another trap exercise

I know Wes had some great ones and this one might be old to some of you but I just heard and
tried it. Light deadlifts, when you finish first rep you do shrug. After 2nd dead you do 2 shrugs
with the weight. When you get to your 10th dead lift rep you are doing 10 shrugs. each rep of
deads you add one to the shrugs. There is
constant stress on traps and worked the hell out of my traps. Just thought Id pass it on.
 
Yeah that sounds pretty rough. Sounds like something you would see them do at a crossfit competition
 
I use to do something like this. I'm going to give this a try this week. I love doing traps.
