I did a 5k mud run back in April, it was by far the hardest thing I've ever done. I smoke so that made it that much harder, but fuck was I glad when I was done lol. I think I finished in roughly 45 minutes which was plenty fast enough for me

I'm not sure how much truth there is to this, but it makes sense....I've heard that the ecigs (water vapor) has been giving a lot of users pneumonia. I guess this is the case with people who heavily use the ecigs and the water vapor just adds water into their lungs. It makes sense that it could/can happen, but I don't know anyone personally that has had this happen. I was using the NJOY ecig and liked it, but quit once I heard this.

Funny cause my wife's says to me this morning,"I think I'll do that Mudder thing next year", I laughed out loud, she's like what you don't think I can, I said no you can do whatever you want, but that shit ain't no joke you have to train hard for those events. She's like whatever!

I have a few friends that do it, I'd like to try before I get too damn old and I have to bring my wheelchair along.

I was supposed to do the warrior dash yesterday but boys had football banquet. I will do them in the future because my fiance really enjoys them and they do look fun im just not in that kind of shape

I've heard of 'em blowing up and breaking teeth...I picked up chewing again...I've never had a problem putting down the can-so now I'm down to about half a pack a day
