I blam my oatmeal:
I add: 1/2 bananna cut up
1 tablespoon walnuts chopped fine
2 table spoons of raisons
1 scoop of protein powder
5 grams of creatine
10 grams of L- glutamine
When it is all done I add Cinnamon
Thats it , sometimes a half an apple instead of the bananna all in all it is tolerable . Just add healthy foods that you like to it.
