Albuterol

How many of you guys have used Albuterol? Is it any better than clen? Cemproducts.com just started selling it and I was wondering if I should even bother? Also does it have the same possible bad side effects on the heart muscle?

Oh ya and good board, I have been reading your IGF-1 forums for a while I was just too lazy to register until now, lol.

It's really good for asthma but virtually worthless for applications similar to clenbuterol. You would almost need to use the entire cannister at once to get the desired effect. That might not work either, not to mention other negatives outcomes.

my understading is it is the exact same thing as clen but the binder has a shorter half life - like 8 hours compared to 36 hours for clen.

so I think you would simply need to take doses of it about every 2-3 hours to keep the effects going which is silly.

kind of like using prop vs enathate - one just decomposes a lot slower.

clen was not authorized by the fda here due to its long half life.

it is legal in many places in the world however and is prescribed.

albuterol has a very short half-life and like others said it's no good for cutting purposes.

I use it for asthma however...and I've never noticed any fat loss effects. It does make my lungs feel better though...lol

Yeah I'd definitely leave it for asthmatics. The reason the FDA didn't want the clen in the US is b/c of the 1/2 life...they frown upon things with long 1/2 lives.

Instead albuterol was realeased which has a much shorter 1/2 life in comparison to clen. The actions of albuterol are also shortened so it would require you use it much more often and I wouldn't recommend that to anyone.

I prefer it to clen for 4 reasons:
!1. Does not interfere with sleep.
2. improves blood lipid profile.
3. actually has minor anabolic effect when taken 1 hour b4 workouts during pct thus retaining more muscle.
4. if taken just 2x a day does not shut down your receptors as fast (2 months) for a cmuch longer weight loss cycle especially combined with t3.

Did you all see the report in Time magazine about drug use in the Olympics? One of the first stories was about a kid w/ muscular dystrophy (spelling?) was taking albuterol to increase his muscle mass. I was kinda confused because as far as I knew it was like (as everyone here is saying) clen or possible even catabolic.

Maybe I mis-read, or maybe it's one of those journalistic naiveté deals. Anyone else read it?

more reasons for albuterol over clen

At max doses for both albuterol on a 8 week cycle and clebbuterol at 4 weeks on same 8 week period:

Albuterol raises metobolism 25% for 7 of the 8 weeks, declines to near 0 last week. Clenbuterol raises metabolism near 30% for the 2 weeks of use and declines steadily for following week of use. Do the math.

Albuterol does not raise insulin resistance if used 2x a day. Clen raises insulin resistance by the third day of use and continues to raise it for 3 weeks for those who are suseptible to that malady.

Albuterol is excellent for increasing fatloss on a cutting cycle without the loss of concentration typical of clen.

Both are equally effective at resisting catabolism but albuterol has a slight anabolic effect.

Information above derived from posts by Spook, Animal, internet search.

And insulin resistance confirmed by a "friend" of mine who is currently on a clen cycle and 4 weeks ago ended an albuterol cycle. "He" bought both on sale.
