Past 3 days have been zero carbs. First time I have ever done that so def feeling flat. Cardio is at an all time high. 60 minutes split 30 fasted in the morning and 30 mins post workout. For sure the biggest I've been. Reason for the change of show is to give me two shots at my pro card. At junior Nats and 2 weeks later Team U. Classic physique division class B.
