My morning meal is 50g's of whey blend from true protein, 30g's of oats. 7g's of metamucil sugar free non flavored, cycle support, 12ml of olive oil. Then my normal multi vitc etc. I just blend all that shit up and pound it down lol. Its hard for me to eat first thing in the morning but im always thirsty so i just drink my breakfast plus i hate oats so this is a much easier way of me getting them down.
