Anyone else drink their breakfast?

My morning meal is 50g's of whey blend from true protein, 30g's of oats. 7g's of metamucil sugar free non flavored, cycle support, 12ml of olive oil. Then my normal multi vitc etc. I just blend all that shit up and pound it down lol. Its hard for me to eat first thing in the morning but im always thirsty so i just drink my breakfast plus i hate oats so this is a much easier way of me getting them down.
 
1 cup cooked oatmeal with 2 scoops protein, half cup lowfat cottage cheese, 2 bananas, 2 tbsp natty peanut butter and add skim milk to blender until proper consistency.:thumbsup:
 
man i think i would if i wasnt so lazy to clean the blender

yet ill cook a whole pot full of eggs , lol
 
I do about 2 drinks a day but never in place of a meal, especially breakfast.

How many calories is that? I have a hard time eating in the morning, too. Something like that sounds like it would work for me.
 
My problem with eating in the morning isn't so much lack of appetite, it's more that I'm so tired I just am not awake enough to eat. This might work pretty well for me. Since I've started my new job and have to get up at 6am it's hard to eat much that early. I am definitely not a morning person. :(
 
Yeah im not that much of a morning person but its not hard for me to get up. I dont think theres a problem with it since if i woke up brushed my teeth went to kitchen, cooked eggs, toast, etc then it would be another 30 minutes before i actually ate food. With this im getting whole foods plus protein fats etc. and the protein has better amino acids then just eggs anyways. So 30 minutes faster getting food down the hatch is worthwhile for me plus its quicker easier and much easier to get down then a full meal at 6a.m.
