i hear that brother. it's what i've done all my life. i know no one cares if i've been on stage or not, just letting them know posing isn't something i do. heck my wife doesn't care one way or the other about why i keep myself fit as possible. this has always been for my benefit.
bros yes our family here at MM support you no matter goals
we not like other places

i'm working on that brother. i see the surgeon friday and am scheduled for surgery next month. i need three vertebra fused, said to say. L4/L5/S1 as far as i know. i don't qualify for the criteria for just getting silicone disc put in. i may be able to manage my long overdue shoulder injury. although it seems to be getting worse. i've tore my rotator cuff up bad along with tendons and ligaments and i need the shoulder joint replaced. both these problems have been going on for a few+ years. i'm not using the codeine right now if i can really help it. that shit fucks me up bad. for about two days after it wears off. the fentanyl use was given for my shoulder in the first place, but i'd rather be off it too. i just don't want to end up losing a lot of use with my arm if i should get surgery. yeah, choices.
maybe time to stop surgeries and live with it bro ronnie coleman style? @pgb

not big on protein bars, but do powder shakes. just not as often as i should. i eat a fairly healthy diet. well balanced meals. i don't eat like i use to. getting older has played a part in that. things slow down. right now my big problem is getting my back fixed and maybe my shoulder. that in itself may do a whole lot of good for me.
i know you not big but you'll feel healthy and better as protein is up bro you'll thicken up @pgb

haven't had any surgeries yet, as it is, i'm not getting better and often times i'm laid up due to pain and fatigue. it is what it is.
i had thought this was post surgery my bad on the read out bro @pgb
then you gotta get off the drugs why even be on them? time to level off

hey brother, i'm okay, just busy as usually in between pain episodes. had appointments, putting in an air conditioner (not a little one.) got a water treatment unit been working on getting in. not to mention still working on electric and need to get my bike brakes on and a new tire. there's more, lol.

i know i don't post a lot of meals or other things. i'm mostly just trying to maintain right now.
tonight's meal consist of a dish with strips of steak (fat cut off) cooked in butter Worcestershire sauce,
& garlic powder, with onion, sauteed mushrooms (cooked in butter, salt, and garlic powder), mozzarella
cheese melted in. the other pan is asparagus cooked in butter, salt, & garlic. the steak is put on bread
with mayonnaise. and lastly milk. yes, i use real butter and cook in cast iron or stainless steel. i hate
using plastic or coated pots/pans. just giving my own recipe so if anyone may like to try it.

i've been using the npp 100/tp 100 three times a week for trt. i've added a little sus 250 in with it without the pain i was getting. i really think it was due to medicine, but i have not fully made a determination on that yet. be careful and pay attention for side effects if you have to take meds while also being on trt. each of us is different.

working on it. really need my lumber fused to fix the pinched nerve. that's the big one right now. then i need to see what can be done with my shoulder joint and rotator cuff.

actually no, never been addicted. and yes pain killers are prescribed for chronic moderate to extreme pain. i receive these from the VA, so giving me this attitude about why or why not they prescribe narcotics for pain without understanding the problems that warrant there use. i'm not taking more than is prescribed and they wouldn't give me more that the regimen i'm on if i was abusing it. yes, a pinched nerve is extreme, hell they gave me a hydrocortisone shot in my spine, which wasn't worth it. why do you think they have surgeries for pinched nerves if it isn't severe enough to warrant pain meds. really explain, because you really do not know what degree of pain i or others are in with a pinched nerve to the extent people like me have them. take a nerve the size of your finger or thumb and compress it to the size of a number two lead in a pencil or less like a 16 ga needle, then tell me you won't be in serious pain. i have no disc and the vertebra have slipped. so why all the heavy issue you keep deriding me about my condition? this doesn't include just how wrecked my shoulder/rotator cuff is. doc said it was a real mess in there and the joint needs replaced.

it's not 250 sus per week, more like 125 mg, because i i only use about a 1/4 of a cc. i'm trying to ascertain if my gear is making an undue pip or the meds. as far as meals , i said i eat healthy, and that meal has plenty of protein when you consider how much meat is there, the bread, and two glasses of milk. i don't worry about carbs because i still don't gain the weight even at 66 y/o.
