Test 250mg x2 Week for 16 weeks
Dbol 4-6 week kickstart 40-60mg day

Ancillaries:
Nolvadex (as needed)
Clomid PCT
Arimidex 1mg EOD
Exemestane (as needed)

Main Goal: Big Three Strength and Vertical leap increase (best athletic benchmark for me)
2nd Goal BW : 200 lbs
Current BW: 178
Current adipose thickness on waist: 18mm (problem area as well as "love handles")

I waited until the end of this first week to start posting the log. I have my first two pins in and dbol @ 40mg. I can feel the pumps already in full force and it feels good, not too overpowering yet.

Did fasted cardio. Jump rope. from 0730-0800
Will follow up with 70 G protein shake.

i hated doing cardio on an empty stomach lol, sucks balls! good luck to ya daddio
 
Stayed under maintainance calories today since I didn't get a workout in. I had to move furniture from the farm for the wife. Schedule is clear for training tomorrow. Morning Fasting Cardio /Evening Upper Body .

20mg Dbol (I don't take the pre workout dose if I do not work out, just the AM dose.)

Notes:
I think I would like to add anavar at the end of the cycle as a finisher. Just a thought.

I am feeling little waves of mild euphoria this morning and my libido is up. Lower back pumps are fairly constant but notuncomfortable.

Had some social distortion effect my workouts the past 48 hrs , minimal work put in. Glad to say that I am up 2lbs in these first 10 days with a small calorie surplus. No significant strength gains as of yet, that usually isn't until week 3. Adipose tissue fold on abdomen are the same, which is fair enough for now.

I added 8mg Ephedra this morning before my fasted cardio. Have not had y dbol yet as I didn't want both on an empty stomach.

Today was dlifts for reps
3x5 deadlift
2x3 heavy deadlift
2x5 dlift 2" defecit

20mg dbol AM 40 before workout

Strength is kicking in. I am going to be finding out where I am at the end of this block program. Then I will add some volume.
Weight still 180.

Libido is way up. Muscles are looking full. No estrogen sides besides slightly larger nips some times. Still taking the ancillaries as stated above.
 
Did deads today. Strength is up and CNS is crisp and firing on point. Loving life at the moment lol so I assume the test is kicking in full swing. I will be reporting on 3 week weight and adipose thickness tonight or in the morning. I have a deadlift meet on Nov 5 so I may start a hardcore Russian style deadlift program.
 
Waist adipose thickness right oblique is no 12mm. That is down 4mm from start of the cycle. Weight is steady 178-180. I will be increasing my maintenance cals in a ramp up fashion a little at a time. Probably will do that weeks 3-10 then stick to maintenance of my new weight until the the end.
