16 Week Test and Dbol Cycle log.

Went swimming in the Gulf today. Good exercise and very relaxing. Weight is still a steady 178-180. My appetite is way up though. I will weigh in and measure fat in the morning before going to my farm.
 
Explosive Deadlift workout tonight. weight went up 10 pounds on main work sets. I bumped it up to 80mg Dbol tonight to see how it felt. It felt niiice, yes.
Test is still at 250mgx2 week and everything is looking good. I know my bf% is way down due to caliper reading, although \weight is still the same. I am still slowly ramping my calories up but I hope to be @ about 4000 in the 5th week , although I have not decided completely yet. Will update later with weight and caliper reading.

Adipose thickness down to 10mm. Weight 179.4 on an empty stomach in the morning.
I have dropped about 7% bodyfat while gaining weight. I feel like this approach is the best at gaining clean LBM. I will gain most of my mass between weeks 5 and 8.
One huge factor is keeping the water weight off. I have had zero bloat due to my AI use. I believe the use of a suicidal inhibitor as well as a normal AI together works wonders at keeping the bloat off.
 
Hit some what of a plateau with hypertrophy. My strength is steady going up. It may be time to graduate to a higher dose of gear soon.

I should wait and see what happens in week 6 before I decide anything.

HA HA you said anal. But seriously that is a good point, probably why I have plateaued at my genetic limit at the moment.

lol, yeah the word ANAL just doesn't have the juice it once had! It was much funnier years ago, but that could be cause i was 10 years old at the time i dont know man lol.

on a serious note however, what do u mean god point and thats why you havent progressed past genetic level? Cause your too anal? you lost me brutha?

I started gaining lbs again. I upped my gear from 500mg test/wk to 650 wk. This has increased my appetite.

On a side note, it only seems I gain when I am at 12 mm thickness of adipose on my waist or higher.

Should I just suck it up and stay @ 13% bf then cut before my meet? Or try and stay lean now. I should compete at 181 which is what I am at now. Ideally I would like to gain enough to be 181 on the head at 7-10% bf, on the morning of the competition. It is local so I have plenty of opportunity to make weight.

I will be adding tren, and deca and test cyp very soon.

Will Look like this:

Test Cyp 500mg/wk
Test Ent 250 mg/wk
Deca 400 mg/wk

Last 6-8 wks before comp I will lower the Deca to 200/wk and add Tren E @ 4-600mg/wk , with a front load, respectively.

Yes , no I meant that I am too worried about my waist and that is causing me to stall in weight. Hence I am too "ANAL" about my huskiness as they say. I have a thick lower torso so any amount of fat over my abs and I look like a bloated possum in the sun the the highway.
 
Have added Deca, been running it the past week. Front loaded 900mg, will be running it 600mg a week with the test. I switched to Test Cyp for the slightly longer ester.
I had a major setback in training and diet due to marriage issues, but suffice to say I think I ironed those wrinkles out and will be returning to training for NOV 5 powerlifting meet. I have to say I have never ran Deca and I love this stuff. Talk about feeling great.

I think that if I cruise I will be doing a low Test/Deca combo. I will look into it.

50 Days in. NO bodybuilding work, no cardio. Only Deadlift and assistance. I will try and update later with some back pics, since that is where I shine.

60 days In
Deca for two weeks.
MC IGF1-LR3 for two days.

Weight back up to 178 from 170 (dropped down from fat loss).
Deca is starting to smooth me out.

Strength is way up and I feel great.

I don't see the point in blasting a oral at the start of a cycle, too much liver stress, just smash sust 250 for a couple weeks & start throwing test e in on the 3rd week, once you reach 6 weeks the test e will be pumping & the prop as well as the long esters in the sust will have kick started it. Don't play with orals unless it's needed in moderate portions, I'd rather keep my liver healthier then blast a oral start of cycle. My personal opinion though
 
Dbol doesn't bother me a bit. I hear yeah though. I think that I am just going to stay away from orals due to price.
With front loading they are just unnecessary.

Agreed...I have always stayed away from orals. Just due to the efficiency of injects not to mention like you said price.
 
I am stuck fluctuating from 176-181, which is my target weight. I wanted to go in heavier but I may end up pulling @ 165 (weigh in weight). I will have the whole night to rehydrate.

My strength is steady going up. October 29 is the deadline for sign ups so I will have until then to decide on my weight.
