Used a whole bottle of it. Nothing much different than any other GABA product I used, and didn't promote sleep any better. Also noted, it smelled like shit! I dreaded opening the bottle every night, haha.

never used any gaba product so did it help you relax? that sucks it didnt help with sleep.

Nah, my sleep schedule is all fucked up though. I doubt I'm in any place to review this. Our bodies just aren't supposed to sleep during the day.
