Ok so I'm dialed back to maintenance diet wise and cardio twice a day. What do I need to start and when from here on in. I'm on tren ace test p 100/100 EOD. I have Masteron Prop, Winny and Halo ready to add in. Do I lift daily up to the show or stop a few days short. Noob shit yea I know lol.

stop all injections a week out... run orals only your final week..

injections up to show will cause issues with symmetry
 
Thanks 3J. Since you are the diet guru any tips on dos and dont's there. Quick stats I'm 43 years old 6'5" 278 pounds and I'm really only holding a little fat in the last place for it to go my midsection and lower back, veiny and hard everywhere else.

I agree. Also being 4 weeks out might be a good idea to do a trial run with water manipulation to see how your body reacts and get the timing down . I am a BIG fan of being ready 1 week out from show time.

Is this the sodium load then carb load? This is my first time ever and I know very little. I want to start a trial run Monday and see where I'm at by Saturday.

Good luck Bro!!!! I just did my first show APR 30 at 39 and I must say I learned a lot for going forward into my next on which I plan on doing Aug 20....

Weight 273 as of today
6'5"
BF 7% roughly I don't have calipers.

Calories 2100 via 7 meals
Saturday and Sunday are carb up days. 60% carbs 30% protein and 10% fat
Monday-Friday 60% protein, 30% fats, 10% carbs

Proteins are shrimp, chicken, salmon, tuna, tilapia, eggs, small portions red meat.
Fats are walnuts, pecans, olive oil.
Carbs, sweet potato, apples, brocc, squash etc.

Workout: Body part a day with a rest day only when I need it.
Cardio: 45 min fast walking or stair master and I just added in 45 min of swimming laps. For two sessions a day.

Classes: Fitness, Masters and if I can get my weight down possibly the new Classic Physique but that weight is 247 or 255 depending on what they hit me at height wise because I'm on the line.

most guys who say 7% are actually 11%, ive found that to be pretty fucking accurate over the years lmao, not that this is the case with Masher, but guys do not realize just how lean 7% is, you can compete and do well at 5-7%, and a lot of guys on stage are around that body fat percentage

the problem in my opinion is guys competing who look really good and are 7% bf, tel everyone theyre 2-3% which is close to death! lmao, so guys who are around 10-11% think well i must be around 7% lmao,

sorry for hi-jacking this post with my stupid 2 cents, but i been in bodybuilding a long time and thats how guys usually mis-judge their own BF%

6'5 273lbs and 7% should look pretty fucking good, and i would love to see those pictures daddio, as i think Masher has a pretty good grasp on whats what, so look forward to seeing them

yea i wasn't trying to be a dick... 270lbs at any single digit bodyfat is beyond impressive... thats why i wanted to see and make sure

with over 10 years experience on forums, statistically when someone tells me they are 270lbs and single digit bodyfat they are wayyyyy offf... im not saying thats the case here.. its not like it doesn't happen.. but to reach that level of physique takes a ton of dedication and is very impressive
