Going good Press. Busy with work so the days are flying by. Weight is staying around 206-208 and getting leaner. Typically I can drop anywhere from 2-4 pounds a day in prep but this weight has been consistent for the most part while improving. I was 199 8 weeks out my last show and I'll be 7 weeks out tomorrow for Team u around 206-208 so we'll see as we get closer. Training 5 days a week. Having those 2 rest days makes a huge difference in my physique. It's really hard to stay away from the gym on my off days lol.
