I could not agree with Jacked any more, it is so sad that when you defend yourself or even get into a small fight your either gonna be sued or who knows what else, people can not fight without either calling the cops or pulling out a gun or some other weapon nowadays.... I would not even worry about it at all, i have a good freind who i lift with everyday and he is about 22 years old and he had his exes bf come over to his house ready to fight, and needless to say the kid got his ass whooped by beer bottles and the handle of an axe, my freind beat him beyond beleif and the car he came in, charges were dropped because they were on his property and he came looking for a fight... Dont worry about it at all...

simple assaults a joke in court, just say he hit u first, the prosecutor will probally throw it out.

well,, went to court,, puss didnt show... he is lucky... the prosecution lawyer works for my stepdad (my lawyer).. damn i wish he would have showed. anyways the case got thrown out.
o yeah, for him not showing for court would he have to pay court fees?
