So I shocked the shit out of my body last month with coming off a short keto diet to full blown 4500 calories a day and a shit load of carbs. Lets just say I blew the fuck up. I was on vacation lol. Anyway I was going with it because that was the start of my bulk this year. Lets see how big I can get. Problem is im still eating 3000 plus calories a day and im dropping weight. Ive been hitting the gym harder strength is up but damn. I know I lost some water which is fine put im really wanting to put some good weight on. Could be that ive dropped down to only test temporarily but thats about to change. Does anyone know anything about intermittent fasting. Eating all my calories in an 8 hour window. Ive been really looking into it alot. Hoping it will get me lean and bigger at the same time. Wanting to do a show next year but my damn arms have stopped growing but everything else is picking up. At my size now I dont want to compete but if I can put on a few more pounds. See alot of you running ghrp. Thinking about that myself. Soumds amazing, does anyone have any long term results with it? Sorry im on a big fkn rant, been busy as hell lately staying in the gym longer these days and of course my wife has finally dropped the hammer lol.
