Calories 2100 via 7 meals
Saturday and Sunday are carb up days. 60% carbs 30% protein and 10% fat
Monday-Friday 60% protein, 30% fats, 10% carbs
Proteins are shrimp, chicken, salmon, tuna, tilapia, eggs, small portions red meat.
Fats are walnuts, pecans, olive oil.
Carbs, sweet potato, apples, brocc, squash etc.
Workout: Body part a day with a rest day only when I need it.
Cardio: 45 min fast walking or stair master and I just added in 45 min of swimming laps. For two sessions a day.
Classes: Fitness, Masters and if I can get my weight down possibly the new Classic Physique but that weight is 247 or 255 depending on what they hit me at height wise because I'm on the line.
